Professional, courteous, and SUPER FAST :-). Between my quote and them arriving at my door- was 25 mins flat! I had a bathroom sink that has been clogged for FAR too long and they fixed in about 5 -10 minutes - and it is finally clog free. If you need a plumber they will not disappoint.

They sent over their expert Mike, he quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater, my leaking water heater needed to be replaced! I recently had Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Charlotte in to upgrade my aging water heater to a new tankless system. The work was performed flawlessly. The technician (Laszlo) was great. We had some additional fixes taken care of as well. A new toilet, a new hose spigot, and a new pressure valve. All done with the same level of quality. David Z at the command center expertly coordinated all of this. Excellent .

Casey done a outstanding job repair the leak. I was a little nervous trying to find a plumber but I have to say I usually don’t post. I give these company five (5) stars and a military salute.

Larry did a great job helping me out today. The company was responsive when I called, Larry showed up about an hour later. He was friendly, on time, fixed my problem, got it done quick, didn’t break anything or leave a mess. Highly recommend these guys.

Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done. I highly recommend them for their service. Work was done in one day on 12/10/2015.

Had a major problem that had been building. First called and got customer service and it was awesome. The young man was professional and attentive. I wanted to make an appointment for the day after Christmas. He explained that they could just come out to assess free of charge and I stuck with the date i wanted. Confirmation email came and the follow-up call came as stated. The technician Sergiy Z. Was on time and very nice. He showed me the two price ranges based on what I wanted. Once the main problem was found he showed me everything making sure I understood the visual. I met another man that came to give me the quote on the second piece of the job. He was also very nice and made me feel at ease. Although I hated the expense, the experience was definitely a positive one all around.

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

John was very knowledgeable and does the job right! He did two jobs for me, the first of which was installing a garbage disposal. Some of the previous contractors had cut corners when installing other parts of the system, but he adapted to the situation and got me the right parts to finish the job correctly in the same day. On my second job, which was repairing a shower valve, a previous company had said they would have to cut into the wall behind the shower and replace everything, which would take 6 weeks. With John, I had my valve ordered and replaced within the week, no mess required. Thanks, Charlotte Plumbing Masters!

McCoy Plumbing installed a sink in my garage last week. It was an excellent process. The scheduling was great, the plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of installing the sink and so far I love it. I've already used it a few times and it not only works great, but it looks great to. The staff kept the work area clean and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. McCoy plumbing when above and beyond. I will use them again in the future.
