They just completed a new kitchen plumbing job for me. My customer was very active and decisive throughout the process which often times resulted in sudden, extra visits by the plumber. Charlotte Plumbing could not have been more accommodating and patient. Matt was great, and on one occasion when he wasn't available, another plumber was sent in his place. At first, I was nervous about switching horses midstream, but James, the replacement plumber, was completely consistent with the terrific experience I already had with Matt. No headaches, no worries. I need no other plumber, and highly recommend them.

Daniel J came to our house to retrieve a small spray deodorizer can out of our toilet. He was extremely professional and explained all options to us. He tried everything possible, and remove it from the toilet. We were very satisfied with all he did. He saved us from having to buy a new toilet. Daniel is an asset to your company. We live in the South Charlotte area and realized we had to contact a plumber for a water heater replacement. We called Brett with All Hours Plumbing to get a quote. Brett and Eric came out and were both extremely professional and friendly. We purchased a new tankless water heater and the installation went great. We have been very happy with our new purchase and would strongly recommend this plumbing company.

I had called 3 times during the night until I finally got through, on the 3rd phone call I was told that someone could be out to my house within 2 hours, (this was already 7 pm) @ 8:30 I received a phone call that it would be pushed out another 2 hours , making it 10:00 PM that they would arrive, I received a 3rd phone call at 12:30 AM that they were unable to come and would have to reschedule for the morning at 8:00 AM. @ 8:30 I received a call that they were on their way and would arrive by 9:00 AM. When they got there, we were told that they could not help us due to not having a camera, and that they would need to get the equipment needed and call us. In the mean time I called a local place, they were out within the hour to help and were successful of getting everything. While this other co was at my house and finished with the job, Roto-Rooter showed up, unannounced, to get the job done.I am giving 2 stars because they called to keep us informed of what was happening, even though it was frustrating waiting, at least we had an idea, and the every person I spoke to on the phone was nice, calm and professional.

I have dealt with many contractors that have performed maintenance and repairs on my home. Many are good, some are average and a few have not done well at all. I rarely write a review, yet the high quality of work and service I have consistently received from All About the Pipes Plumbing warrants a little effort on my part to let others know what great work they do. Charlotte Plumbing Masters employee, Mike, was scheduled to be here at 2PM but to my surprise he called and wanted to know if it would be okay to show up early. When Mike arrived, I spoke to him about my shower head leaking and mentioned that I had the same problem 5 years ago. Mike evaluated the problem and found that my water pressure setting was too high (going into the house), causing my water cartridge in my shower to wear out too quickly. He also mentioned, that my warranty company may pay for the repairs, which was a surprise to me. Unfortunately, after contacting the warranty provider (Total Home Protection) they stated they would not cover anything (poor choice of a warranty company by me). Mike then went to work on fixing the problem and was finished bringing my water system up to code. I would gladly have Mike back again as the was very friendly but professional and did a great job !!

From phone call to office to clean up Bliss plumbing has done a great job. They have a star in Tony as well. My water heater exploded and they went into action right away. I Highly Recommend.

Chuck came out today to service HVAC. He spent time telling us about the Comfort Plan and answering all our questions and concerns. Highly recommend this company for all services. Honest, affordable and always on time.

My breaker kept tripping every time my water was on for 5 minutes (sometimes a little bit longer) I was convinced it was my well, which is a MAJOR expense. I called John at 6:30a.m. and he was at my house by 7:30a.m.

After John did some diagnostics, come to find out it was my water tank, which is significantly cheaper to replace than a well. He quoted me a price that was at least $100 cheaper than the next guy.

To say the least, I would recommend him to anyone. He is trustworthy, HONEST, affordable, and knows what he is doing. I was very pleased with the work. Haven't had a problem since!

Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!

Sergiy from Roto-Rooter was awesome.
Very professional and work was great.
He found my clog that ran about 25 feet under my house with his drain auger and cleared out the clog quickly. He cleaned up everything and gave me some great advice on pipe maintenance.

Reggie was thorough, honest and professional. The company is lucky to have him.
