Jason from Julian’s is a great guy. I’ve had them come out a couple times to replace a fill valve, and had them out again to replace polyurethane line running to another toilet. Had an issue with the fill valve just outside of the typical warranty, and they worked with me to make sure we rectified the problem.

The main reason I leave this review is the customer service experience and follow up. Jason genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. You just don’t find customer service like Julian’s Plumbing does.

I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out to our home. Upon arrival a technician, David S. arrived. who was extremely pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the problem and got the job done. If only all techs were like him! Should I ever have issues again I would definitely request David to come back.

We had to get a hot water heater replaced quickly when ours started leakiing today. From the first phone call to wrapping up the job, WyattWorks was amazing! Mike and his team member (we forgot to get the name!) were AWESOME! Very professional, responsive, prompt, reasonable, and extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Quaility company, quality people, and quality work. We HIGHLY recommend this compnay.

All Hours installed a tankless water heater at our house, which required some additional piping, and we're very happy with the quality of work.

I called Roto Rooter at 11:30a on a Saturday & by 1:15p the job was complete. This is a trusted name & company since I was 11 years old. I appreciate the fact they do weekend calls & weekend work. My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. Mr John Raymond , was awesome. He was on time, introduced hisself to me. He started working immediately. Explained to me what he was doing and how he replaced the part that was needed. He was kind and friendly. He also asked me did I know where my water cut off vale was. I wasn’t sure. He told me how important that it was for me to know that. He took time after he had finished the work he was there to do to show me where it was and what tooI I needed to use, and where I could purchase it. Thank you Mr Raymond , you was a blessing.

Guy was appropriately friendly. Got right to work and very efficiently unclogged my drain. He was in and out of my house in right at 30 minutes. Even with a $75 coupon I got off the internet my charges were over $400. I felt like it was very expensive. I have had other service calls that took longer and were way more involved and took much more expertise for much less.

Quick response, they sent someone out on a Saturday within a few hours to check a water heater problem. Josh and Jason did a great job, they were on time, quick and cleaned up after they were done.Service was overall very good. Cost was higher than I expected for a water heater replacement.

From the beginning to end, working with Michael & Son was a positive experience. The estimate was very straight forward and honest with no hidden surprises once work began. The crew installing my HVAC system and hot water heater were polite, professional, and respectful. They were on time, communicative and pleasant. They made sure everything was just right prior to departing. Great work, great equipment, cool house and hot water! Thank you.August 13, 2020: Unfortunately I am having to edit my above review. Upon installation they were wonderful. Their follow-up has been dismal and next steps for when I should expect to have changes made to my hot water heater that failed inspection have not been communicated to me....and after 4 phone calls to the company.

I would install my own air conditioning/furnace over hiring this company. First off, you’re given your quote which is supposed to include tax, but at the end of your excruciating experience you find out that you have to pay $400 of tax. Second off, this company was hired to replace working units and they said this was a one day job upon scheduling appointment. They removed my working air conditioning unit, and put a brand new one in a box in the yard and decided to call it a day. They left and never communicated with us as to why our job was not complete. So my dogs, and family got to go without air conditioning during the summer in charlotte. When calling to inquire why my “one day” job wasn’t complete in one day, we were told oh now it’s a two day job. On the second day of this job, they then left a large hole in my ceiling from someone whose foot fell through the ceiling while installing the furnace. They then left after putting a piece of a cardboard box over the hole in my ceiling, and left the air conditioning off with my dogs in the house all day again. After all of these issues, (not to mention the rude women that work in their office you get to speak to every time there’s an issue) you would expect some type of discount. But nope, not from this company. Seriously, i couldn’t imagine having a worse experience. This company needs a MAJOR lesson on CUSTOMER SERVICE. (As seen in most other reviews, do not hire them) EVER.
