Russ Sr. and Russ Jr. did a total replumb of our house. We had a slab leak and decided to replumb our whole house to avoid major construction costs on tearing up the slab to find the leak and patch it. Kevin Burden first came out to diagnose the problem. These guys did a great job and were very respectful, professional, and just down right great people. Having a slab leak sucks, but these guys made it better and less painful.

It was my sincere pleasure to meet and discuss my problem with Jeremy Wallace. He was polite, very knowledgeable of his craft and has a great personality . Wyatt Plumbing should hold him in high regard as an employee. Jeremy is truly Professional !

Josh Josh was a respectable working gentleman. He fixed the bathroom and he had us going in minutes of the repair and we had no bathrooms know nothing but he had it going. Very nice gentleman. He knows his job very well. Would have him here anytime to do a job.

I will never use this company again very unpleased with services i got charged 2,000 dollars for toilet being clogged then their was no pipes cut or they did not remove my toilet nor did they do wat they charged for on the in voice john and larry was terrible and un clean not to mention they lied about being at my house 2 hours the were there 30 mins tops i got a quote from another company and they told me $300 i will never ever use this company

My kitchen faucet pressure was slow, found it was calcium build up. Cleaned it and the water pressure was back to normal. The Tech Johnny (3007) was on time, very polite, friendly and professional. I was very satisfied and will use Roto Rooter again.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

I had an issue with the kitchen sink and I called 5-8 people and was told no every single time. Charlotte Plumbing Masters were the first people who said they would come out and look at it and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Will definitely use them for anything else that we need fixed!

Our technician Tony was awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very detail oriented. He explained the pros and cons of each water heater and made sure we were making an informed decision. Most importantly, he made sure that we didn't go one day without hot water. I will definitely call and ask for Tony's plumbing services again in the future!

Needed corrugated pipe from main gas line into home replaced. Had already cut away drywall to expose said pipe. Asked for an estimate and was told they would send someone. Tech called me on way said they would do estimate but if I chose not to use them would charge $79. As a first time customer I have no idea if they would have given me a fair estimate or not but a bit unreasonable to think I have to pay them if they come up with some ridiculous $$$ amount for repairs. Several other local co were happy to give free estimates and complete the work.

That said they were very polite & may do great work. Just wary of businesses that are unwilling to sell themselves on their services to develop a customer relationship.
