Best Main Water Line Repair in Charlotte NC

Julian's plumbing is amazing. My husband called on Monday and they were at our house on Tuesday morning. After looking at our issue, Jason told us it would be better to invest in a new vanity, instead of fixing a broken one. He could have easily charged me to fix the faulty sink, but instead recommended something that was better for our home long-term. Really appreciate the honesty and the timeliness. We'll be future customers for sure!

This is a challenging review to write. We had a major water line issue in the front yard. Ben Franklin and their tech came at 7 pm less than 30 minutes after we called. The service and demeanor of the tech was 5 stars. However, we were quoted a figure to repair that was, to put it mildly, outlandish and excessive. The next morning another plumber came and gave us a quote for less than half for the exact same repair. I would like to state again that it was the exact same repair except the company we went with did not chop up our sidewalk as Ben Franklin said they would have to do. I’m not talking a difference of a few dozen or hundreds of dollars but multiple thousands. Additionally I was offered a warranty that would have added a few thousand more to the price. And, there’s more, I was also asked if I would like to buy a multi thousand dollar filtration system. I am unsure why this happened other than they simply knew I was in a bind and were trying to scam me. We have used them for years and years but will never ever call them again. I hope this review gets read and people think long and hard about ever using them.

Jeremy was punctual and very friendly! He was able to assess and complete a quick fix for my tub faucet leak in a matter of moments and gave me different options for the permanent repair.
