I called Julian's Plumbing to repair a leaky shower and also assess a water pressure issue and water hammer noise. Jason was at my house in less than one hour and remedied two of the three problems. He provided DYI recommendations for the remaining issue and said he was available to advise further on it if I needed help.

Jason was courteous, thoughtful and, most importantly gave me a frank assessment of my problems. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing for residential repairs.

Fernando and Ryan provided exceptional service. They were on time, addressed our concerns, and determined there were no further steps that needed to be taken. Our experience with Benjamin Plumbing was extremely satisfying. After our home warranty sent us contact information for an unreliable plumber and then having them tell us it wouldn’t be until the next week before being able to send someone else out, despite being an ICU nurse on the Covid floor and 32 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old at home, Benjamin Plumbing went above and beyond and got someone sent out ASAP to ease our worries of a public health disaster for our family! I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing. The customer service and experience exceeded my expectations. I had a water pressure issue.that they cane to try to resolve. The fix did not work at first. I called back to explain the problem a few days later and they came back immediately to look at it again. Tyler was awesome. He found what was causing my low water pressure and installed a new valve. Issue fixed. In addition, I was credited back for previous work done. It was a great experience and the customer service through out was fantastic. Thank you Tyler and team for making me feel a priority.

Coming back from vacations we found out our main water line was leaking underground, and as first time homeowners weren’t sure of the severity so we found ourselves a little bit lost.  We called Mr. Rooter and Dustin showed up, took his time to properly inspect the whole situation, then he explained our options and walked us through the best solution considering codes and long-term benefits, and best of all he gave us a true all-in estimate. We felt confident with his proposal and made the decision right away.  Dustin came back two days later with Matthew to replace the main water line, both highly professionals, they made us feel confident the job was well done. Overall a great experience working with Dustin and Matthew, they didn’t leave until the job was completed and took special attention to all details and cleanup. We even got Mr. Rooters membership for a peace of mind in case of any future plumbing issues.

Daniel J was very professional and completely explained our options. He tried and successfully removed the object from the toilet. We were extremely satisfied with everything. Daniel is a great asset to your company.

All Hours Plumbing deserves more than 5 stars. Im not a review good or bad kind of person but I have to give Brett and his guys a pat on their backs. Hot water heater went out at 10am Thurs morning, by 12:30 that afternoon Johnny was out to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to replace my 15 year old water heater. I called Thurs evening to let them know I wanted to ahead with the replacement and they had it replaced with all new tank,piping,fittings etc by 11am on Friday. Very impressive,professional,fast, and competent company and staff. THANKS AGAIN ALL HOURS PLUMBING.?????

Adonis with Roto Rooter did an amazing job at my place of business. We depend on being able to use our plumbing and lots of water on a daily basis, being a doggy daycare. He completed a huge job in under an hour and explained the issue to ya in laymen terms. I actually learned a lot and we were able to get back to business. If we ever have a problem again, we’re calling roto roofer and asking for Adonis!!

Super responsive and figured out the issue with our discolored water. Diyan was super friendly and professional. He also discovered a leak in our toilet that we were unaware of. These guys are wonderful!

Roto-Rooter is replacing my neighbor's external sewer line. They decided to dump half of the dug-up dirt on our yard/driveway. They also, without our consent or prior knowledge, inspected our sewer line to see if we had similar issues. They may do great work for their customers, but these actions were totally unprofessional.

I had Brian to my house today. Great customer service. Arrived early knowing I didnt have hot water and had a sick baby. He was kind and knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company. And Brian for service
