They came out to my house after hours to look at my septic tank. After looking they had things dug up and cleaned out. Did a neat and beautiful job of cleaning up the yard. I honestly would recommend them. I learned quality dosen't it pays !!!

Queen City has been great - on time, communicates well, and dealt with the warranty issues on our water heater.

I really couldn’t be happier with Wyatt Works. I’m a first-time home owner and I needed a new water heater installed in my attic. Not only is my water heater in the attic, it’s in a very tight and inconvenient spot. An installation that could have been a potential nightmare, Jeremy completed effortlessly with zero complications. He quoted me a fair and honest price compared to other companies in the area. One quote was more than double. I don’t make decisions just based on price though. Jeremy definitely answered all of my MANY questions, was patient, and seemed like he had the expertise. Very happy with the service and technician’s work (Josh & Cole)! I was given a 3 hour window from 4-7pm when they would arrive - they showed up at 4pm receptionist called me to give me a heads up 30 minutes prior just out of courtesy! Very persistent in trying to fix the issue before jumping to the next step of replacing to save me money. Josh and Cole were detailed on all the possible reasons there could be an issue and explained there’s options when I replaced disposal based on what was affordable. Super patient as I was waiting for landlord to approve installing a new disposal. 5 star service! Don’t hesitate to ask for them if you have any plumbing needs!

I can't say enough about these guys. Professional, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. All Hours Plumbing replaced my water heater and corrected previous installation errors. They were early to the appointment. Explained what they were doing and they held true to their original quote. I will not call any other plumber.

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

They we’re very good they was very punctual they did great work but really expensive for us corona and people out of work . I would definitely recommend them to anybody I know just hope they have enough money to pay

Had no previous knowledge of or experience with this company. Like most other reviewers, Bliss plumbing was the hand I was dealt via Lowe's. Guys seemed competent, but unfortunately when they installed the new dishwasher they couldn't figure out how to get the dishwasher to power on. After telling me that it was a non-functioning dishwasher they volunteered to call Lowe's and have a new one sent out. When asking about timeline, they told us to work with the store. It appeared the workers felt this concluded things, but I asked them to reinstall the old dishwasher. After attempting to reinstall the old dishwasher, it too no longer worked. Disappointing to say the least since they're trusted to be the experts.

Ultimately, I was able to get the old dishwasher operating again. We'll seek another party to handle our install going forward.

Shomari the Service Technician (#6633) was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me locate my French drain clean out and sold me some Pipe Shield to help prevent future problems. Would recommend him a roto-rooter to anyone with plumbing problems.
