He provided DYI recommendations for the remaining issue and said he was available to advise further on it if I needed help.

I contacted the company for a gas line quote. I set it up for a Thursday. I was told there may be a chance it would need to be the following day if the technician got behind. We were called at 5pm Thursday and informed that the tech would not be coming and that it would be over a week before he could come out. I feel this was unprofessional and I decided to take my business to a company that valued my time.

He took time not only to explain things, but to present several options and work with me to find the best solution for my situations. I really appreciated his taking the time to explain everything, and the work he did was exceptional. If any more plumbing issues crop up I am glad to know there is such a knowledgeable and helpful plumber in the area!

Option One Plumbing was very responsive! The techs were professional and knowledgeable and the quotes were received very quickly. In addition the work was done within a day. Which was fantastic, since our family had already suffered thru 3 days without hot water waiting on another plumbing company to just tell us whether a part was in-stock or not.

Larry and John came out and helped me through a very complex installation of a free standing tub. They explained the step by step process and were extremely responsive and professional. Separately, Larry also came out separately and explained how my lift-pump works and how we can address relocating it, which was very helpful to us. Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. Used this company twice for two different plumbing issues and have gotten courteous and transparent service both times. Bill came out to exactly to what was quoted.
