The Tech was very good and professional. However your billing process does not seem fair. He was at my place for 30 minutes and you charged $99 for service call and then charged another $96 for work. I new the problem and told him what was wrong but needed an electrician to verify.

I will no longer use this company!!In the past, I purchased a new system from Michael & Sons in 2016 and have contacted them for HVAC and plumbing services since. The new system was installed at my previous residence. I always get a 2nd and/or 3rd opinion before making large purchases, especially with regards to topics I am not familiar with. I have had no complaints with their company before. However, these last two visits have been a complete insult. I called Wednesday, August 28 to express my concerns with management and never got a return call. I called Friday, August 30 to follow up and was asked to (again) explain the reason for my call.In short, the solution to each visit is not a replacement system, nor does refrigerant cost $250-$350 per pound to replace. I'm interested to see what type of stock response will be attached to this review, considering I called twice before submitting this.Don't waste your time with this company.

Toliny was the contractor of choice when I had to file a home warranty claim. He was very timely in his response. By the time he had arrived at my condo, the issue I was having had cleared up and could not be duplicated. After spending some time telling Tony exactly what my experience was he asked to find the main breaker. Once I gained access to that room Tony removed the panel and the issue was clear, loose wires at the main breaker. Having owned 4 homes, I've had experiences where the contractor just wanted to be done; especially on a weekend. Tony just wanted my issue to be resolved and listened in detail to the symptoms and covered every base in finding the solution. I've kept his card and even when my home warranty expires, Toliny will be my electrician of choice.

We've used Brian twice. He replaced our ceiling fans, repaired our porch, and hung two large pieces of art. He's resourceful when it comes to dealing with the quirks of our older home. Always punctual and great personality.
