I just wanted to send a note to tell you how AWESOME this company is. First, you guys totally saved the day when I needed a service call. The tech that came out to my house was great, efficient and explained everything to me very well. He explained the Club Membership program to me and I decided to enroll. I literally just got off the phone at 11:05pm to schedule my annual system flush/maintenance. How cool is it that I can truly call and speak with a live person this time of night?! Way Cool. Then, I just talked to the friendliest guy ever. His name is Tavares (my apologies if I spelled it wrong). He was so nice and helpful that I couldn't help but to smile the entire time. To receive that level of service this time of night is truly amazing. I am very thankful that I called you guys in my time of need and I will happily tell anyone that asks to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Kudos for a job well done.

I had a toilet replaced, a pressure regulator valve installed, and the waste/overflow assembly on my tub replaced due to leakage. The scheduling was convenient and easy. The technician was very courteous and professional. He completed the work efficiently and well and he was respectful of my home. The whole experience was excellent.

Brett got back to me same day on Sunday and scheduled Johnny to come fix two of my toilets in my new house, he came over and knocked out the work in a couple of hours! Very professional, wore a mask and took my health and safety into account, and would happily refer their business.
Thanks for the help Johnny and team!

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.
Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.
Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Jason and Camilo provided the service we've come to expect from IRV. Not only was the work professional but it was a pleasure to have them here. They replaced the HVAC ducting in the dirty, dusty very limited crawl space under our house and kept a smile the whole time! The house is already noticeably warmer and, with far better deducting, we expect our utility bills to go down.Chris and Gene Goetz

Brett built a new bathroom off one of our kids bedrooms. He came up with the best plumbing solution requiring new drain navigating a steel support beam and going down two floors with minimum drywall cuts. Very happy with the results and working with Brett was awesome - he has the highest integrity and all around great guy. We also hired Brett to run a gas line from our kitchen to the deck for the BBQ and gas fire pit. Once again, Brett proposed the best solution over other contractors which required routing a new gas line through cabinets, under a lazy susan and through the brick exterior.

Update - I have called upon Pathmaker Plumbing several times over the past few years. My home is 60 years old - and parts wear out needed replacement - and building codes and regulations change as well. John Stokes has helped me replace rusted out drain pipes, run water lines, replace toilets and sinks - he has always explained the problem, taken photos of problems in my crawlspace, and given me options in the repair. Today (3/11/19) he has served me well yet again - finding a leak and helping me prepare my home to sell for new owners. He is an honorable, honest, Christian man. He is trustworthy. His work speaks for him. Proverbs 22:29 Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.

When I saw a coupon on Angie's List to buy $75 worth of plumbing work for $25, I knew I was getting a deal. I didn't know that it would be such a pleasure dealing with John Stokes. Plumbing costs can add up in a hurry - each damaged piece reveals another problem that delay and decay have caused. But John allowed me to buy my own replacement sink and pedestal - so I knew how much the parts cost. And I felt he gave me options in the work - to choose how much I wished to put into the project.
I feel Pathmaker Plumbing did an outstanding job - and treated me fairly. When I need more plumbing work, I will call on John again.

Leonard did a great job with our plumbing! We needed a new hot water heater and it was easy to schedule a time that would work well. We liked their service so much, we decided to have a new kitchen faucet and kids bathroom shower kit installed as well. Prompt, courteous (Leonard is also super cool) and everything was very upfront. Great work!!
