Julian's arrived on time and service was quick and friendly. We did have to negotiate the price of bit but the interaction was pleasant. Technician was very nice and explained what the issue was and how I could fix it myself in the future. Service was completed in under 10 minutes.

Queen City Plumbing came to our rescue quickly when our water tank stopped working. They were able to dispatch the service person the same day. Diagnosis and repair was performed accurately. They accepted warranties that were in place for the water tank and worked with the supplier. Finally, they worked with us, for quite some time, to adjust hot water re-circulation. Overall, we highly recommend this company.

100% recommend. Would not suggest going anywhere else. It took Adam 2 days to fix something that another company couldn't do in 2 weeks! If I can help it, I'll never go anywhere else for plumbing problems. And I'll always be looking for Adam!

Rapid Rooter plumbing are true to their name. They were prompt in addressing our concerns and rapid in fixing problem with a blockage In a pipe at our home. Our plumber, John Bird was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond. He fixed the issue promptly and provided honest advice about how to prevent future problems going forward. I would highly recommend this business.

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. They are very busy right now taking care of the many frozen pipes around Charlotte but still scheduled me quickly. Stan is knowledgeable and very kind.

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

Called to get my Tankless Hot Water heater serviced. IRV scheduled the appointment promptly and kept me updated via email. Tony arrived on time and took the time to go over the entire process. Was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Also showed me the areas where the issues occurred and gave me tips to help prevent in the future. Will definitley use again!

I had a fantastic experience with Ritchie Plumbing. He was able to see me very quickly, took on a challenging job and made me feel at ease and was able to get the problem fixed and the one that contributed to it fixed within a few hours.
