Justin and his team are absolutely fantastic. The customer service is the best, they are honest with their assessments of what's going on and do not try to get over on their customers. I really believe they value our business because they not only do fantastic work but are people-oriented folks. The communication between them, the restoration folks, and our insurance company was great as well. I can't say enough about Queen City Plumbing.....we're customers for life.

Jason and the folks at Benjamin Franklin plumbing did a fantastic job. Jason was on time, courteous and friendly. He quickly identified the problem and had me fixed up within 24 hours. They work with me on pricing and now my plumbing is working as it should!

When I called, the dispatcher was friendly and polite and understanding of our issue. I had an out of town relative coming to visit, so time was of the essence. Matthew came out and stayed until the job was done, which was longer than anticipated -- and this was on a friday night. Poor guy. We liked him so much that he stayed for supper -- well deserved for his diligence and a job well done.

I thought I had a great plumber, and then I met Ted from Option One. He is awesome! And will be my new go to guy. He was professional, knowledgeable!, and not only got our clog issue fixed, but also explained what was likely causing it, which my last plumber didn’t do in four visits. Ted is BY FAR the BEST plumber I have ever had the pleasure to hire (yes, hiring him was a pleasure, that’s how good he is). If you need a good plumber, Ted’s your guy!

John Bird # 63 did a great job with fixing my leaky toilet over the Memorial day weekend. He came out within an hour of my call, was polite, and cleaned up the mess in the bathroom, he even asked if he could use my vacuum! He explained the problem in detail and the cost so there wouldn't be any surprises when he was finished. Highly recommend Rapid-Rooter and John.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

He was a very friendly individual that, explained the whole process and why it was needed, offered suggestions on how to avoid serious problems later, installed the equipment in a way that was superior to the original installation, and cleaned up the work area in a professional manner. I had to get my water main line replaced. They showed up on time, only had my water off 3 hrs, and did not wreck my front lawn. I would use IRV again.

I called Ritchie Plumbing to ask if they were able to fix a sink that dropped below the granite countertop. I was told by John, that they were busy right now but would try to fit me in the next day. He also stated he would call me back in a few hours once he, figured out his schedule. He verified my phone number and I waited until I would hear back from him. This was around 1:30 pm. Around 8 pm, I texted John asking if they would be able to assist us or if I should find someone else. Let's just say, I'm still waiting for him to call and/or text back. He also stated it would be around $500 which I agreed upon at the time. I would like to say, if this was something this company doesn't fix, then say it at the time. Instead, he decided to lie and keep me from getting something fixed. Not only did his lack of professionalism destroy any confidence in this company that I had obtained through these Google reviews, but I won't ever use them, nor will I ever recommend them to my fellow Realtors. If I was pleased with the results, I was going to use their services for a few other homes my company had purchased to ensure the plumbing was in stellar condition before listing the new homes we aquired. That's not going to happen now. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism. Not only was I left waiting without even the common curtosey of a text back, but this pushed my selling process back, which has now cost me even more money than tha $500 he quoted me.

Now I'm so glad I did not use your services. Nothing you said below is true. You never mentioned once you were in NC, nor did you mention you weren't licensed in SC. All you said was, I'll check my schedule and get back to you in a few hours. It was a nice conversation and I fully expected you to call back. You seemed as if you would help us, but left us hanging. You must have me confused with someone else, because you never said any of that at all. As for the text. If the number you answered the phone on was a cell phone, then you have the text. You may forget my phone saves that sort of stuff.

All you had to do was tell me you weren't licensed in SC, and we would have been done. Neither am I dense or hard of hearing. You never said any of that. Good Day.

Jack was out to replace my hot water heater and I couldn't be happier! Friendly, fast, and left the place cleaner than it started. I have a go-to plumbing service now.

Andrew the technician was courteous and on time. He was able to find the source of the plumbing leak and replaced the leaking water heater the next day. He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.

Reed was awesome! Fixed and capped a gas line sticking out of the wall. Very knowledgeable. Great price great service!
