Jeff has Awesome customer service for many reasons. He explained everything he was doing. I could tell he is passionate about this job. He didn’t have the part needed to finish the job. Mike arrived first and tried for a but it was not successful. Called for the camera truck so he could see into the drain. Andy arrived, got out the bigger machine and worked at it for about 20 minutes and succeeded. Second time I’ve used Ben Franklin and I will now make them my go to plumber. Thanks to both guys that arrived today! It was HOT ? outside!

I have used Rapid-Rooter many times. They are great with communicating service expectations and appointment arrival. They are always my first call for my plumbing needs.

Even though I have to go through my warranty company (and use their plumber who couldn't come for another 24 hours), Brett came over, shut off the water to my dying water heater, and was able to help me understand my options for replacement and repair. If I can use them in the future, I would.

Tony came out (early!) and walked me through what the issue was with my garbage disposal connection. It was so obvious, once he showed me, what the previous plumber had done wrong. Tony fixed the issue promptly and then also provided several helpful maintenance and upkeep tips. Great service from IRV!

John is awesome! I am working on buying my first home and wanted to have the plumbing checked out. I saw some of neighbors had recommended him via our neighborhood posting wall, so I gave him a call. He came out same day and patiently checked out everything I asked for! He went above and beyond also - checking some things I didn’t even think to look for. McCoy was a great experience for a bad situation. We had a clogged sewer liner from root growth but they responded immediately and resolved the situation. Quote was spot on and they left the site cleaner than it was when the got here! Highly recommend

Reid Jordan from DR Jordan plumbing promptly came out and quickly successfully dewinterized the irrigation system. When I started the irrigation system after he'd left one of the sprinkler heads in an area-3 zone was defective and blew off. I called him back and he said although he didn't work on sprinkler systems he'd come out and see if he could fix it without charge based on an on-the-spot exam. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem: a broken sprinkler head. He then gave me a number to call for irrigation service and replacement of the broken head. In summary, I can't even imagine how the service could have possibly been any better. He's definitely my Number-1 guy the next time I need plumbing service!

I scheduled a backflow preventer check as required by the city. Roto Rooter was on their list of approved vendors. The technician was on time. Very polite. Followed instructions. When he presented me for a bill of over $300, I was surprised but I thought that all of the vendors recommended by the city must be similar. I found out later that some smaller companies will provide the same service for under $100. In addition, I had my own irrigation service checking the system a week later to install a new sprinkler control. He noticed that the backflow preventer was shut off. This is the first time I have had a negative experience with this company.
