This morning we are showering and enjoying the best water pressure we’ve had in 17 years! Last week we were without water.? Mr. Rooter acknowledged us and got help out to us immediately. Left us feeling the most peace of mind about our plumbing, and that we were in good hands. We are going back for all our future needs!!?

At 5:30pm on a Friday I came home to find water pouring out of my water heating tank onto the floor. I called 4 different places, including multiple who promised 24x7 service and Option One was the only one who made good on that promise. Ted showed up, got me up to speed on the issue, gave me multiple options, and answered all my questions. By 11:30pm the old system was ripped out, the new one installed, and the area cleaned up. I'm stunned. I can't recommend Option One enough, and Ted was nothing short of amazing.

These guys are TRULY wonderful. I was having an issue with gnats in my drains and they came out immediately and helped me out. They were incredibly professional (as always) and felt as though they had my best interest in mind to help me. I am a single female so sometimes it is tough to not understand what I need in the blue collar world and these guys are always there to help and save me! While I was changing a toilet supply line I broke the CPVC pipe in the wall. Called All Hours based on positive reviews on Nextdoor. Eric came within an hour, on a Saturday. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

Wow! I have no words other than how appreciative my family and I are to Bliss Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our dream Mid Century Home, and we were extremely excited for the journey in Charlotte. With long travel and days, I love a nice soak in our downstairs tub. Well to our surprise, we found out the tub would not drain & caused overflow leakage into the guest bedroom closet. Talk about a disaster! Bliss was asked to come out & within the first few hours, the owner was able to provide me a solution. He was thorough with the process & that it would take two total trips. Great news is that I could use my tub same day with great improvement. What we uncovered is that during the construction of our home, the bathtub was full of debris. Not only was he able to clear the line but replace the drain, we are happy campers! Working with DR Jordan was a great experience. We have a sewer main problem on a Saturday. Needless to say - YUCK! I reached out and the owner answered the phone in 3 rings and talked me through what was going on. He said he would be in touch in 30 minutes if he could squeeze us in. He came to our house - quickly diagnosed the problem - cleared the line - scoped the line and found where the issue was with a backfallen line meeting the city sewer. He used a locator to mark the issue and helped my husband and me get everything back in order. Plumbing issues are never fun but he kept our spirits up and educated us as well! We will definitely use DR Jordan again (hopefully with no plumbing emergencies!)

Showed me what he was doing and what to look for. walked me through the process and that he was prompt and on time. was mindful or residence and cleaned up after himself.
