My outside faucet was leaking. I wanted it replaced since another plumber has already replaced washers. Solomon, a technician with Wyattworks was here within an hour. He was extremely professional and polite. He explained the different faucets and the cost to install each. He told me exactly what he would have to do to install it. We had an emergency leak in one of our bathrooms. Josh, my goodness, was prompt, professional and actively sought out a solution to the problem. He communicated every step of the way and got everything done. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help my husband and I out during this time of need.

Coming back from vacations we found out our main water line was leaking underground, and as first time homeowners weren’t sure of the severity so we found ourselves a little bit lost.  We called Mr. Rooter and Dustin showed up, took his time to properly inspect the whole situation, then he explained our options and walked us through the best solution considering codes and long-term benefits, and best of all he gave us a true all-in estimate. We felt confident with his proposal and made the decision right away.  Dustin came back two days later with Matthew to replace the main water line, both highly professionals, they made us feel confident the job was well done. Overall a great experience working with Dustin and Matthew, they didn’t leave until the job was completed and took special attention to all details and cleanup. We even got Mr. Rooters membership for a peace of mind in case of any future plumbing issues.

I refer anyone who needs a plumber to All Hours Plumbing. They're prompt, courteous and honest. They don't recommend services or replacements that aren't needed. Nice people to work with.

Reyes was professional, courteous, friendly and effective. My only complaint was that it two hours past the appointed time for a serviceman to show. This in no way is a complaint about Reyes.

I was doing a small kitchen Reno and needed help moving a sink drain so I got multiple quotes from local plumbers and Dustin with all about the pipes was definitely the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. His quote was very fair for the work requested. Dustin also came the day of the work to make sure everything went smoothly. I have already scheduled to use them again!

After the appt was scheduled an issue came up with the technician, and the appt had to be rescheduled. It was completely understandable & I was notified immediately, and explained what was going on. I was always kept informed, and they even rescheduled the appt to a Sat (which they are normally closed), just to make sure I was taken care of.
I thoroughly appreciate their professionalism & transparent communication.
They also fixed my issue & cleaned up nicely after. 5 stars!
