Ben Franklin was hired by our HOA to fix a water leak underneath the slab of our townhome. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. The first repair indicated that they needed to go further under the slab because there was a second leak. They fixed the leaks and proceeded to leave the outside pipe closed off with a “Shark Bite” connection because it was late in the day. THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY VERBALLY DISCUSSED WHEN THE REPAIR WAS INITIATED BY ADAM. We were assured that it would be put back in the way it was PROMISED as to not have to worry about it again. We patiently waited the 2 1/2 weeks for them to return only to find out that they were NOT going to sweat on a new fitting but just to leave the “Shark Bite” on, fill in the hole (filled with muddy water) place a plumbing box in the ground around the fitting and clean out. A lid was placed on top and they left.Dishonest, lack of Character and Integrity. Don’t be fooled‼️

The entire team at Wyatt Works was so wonderful to work with. We had a pretty big plumbing issue that they were able to figure out and solve promptly. First time homeowner, big rain and sump pump went out. This was very late on a Saturday night. Super worried about a flooded basement. William and Mr. Rooter came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and worked hard to fix it. We are a happy home with a dry basement thanks to Mr. Rooter. Plus, their warranty makes us feel great that our basement will stay dry for a while to come. Will recommend to friends and family!

The salon can not operate without our sinks so I was really distraught but Stan assured me he would solve the issue. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.
