We have a large outdoor entertainment area we added to our backyard ( including 3 gas fed sources). Most of the work was done by us, but we hired Mr. Rooter to run all the gas lines and connect them once the project was completed. They came here multiple times during the phases of the project. They were very quick to get us scheduled and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would most certainly recommend William and Laszlo for any of your gas line work.

I thought I had a great plumber, and then I met Ted from Option One. He is awesome! And will be my new go to guy. He was professional, knowledgeable!, and not only got our clog issue fixed, but also explained what was likely causing it, which my last plumber didn’t do in four visits. Ted is BY FAR the BEST plumber I have ever had the pleasure to hire (yes, hiring him was a pleasure, that’s how good he is). If you need a good plumber, Ted’s your guy!

They were able to send out a plumber in about an hour when I had a leak at my water heater when other places were saying it would be 10-12 hours before someone could get here. Chris Jones was the technician and he was super helpful, explained all my options and answered all my questions. He installed my new water heater quickly and saved the day!

The actual technician was GREAT - he was knowledgeable and personable! The customer service (dispatch and supervisors) at Roto-Rooter was HORRENDOUS!!! They were extremely unprofessional. We booked an appointment for Monday between 4pm -8pm and no one showed. We rescheduled for Tuesday between 12-2pm and the plumber arrived at 5:20 pm!!! After multiple calls and the dispatch saying he is on his way. I missed an afternoon of work waiting for them and their only solution was to give me a 10% discount (after I lost more than 10% in income). It is completely unacceptable. The plumber was able to show me that he was not made aware of the job until after 4 pm (via internal messaging), however, they notified me way earlier saying he was en route when he was still at another appointment an hour and change away. Their lack of respect for client time and needs is outrageous. Will never use them again and will tell everyone to STAY AWAY!

This is the first time we used Bliss Plumbing and we will definitely use this company again. They went above and beyond getting us a repair service as soon as possible. Jesse was very nice, professional and so helpful. He solved our sewer/toilet problem very successfully.

James assisted us today in a total replacement of our hot water heater. He was professional and pleasant and he was conscious of our needs for cars .

Shomari the Service Technician (#6633) was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me locate my French drain clean out and sold me some Pipe Shield to help prevent future problems. Would recommend him a roto-rooter to anyone with plumbing problems.

This was a great experience from the moment I first called. I was incredibly stressed about a plumbing issue and I called late on a Saturday night. They picked up the phone and from off the bat were sympathetic to what I was going through and really made it a priority to help me. The person I spoke with on the phone is the person that showed up at my house and as soon as they got here went straight to business. Extremely professional the entire time, respected my property, and to top it all off, it was an extremely fair and competitive price! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. What I really like the most is they not only solved the problem, they went up under my crawlspace and diagnosed what the underlying cause was. They could have just cleared the clog and been done with it. But they told me WHY it clogged and what I need to do to fix it. Which is about a ,$10 fix. All in all I would hire Zoom Drain again and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional service at a reasonable price. ??

I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. For those out there reading these reviews Rose Plumbing was not only polite and understanding of the situation but responded immediately to help me out in a timely fashion. 4th or 5th time to use morris-Jenkins over the last couple of months. Every time it’s been easy to set up and complete. Always on time or given a heads up when running a few behind. The technicians are not only super friendly but very professional and knowledgeable. Ed helped us this time when my son apparently flushed a toy down the toilet. This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

I received a response very quickly from a American Leak Detection. He took time to ask questions and truly understand my issue. It turned out that my particular issue did not require his services - he gave me a few tips and instructions and they were most appreciated. Honesty and being upfront are great qualities of a business.

I had my water heater replaced. FATman plumbing were early, identified the problem quickly and provided options for me. I decided to replace and they were able to replace it same day in an hour and a half. They explained things to me along the way and I felt they genuinely cared about me and their work. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
