Awesome experience with QC Plumbing thanks to the help of Fernando. He finished his prior job early and called to see if it was ok to head over to our place early. He was respectful of our home and to me and made sure to explain everything he was doing and provide options for service. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I would definitely call QC Plumbing for service again.

Marvin was very professional and thorough. I had several other companies come out but none of them explained my options like he did. He did a great job and got everything done quickly.

I recently contacted Wyatt Works Plumbing to have a washing machine installed. The original valves were rusted shut. The plumbing technician, Mike Orlando, was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the problem, what was needed to fix it and how long it would take. He answered all my questions did an excellent job!

The technician Josh from Charlotte plumbing was punctual, very skilled and knowledgeable of his job, helpful in explaining the operation of the plumbing system he was working on, informative of what may need to be done in the future, and very courteous throughout his entire time here. Although future service is necessary, he was able to get the system functioning until such service is performed. Would definitely recommend this company again! 5 STARS easy!

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. You've earned our future business!

Overall great experience with Roto-Rooter again! Stan was the plumber who came to resolve clogging issue. He was professional, courteous and super efficient. He was literally in and out of the house in 17 minutes! He applied an online coupon to help us with the cost of repair.If you are in the Charlotte area and need plumbing service, call Roto-Rooter! Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

KG was a life saver! We recently (within the last 8 months) bought and had a water heater installed. We’ve had so many issues and still keeping my fingerS crosser things keep looking up! Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think that's what it's called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.
