Charlotte Plumbing always does incredible and professional work! Special shout out to Guitar and Jimmy, who were particularly helpful. We had a clogged drain that led to a pipe bursting and they promptly installed new piping and figured out the other more complex issue that was causing the clogging in the first place. These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

I don't trust a business that doesn't have a basic price checklist. I called for a gas stove installation and I was told that the person that comes out would give me a price. So if the job is $75 then I could be charged $285 just based on what they say. Not Good!

I’m very happy with the work that was completed for us. John is a super nice guy and the price for everything we had done was incredible. He was very prompt and did an amazing job getting our water heater up to code that the gas company did not take the time to do on our last water heater.
