Barry came out regarding an issue that arose from a very large job that was done a couple months ago. From the kind person who took my information to Barry's quick solution to the minor issue, I was very pleased. I wasn't charged because it was an oversight during installation and I didn't even have to ask if it was covered. It was. Barry was professional, friendly and efficient.

Had an immediate need with septic tank. First they sent 2 technicians (George)to access and determine the problem. They accessed, and immediately called their office to schedule the proper techs to perform the repairs. the 2nd crew (Chris & Ian) arrived later and immediately got to work. ALthough during these 1st 2 visits, they were unable to fix the problem, plans were made and everything was explained for what needed to be done. Everyone was very attentive and professional. I ask alot of questions - and they didn't hesitate to answer all of them Thanks!!!

City told us we needed a water line replacement and we were responsible. Wasn' the best news to hear, but Rapid Rooter took care of it for us.

I called All Hours Plumbing when I had a broken pipe. They came out right away and fixed the problem . I would refer this plumbing company as they were on time and very professional.

Sewer line blockage. The first plumbing company I consulted told me I had to remove a huge tree and then they could replace the sewer line. $$$$$.Wanting a second opinion I called Roto-Rooter. A plumber was here shortly there after and with a camera was able to locate the problem under the foundation not the tree. By noon the next day all work was completed. This accurate diagnosis of the problem saved money and a tree. Thanks Roto-Rooter

These guys are great. They were super responsive, honest, and did a great job helping us in a timely fashion. They made a proper diagnosis and we wish we would have found them sooner. Will be our first contact from here on out.

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.
