We wanted to upgrade our kitchen stove from electric to gas and this involved installing a new gas line from our existing gas meter. We called around to a handful of places to have someone come out and give us an estimate. Most places wanted to charge a fee for coming out or could not come out right away. This is where Queen City stepped in. Not only did they not charge us for the quote, they were the first company to have a someone come out and look at what we needed. Bill Ferguson was at our house within 24hrs of calling them. He was on time, straightforward and quoted a reasonable price up front. He explained everything about the job and what they planned to do. I was initially impressed. We tried getting quotes from several other companies. A few were outrageously priced compared to Queen City and others we did not feel comfortable giving them our business, so we ended up going with Queen City for our installation. Just two days after we opted to go with them, they scheduled a technician (Fernando) to come out and do the install. I cant say enough good things about the turn around times, it exceeded my expectations. Fernando was an awesome tech! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about the quality of his work. He did an outstanding job installing the gas line and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The next part was scheduling to have the line inspected. Queen City scheduled everything for us and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. After the inspection was done, another Technician (Paul) came out the very same day and completed the final hook up of the line to our stove. Paul was also a great technician. He finished up the job without a hitch. He was very friendly and you could tell he truly cared about his customer service and quality of his work. All and all, we are very satisfied customers. Queen City Plumbing exceeded our expectations of customer service. I would not hesitate to call them again for any other services we might need in the future. If your on the fence about working with them, don't hesitate, they are an all around great company and you wont be disappointed that you gave them a call.

Ben Franklin set up my appt very fast and we're very helpful. Jason arrived promptly and worked diligently to find the problem and give us easily understood solutions. We have used Ben Franklin for many years and will to depend upon their expertise.

Solomon arrived on time and took care of installing the new kitchen faucet.Answered any questions I had. Pointed somethings out on the warranty to make sure I was aware of.After installing made sure no leaks , cleaned up and removed old faucet and hoses.Very professional

Robert came on time and helped figure out what was wrong with the garbage disposal. He fixed the problem and we were all set in less than 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional, and I was happy that he wore a mask.

This is the second time I have used Rapid Rooter. John Bird came both times and was very prompt in arriving and had the kitchen drains on two different houses unclogged in no time. I thought their price was reasonable for having to go on the roof and unclog via the roof vent. Used the coupon and saved even more. Will use Rapid rooter on my next plumbing event.

McCoy Plumbing has fixed/replaced many things for us over the past several years: our hot water heater, bladder tank, shower heads and leaky pipes. I have called in a panic each time and someone has always answered the phone. On a couple of occasions we actually needed a well or septic company and they were able to tell me who to call after I texted a few pictures of our issue. They’re great!!

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.

Muana (technician 1164) was so kind and professional. I’ll be using him again.
