I'm typically skeptical of places flooded with great reviews, but these guys deserve it! We needed an electric water heater installed, quickly, and they did it, quickly. No muss, no fuss -- just speed and professionalism.

I'm not talkin' a standard water heater replacement, either. It was in a very, very tight space with very little access -- but they made it work and stuck with their estimate, despite some hiccups. Honestly not used to that! Will definitely be using the guys again if we need some work done.

Had to remove and replace water valve to dishwasher line. Adam is the best! We ask for him whenever we call. He takes care of business quickly. I highly recommend this plumbing service!

The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. Reggie was very professional, quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs without any upselling. I even asked if he thought we should consider replacing the water heater and he said we should be thinking about it but nothing we need to do now. I appreciated the honest answer. We realized we didn't have hot water at 8AM, made the call at 8:30AM Reggie was out by 11:15AM and done by 12:15PM same day. Highly recommend E.R. Services.

Had a sewer backup on a Saturday. Company technician Duane came out and diagnosed issue without charging prior. Worked fast to remedy the main sewer backup and cleaned up area after job was completed. Happy with how quickly they responded, highly recommended.
