Best Installation in Charlotte NC

I found myself a new plumber today. Called at 6:50 am with shower leak. Jason got here at 8, charged exactly what he said over the phone. Very reasonable. Thank you JP!

2/23/22 - Sooooo, I held on to my fridge magnet for Julian's Plumbing from 2017 when they came out for repair. Glad I did! Had leaky shower valve this morning & Julian's was out within 3 hrs. from when I called.
Just as professional and punctual as before. This guy knows his stuff.

This consumer was scammed. Taking my issue to BF management proved they don’t care.All 6 representatives I met were amiable and professional. However…Prices and rates are premium, services were flawed, and a promised discount was denied.Incomplete work required 2 additional service calls. Even after that, I had to restore hot water flow myself, opening a valve erroneously left closed after 2nd plumber left.I regret decisions made on BF’s “sales” promises. Should have insisted upon a FULLY itemized, written proposal BEFORE work began. Managers defend their business processes, and would not “hear” this client’s issues.

We had a clogged sewer line that Rayan cleared using his rotating snake. After which he used a camera to video inspect the pipe. This was on a Saturday morning and he was prompt, on time and didn’t stop until the job was done.. thank you Rayan.

Michael and Dustin did a great job trying to clean up our clogged laundry drain. They offered least expensive alternative to save the overall cost of repair until the clog was cleared. Highly recommend this business.

My technician Shawn was great!! He was very knowledgeable, very patient and shared a lot of details on the hot watet heater on how it worked. I would recommend Shawn as a Number one person to use with AAA City Plumbing! He went above and beyond to make me a lifetime customer with his great customer service skills.

We thought we had a clogged pipe, turns out we have a broken pipe. They will return to fix that.

I refer anyone who needs a plumber to All Hours Plumbing. They're prompt, courteous and honest. They don't recommend services or replacements that aren't needed. Nice people to work with.

I came across Charlotte Plumbing Masters when my home warranty company used them to repair my disposal. John, who did the work was friendly, professional, and did the job right the first time. So when I decide to install new toilets, I immediately went to him and Charlotte Plumbing Masters. Just like before, John was on time, professional and did it right. I was very pleased and highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing. John was very professional, personable and priced right. He accessed the issue and throughly explained to me what had occured and actions needed to fix it. What set him apart from most is that he took the time to
reattach my toilet seat and to tighten my jiggling faucet. He was only there for a water leak.
