Julian's plumbing is amazing. My husband called on Monday and they were at our house on Tuesday morning. After looking at our issue, Jason told us it would be better to invest in a new vanity, instead of fixing a broken one. He could have easily charged me to fix the faulty sink, but instead recommended something that was better for our home long-term. Really appreciate the honesty and the timeliness. We'll be future customers for sure!

Beware! Horrific customer service! I had them scheduled to install a new sink/faucet. They arrived and left/said they would be back and never returned. Called them twice and the OWNER said he was not coming back out to finish the job. Meanwhile, we’ve been without water for 2 days now and have to find another plumber to come over ASAP. Do yourself a favor, save your money and give it someone professional. They deserve to be reported to the BBB

I have been extremely impressed with the commitment to customer service at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. To be honest, I had a concern with an install - for this company their only concern was making me happy. The General Manager called me, resolved the issue and had someone out the next day taking care of our needs. Call this company, they are legit and are committed to their customers!

First off the issue is not about Mike,the technician that came out as he was very professional and polite. A compliment to his company. My issue was how much they were going to charge me per hour. $477.00 an hour. That's a direct quote. I won't pay $477.00 an hour for any type of service. So if you're reading this and thinking about getting them to come out better find out if your cost is the same per hour. I don't mind paying a normal and reasonable hourly rate for service but that's just way too much!

I would highly recommend Option One Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services! I called on a Monday morning for a leaky pipe in my kitchen ceiling and they had someone out the same day. Aaron the technician was a huge help and did whatever he could to help fix the issue quickly and within a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again for any services moving forward.

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. You've earned our future business!

Excellent customer service starting with my initial call. They kept me informed about when the technicians would arrive. Upon arrival, the technicians were very professional and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and got us cleared up in an hour.

Looked online and said open 5-8, but just the park was open, no rides, been several times to try to ride things but never open

I've used Charlotte Plumbing Masters twice now and have good experiences both times. Once to replace a water heater and again to find a mystery leak that ended up being a tub drain. I've recommended them to a friend with an exterior leak as well. They've been accurate and speedy in everything they do.

John Ritchie did a great job of adding a second water faucet to my house. The job only took about an hour and the price was much better than what I would be quoted by one of the larger plumbing companies. I will definitely be using him in the future.

They started out nice and responsive, but then billed me to come out to fix their own work and tried to spin it that is was a mere coincidence that the pipe just happen to spring a new leak at the connector within inches of the leak they were working on. I cannot suspend reality to buy that argument and I would never use this company again.

Brett was awesome! Fit us in at short notice, was very professional and explained everything he intended to do before starting the job. I had the part and he trusted that it was correct and what I needed for the repair without questioning me. He gave me the total price for the job before he began and it didn’t change afterwards. His apprentice/2nd Plummer Andrew was a courteous and hard working young man. Over all a very positive experience and I would recommend them both to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I will be keeping his number for sure!

We were caught in a pinch due to our hot water heater leaking. We needed to replace it ASAP with a young infant at home. We called around and everyone continued to say not available until Wednesday or Thursday. This company and technician came the same day ( on a Saturday)and replaced our hot water heater. will definitely be using them for our future needs.

After calling 5 other recommended plumbers and no one returning my call with the exception of one who was out of town and could come the next day, I had an emergency on Sunday when my washer drain pipe started filling up after doing a load of laundry and it was gurgling and started to leak down the wall. Luckily it stopped overflowing once the washer stopped but I knew it should not wait until the next day so having prior experience with Rotor Rooter over past years I called and they were out within an hour and had the work completed within an hour. I still have not received a call from the other plumbers and I greatly appreciate their quick response and attention especially over the weekend. They did a great job, no contact service, very clean.
