cleared the blockage. He did good work.

1st of all I contacted the company at 4 AM in the morning and someone answered the phone. So for me that was a great plus. We recently moved to Charlotte and needed a plumber to help with various plumbing jobs around our new home. I had an excellent experience with All Hours Plumbing. Brett was very helpful and flexible with my scheduling needs. Eric and Ricky showed up on time, walked through the plumbing projects with me, and gave me a quote before the work ever started. Eric was so incredibly helpful with explaining my plumbing questions about my new home. They completed the work efficiently for a fair price, left their shoes at the door, and were just overall nice guys. We will use All Hours Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Reyes was professional, courteous, friendly and effective. My only complaint was that it two hours past the appointed time for a serviceman to show. This in no way is a complaint about Reyes.

Brian came out to our home today to service our HVAC system. He was in time , super professional and very informative. We also had Jose come and fix an electrical problem and he was amazing! What a talented and very professional young man! John is very respect, very punctual, and most importantly a very knowledgeable young man! Been a great friend for over 15 years and when another friend of mine had no water he replaced his well pump and my friend had water within a few hours of Ritchie Plumbing being contacted! McCoy Plumbing has always done good work for us, and explains the work and costs thoroughly. On a recent occasion, Rick talked me through a plumbing issue over the phone because he didn't want me to spend money unnecessarily. I highly recommend them.
