I have recently moved into my new home in Monroe and had a simple task of replacing my kitchen faucet that got out of hand quickly at 8am on a Saturday morning. I called Morris-Jenkins at 8:25 and was informed someone would be there between 12-3pm. Austin Ford arrived at 2pm and stayed to almost 7pm until my project (and few additional ones!) were done. Extremely pleased with the communication and quality that I received from this company and Austin, especially as a new home owner in an unfamiliar area. Cannot recommend enough.

Our house had a water leak where the line goes thru the slab foundation, between the meter and the shutoff valve indoors. I found Morris Jenkins using Google Maps Search and based on the sheer number of reviews and high ratings I contacted them for an estimate (which is free). Hiring a trustworthy contractor can be an intimidating task and based on my experiences I did not expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. This company is not the cheapest, by far, but if you can get past the sticker shock and can afford them you will not be disappointed. A case of “you get what you pay for”. There were probably 10 or more employees involved at various points with this project and it went off like clockwork. Each party, based on their expertise, was called to the job to perform their function like you typically see on larger projects like house building, etc. Very efficient.Here is what they did:1) Buried a 2” PVC pipe with a tracer wire and ran ¾” PEX water line through it between the meter and the house. They were able to go through the original slab penetration, which is what I wanted, but did not expect them to be able to do.2) Added a new box just downstream of the water meter with an isolation valve and pressure reducing valve (removed old PRV inside house).3) Added a new box just before line enters the house so that if it were ever necessary in the future to repair or replace the line it would be much easier and with no digging.4) Added a whole house carbon filter with automatic backwash along with a new outlet in the closet.5) Replaced thermal expansion tank at no extra charge because it was installed improperly by the previous plumber.These guys kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew how to operate everything and happily answered dozens of questions. They also tried their best to keep areas as clean as possible and then cleaned the work area very nicely when they were done.Since so many were involved in this project, I know I will forget to mention more than one technician, but here are the ones that I can remember that worked on it:Boots, DJ, Ethan, Mike, Shane, Troy, and Zack. I’m sorry to anyone I have failed to mention.The reviews on Google really helped me to decide what to do and ultimately the review by Worth Sparks 2 months prior to my project is what sold me, so “thank you” Worth.

After freezing temperatures overnight, our outdoor faucet froze and the pipe burst. We had water in our kitchen and mudroom. We called Morris Jenkins and the dispatch woman was very apologetic about our situation and scheduled us within 4 hours. We highly recommend the priority advantage plan they sell because we have used it numerous times. The priority advantage plan has saved us money on parts and we receive urgent services. Thomas arrived to our house in a timely manner, diagnosed the issue, and provided us with multiple options for repairs. We selected our repair option and he was able to fix it within 1 hr. Thomas was very professional, polite and efficient! We highly recommend Morris Jenkins.
The technician, Tim, did an excellent job. He laid out all my options to repair or replace with all the detail and no pressure. I went with the deluxe replacement. Floor and wall connector literally look better now than before and the toilet is perfect. The removal, installation and cleanup all above par. Incredibly happy with this investment!!! Thank you Tim!!
Another contractor cut the main water pipe coming into my house. I didn't have a plumber that I trust so...Call Morris Jenkins. Yes, the commericals are cheesy. But today they lived up to the advertising. Everything from the first phone call to the final walk through of the repair was absolutely stunning. The plumber was EARLY, assessed the problem, fixed it, SHOWED me the fix in *detail,* advised me on what other after-issues I may run into. All in about an hour. 10/10 plumbing, will plumber again.

Our house is on a slab and the original water main sprung a leak somewhere under the house. James Gay, Matt Welbourne, Tyler Petty, and Lewis Holland replaced our water main from the meter to the house in one day. They did excellent work in extremely harsh conditions (95˚, mostly direct sunlight). We now have a hand hole on our side of the meter with a water cutoff and a pressure reducer that is easily adjusted. The water main pipe was installed within a protective outer PVC pipe. The entrance to the back of the house is completely underground. The pipe emerges from the floor, insulated, in the garage where it then connects to the existing main copper pipe for the house with another cutoff. Problem solved, and then some. We will call Morris Jenkins again the next time we need plumbing work.
We were passing one of their employees on the road and he was making a left hand turn. He had his truck at an angle over the line and his driver side mirror was out in our lane. We tried to miss it but the mirrors hit. We got turned around he was gone. I consider that a hit and run. We called the company and we can’t get no one to call us back. Safety is a priority but I guess they care less about it. If they can’t take care of the drivers and they’re bad driving why use this company. I will make sure that people know about this company. So watch out for their drivers cause if they damage for vehicle that will not pay!!!!

This is the first time we ever used the company and there is no one else I would call! From Amanda, who's a wonderful and kind dispatcher, to Mitchell who actually came out to do the service.. this was top notch. We were dealing with a plumbing emergency and everyone knows what a headache that can be! He was kind and professional. Extremely knowledgeable and just an all around fun person to work with. He really turned my night around. Besides just fixing the issue we were given next steps and set up with a fantastic price point. He even went out of his way to answer other questions we had about other services. I will absolutely be using Morris Jenkins again. Commercials don't do you justice. I’ve used Morris Jenkins for a few things and they have always been very professional and do good work.However they installed my toilet 14 months ago and it came loose. I’ve never ever seen a toilet come loose especially after just 14 months.They came out to inspect and said it’s not covered under warranty. They wanted to charge me another $350 to fix it.We pay astronomical pricing and they do what they can to continue over charging for obviously poor quality work.This is just another reason I cancelled our monthly maintenance plan.I just pulled the toilet myself and found a cracked flange by the screw where the installer screwed it down to hard.

The Morris-Jenkins service is OUTSTANDING. Their team is made up of clear communicators, extremely responsive representatives and they will come out same-day! Our 2-year old system has frozen up multiple times in the last year, and another company came out and tell us that multiple parts, including our compressor, needed to be replaced. We had Morris-Jenkins technician, Gabe Kiker, come out to offer us a FREE second opinion where he let us know our compressor (among other parts) were all running just fine. He helped us understand that the construction and installation of our unit was a shortcut that was taken during the build. Mike, another specialist came out at 8am the following day to do a major repair to address the root causes of our issues. Two days later, we ran into another freezing issue and Morris-Jenkins sent another technician, Daniel Rodriguez, who came out on Sunday evening to find that the original install team from Parks Heating and Cooling forgot to install a critical component of the system! After 45 mins working on diagnosing our issue, Daniel found the component sitting in its original box behind our unit, and went ahead and installed it to us at no-charge. He also spent time answering our questions (we're new homeowners) and helped us understand our HVAC unit better. Don't hesitate, just call Morris-Jenkins!
As a Priority Advantage member, we've used Morris-Jenkins for quite a few years to do the Spring & Fall maintenance on our HVAC. Everyone we've dealt with has been extremely professional and super nice. This time, we needed a huge job: to remove and replace the original 1998 ductwork the builders had installed. Morris-Jenkins salesman, Jake, came out on Tuesday to give an estimate. During the process, he took photos of our crawlspace and showed us not only the disgusting-looking ductwork but also drew a diagram as to how the ductwork had been installed: all over the place with apparently no rhyme or reason as to why. That in itself explained why our master bed & bath had never been properly heated or cooled.On Wednesday, the crew showed up promptly and started immediately. It took a day and a half, and our system is working extremely well. Neil was awesome in explaining what he was doing and what we could expect. One thing is certain: the A/C on Tuesday 5/3/22 was horrible and the A/C on Thursday, 5/5/22, is fantastic! Such a huge and very much appreciated difference. Our 19-month-old grandson's hair blows every time he walks by a register - something that NEVER happened before. A huge shout-out to the Morris-Jenkins crew: we appreciate you more than you know!

I am new to the area; Jay was awesome! Personable, professional, and helpful with recommendations to local places to eat and see. He gave great recommendations for some water heater updates, how to shut the water off, and recommendations for good housekeeping if I go on travel. While fixing/increasing the water temp on my shower faucet, he even helped me catch the wild skink that somehow made its way into the bathroom a day ago! I would absolutely recommend him and the company for water heater needs.

Ed was very professional and knowledgeable about drain cleaning. He was also very pleasant which is important when providing a service. Our water heater stopped working in the evening and Morris Jenkins was available to come out (outside of normal business hours) for a very reasonable price. The technician on the phone was very polite and helpful and Keith our technician was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Willie and partner came out the next day to install our new water heater. They were on-time, professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. We will definitely use this company again!
Nick did an excellent job. We kinda thought we knew what the problem was and worked on an overflowing water leak when we used our washing machine. We needed a professional. Called Morris Jenkins. They sent Nick. He was on time, professional and so very nice and patient. So glad he came. He fixed the problem. We felt very safe having Nick at our home. I have been living at my home in Charlotte for 5 years. I had an issue with my drainage pipes where it got clogged because of a misplaced flapper. A friend of mine, Ray, that used to work at Morris-Jenkins told me to call. I called them up and they came around 8:00 am. They started to work and after they recognized the issue, they told me they were going to send a service team later on to resolve it. Will McCray and Jarrod Carpenter arrived and assisted my issue and I have nothing to say but great things about them. They were clear and concise about what was happening and they were some of the most honest people I’ve met. They were very authentic and helped me with my problem. They left everything as it was and were very clean and fast. I really appreciate the great job Will and Jarrod did for me. The quality work that I received from them was exceptional and unmatched. I've been working with Morris Jenkins for a couple years now as part of their priority advantage program. The regular service is easy to schedule and techs have always arrived within the time slot and performed the services professionally. Most recently, Tony Harkey was dispatched and did an excellent job. After competing the system maintenance, he identified a few deficiencies and recommended a few upgrades to the system which we decided to have him install the same day. Most notably I am loving the air scrubber due to multiple pets in the house; I noticed a difference in the air quality almost immediately. I like the fact that he was capable of doing installs of multiple components within the same visit. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and tolerant of our pets. I highly recommend.

Wow! Very impressed! I requested service online 4am, and received their confirmation email 7am. The technician, Mr. Tony Harkey, showed up on time, very professional, very patiently explaining the whole maintenance process and his advice. I was busy with something else when Tony arrived, he was really understanding and waited patiently. He also put on the shoe covers before entering my house, I appreciate all the details and efforts he made. It was 90 degree outside, I am really thankful for his wonderful job and great manner. Our technician Jon was incredible! As first-time home buyers, we are always learning something new. Jon was there to clearly explain every aspect of his work and the impact on our AC unit. 10/10 recommend! Our tech Cam came out, gave a heads up call, which was appreciated to lock our pup up and make sure we were there for when he arrived! Cam was very professional and thorough! Explained everything in detail so we knew and understood what was going on! Repairs were made while he was here, which got our heat working again! Cam is great and will be requested for all our upcoming maintenance and service calls!
Sidney recently assisted with a drain pipe that was clogged. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process! He was able to resolve the issue quickly and provide insight into what caused it in the first place and preventative measures to ensure it does not happen again in the future. Rich Brennan was the tech today at my home to repair my furnace. From the time he contacted me to let me know he was en route to the time he left, his communication was excellent. He was professional, punctual, and personable. He kept me informed as to what he found, what was needed to fix what he found, and what the cost (and pricing options) would be. Morris Jenkins Review - Andrew Carpenter:I would like to share my experience with Andrew Carpenter on a recent service call with Morris Jenkins. Andrew came to our home to unclog a shower drain and sink drain in our kids bathroom, both were slow drains. From the moment he arrived, he was kind and professional. He rang the doorbell, when I opened, he actually asked me how I was and how my day was going. He put on the boot covers and asked permission to come into the home. He was engaging and worked quickly to unclog the drains. They are working great now! Also he tested the water pressure and checked our hot water heater. He asked me questions and advised based on the time frame he would recommend a water heater flush, which we had him do. It needed it as it had build up in the system. When he was done, he showed me all that he had done and asked me if there was anything else. I truly appreciate Andrew and all he did to get us back up and running. Jay was very courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and reasonable. He answered all my questions and my husband's questions. He was very professional, took the time needed to do his diagnosis and repair. Morris-Jenkins made some alterations to my bathroom to make it safe for a very elderly relative. They provided excellent consultation on the design and installation. Their courtesy, professionalism, knowledge, quality of work and cooperativeness were among the best I have seen in a contractor. When unexpected problems developed on the project, Morris-Jenkins was quick to offer fair compensation. I have hired contractors for private and rental properties for decades, and I would hire and recommend this company any time in the future, without reservation.

This is the second time that I used Morris-Jenkins. The first time, my 5 year old stopped up the toilet with a plastic toy she apparently wanted to see swim!Zach Jarvis came to my home for a kitchen drain repair. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the suspected issue with my drain and provided options for repair.While here he asked if there were any other issues, and in fact there were minor water supply and bathroom drain clogs, that I’d lived with for some time. He was quick to make those repairs too.I’ve had a service contract with another Charlotte AC, Heating, and Plumbing service provider in Charlotte and while they were adequate, they’d frequently cancel service appointments and explain to me they had a manpower issue.Hands down Morris-Jenkins is so much more professional. When they say they’ll be here, they’re here on time and ready to provide great and friendly service. Problem solved!

Hello, my appointment was great from start to finish including the online chat agent that scheduled it the night before.When Sidney arrived he greeted me, was very pleasant. I explained my issue and he started working right away. Once finished he explained everything he done and showed me that my sink was working properly. My daughters dishwasher was not draining and was unable to use it for a month. Jake from morris Jenkins was quickly able to assess the problem and unclog the dishwasher hose so it works correctly. He was extremely nice and professional; he actually called twice to let me know when he’d arrive and was on time. My daughter has the priority advantage plan and highly recommend. This company rates high on service and quality of employees!
I always have great experiences with the technicians at Morris Jenkins but… OMG Colleen Q. was by far the best. He was so patient with questions and full of knowledge. Not that I’ve ever experience the annoyance of sales with Morris Jenkins techs, but Colleen made sure that on some things he was just advising. No pressure or long speech just truly genuine and humble. Whenever I request service I will be requesting whenever possible for Colleen to be my tech. Dakota P. went way above what was expected in helping us with all of our plumbing needs today. We had several tasks, and he went through the solutions for each one with us. He made it very clear for us. Then he worked to complete each repair, while keeping us informed throughout the day. Dakota even helped me exchange our old washer for the new washer from my garage.The repairs totaled about $2,000. We were very happy with both the results and the process. We definitely recommend Dakota for any future repairs.
We contacted Morris-Jenkins around 9pm in regards to two toilet repairs at our home. By 8 am the following morning we had the pleasure of having Julio as our service technician. Julio was on time, professional, friendly, extremely informative, and very reliable. The service was phenomenal and rather quick. If I could give 6 stars I would! The service I received was top notch. My technician (Steven) was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my heating system and gave me several options on how it can be repaired. He was direct and told me the cost of each of the options, which I really appreciated. He even took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong with my system and explained everything! In addition to all of this he was very kind and professional. Overall, would highly recommend!

The service provided by Nate was a WOW customer service! From the time he informed me of his arrival until the job was completed, he exceeded my expectations. Jacob was totally amazing. He worked so hard to get my kitchen sink faucet replaced. He was also professional and personable. He was quick and explained what he needed to do well. Julio was so great. So kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond the drain cabling he was called out for and completed a safety inspection and an inspection of the pipes in my crawl space to ensure there were no issues with this recent freezing weather. He also talked with me about another plumbing question. He was super great to work with. As a matter of fact, since I’ve moved to this house I’ve had a number of plumbing concerns that had to be addressed, as well as just completed my first HVAC preventative maintenance. I believe in all I’ve had about 8 different Morris Jenkins employees assist me and every single one of them has been courteous, professional, and really by the time they leave I feel like they are my new buddy. Alex called to verify appointment. Showed up on time. He observed the issue under kitchen sink. Worked around a weird sink drain fitting. Had to run to store get a part to complete job. Very nice and polite man. Gave me options on payment and went over everything before starting job. Great customer service skills. Would recommend him on your next plumbing needs especially if you need it done fast.
We had three technicians arrive at our home. Hugh helped us with our water pump. Michael repaired fallen duct work and connected us with an electrician to help solve issues with our breaker. He spent a good deal of time educating me about the entire process and answered all my questions thoroughly. Last, but not least, Jacob was timily and efficient. He got the power routed again for us.We are extremely pleased with the services we received today! All three gentlemen did a fantastic job. We are very appreciative of their efforts and information. Had a clog in my master shower. Herbie was our service tech. He called when he was 10 minutes out and arrived promptly. He was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. He fixed our drain without issue and cleaned everything up before he left. He tried to use a suggestive sales technique on me to buy some other MJ products very discreetly as he worked it into casual conversation, which I appreciated since I, myself have been in sales for over 12 years. I bought the drain cleaner, which I wouldn’t have even known about had he not mentioned it. Great job Morris Jenkins and Herbie, you guys/gals are awesome!

Adam was very courteous on the call prior to his arrival. He gave me an ETA and arrived right on time. We had a leak in an air duct with no clear origin. He walked us through a clear and well thought out trouble shooting and was able to give us a very comforting, “I’m 100% sure this is the issue”. He gave us our options very clearly and pointed out positives and negatives of each. We came to a conclusion and he communicated what he was going to do and did a fantastic job. When he finished he told us everything he did and that he checked it 5 times to ensure our leak was completely fixed. The work area was cleaned and he thanked us and went on his way. It was a Friday of a holiday weekend but he never seemed to be too rushed and had no problem that it was well past 5:00. Highly recommend and will request him next time.

I called Morris Jenkins to look at dishwasher issues. Julio explained what the issue was and gave me options on how to resolve the problem. I appreciated the professional approach and how he went ahead and took care of the issue. The dishwasher works great now.I also liked how the company lets you know who is coming, and the time schedule as to when they get to your residence. That was very helpful. I could see on my phone when Julio would arrive. Nice guy!!I’ll be using the priority advantage plan as well. It’s helpful to know who to call when problems arise.

Called Morris Jenkins on a Sunday after our well stopped working and had been without water for a day. Was surprised at how responsive they were right out of the blocks and how quickly they were able to send someone out. Received a text as well as a phone call to let me know that Hugh was on his way. Once he arrived he was very courteous and professional and very quickly diagnosed the issue, presented the proposal and got to work right away. He was able to get our secondary well setup with water to the house so that we would not be without for another day while we waited for the new pump to be installed. We had a clogged toilet and plunging, Liquid Plumber, etc. didn't work.We called the plumbing company that we've used a few times in the past but they had a waiting list and couldn't guarantee an appointment until the Tuesday after Memorial Day.We really didn't want to be unable to use our downstairs bathroom for 5 days so we Googled and found Morris Jenkins. We already knew about them from their tv commercials and from seeing their vehicles in our neighborhood.The person who answered the phone was courteous, friendly, and professional. She got all the necessary information and said someone could be here between 12:45 and 3:00 TODAY! And the dispatch fee was $12 less than the other place.Jay called en route, as was promised. He showed up well before 3:00 and was able to unclog the toilet quickly. He was easy going, thorough, and really knew his stuff. Problem solved.Morris Jenkins took away the fear of going into the long holiday weekend without all our bathrooms functioning. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again (though we hope we don't have to)! ?

This all started out with getting screwed over by a different company. They gave me a window for coming out and didn't even call me to tell me that they couldn't make it. Well it was a blessing that Morris Jenkins was able to send somebody out in just a few short hours to have a look at my problem. Keith the tech that arrived was great and made everything easy. Outstanding individual. I think that people get soured by how much a repair can cost not realizing that you get what you pay for. They have already called to come install my water heater ahead of schedule. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants an extremely professional company to work with. ***Update***Will and Jarrod are amazing techs and performed a beautiful skilled install. Josh was able to come out the very same day that we called about our furnace. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with it and what the next steps would be. The next day Ross came by and went over the options we had as far as the system and was very helpful with going over options cost wise and made us feel more at ease with what to do. John and Jody came to instal the system and they worked so hard to get it installed for us. After they finished Jody explained how everything worked. All of them were so amazing especially since we are first time home buyers! 100/100 recommend them! We are so happy we chose them for the job!

Cam was able to get to my house early for my appointment to see why my unit was making a strange noise after my regular maintenance on the 31st. He quickly and efficiently determined the problem and repaired it. We just had Allan P. come out to our house to work on getting our heat working again. All of the work was covered under warranty so there was no charge which was great. I want to just say how professional and courteous Allan was while here at my home. He got everything done in a timely manner and really made us feel comfortable with him being in our home. He definitely did a 5 star job and we are so grateful to have had someone here who clearly knew what he was doing. He made a noticeable effort to make sure all of our needs were met.
I had Taylor come out for my AC spring maintenance and had the UV air scrubber installed after Taylor showed me pictures of mildew/mold growing inside my air intake. He also installed a new power switch because the old one was burning out. He did a great job keeping me informed about what he found and what he was doing each step of the way. Gave me a quote of how to replace and remedy the issues. I agreed to have the work done and he did a professional job. He even replaced a smoke detector that was completely broken and missing for free. And, it was very high to reach up in a vaulted ceiling of a bedroom. That didn’t deter him from offering to replace it for free. I’m so glad he came and that I called Morris Jenkins! They know their business and do a fine job! Call them you won’t be disappointed!

So I had scheduled a routine maintenance for my AC unit to get ready for the summer. My technician Zach and his trainee Brandon arrived at the scheduled appointment time. They were very polite and friendly. They chatted a little bit with us and then got straight to work. After the initial inspection and cleaning. Zach let us know that we had some upgrades that would be beneficial to our unit. Other technicians have also told us but never offered the finance options like Zach. I trusted Zach's advice and we went through the process of getting the upgrades. They had the part's on the truck and we're finished in under a hour. Morris Jenkins is lucky to have Zach as one of their technicians and with him training Brandon, you're going to have another great tech. I would happily invite both of these men for a summer BBQ. I was in need of a plumping repipe after an emergency situation, interestingly due to property damage that was done during a fiber optic install in my neighborhood (they crushed my main sewer line). Mitchell was approachable, knowledgeable, and very professional. He did a great job explaining what our issue was with our toilet and laid out the options clearly for my wife and I to decide on what to do. He even took the time to help us pick out our new toilet and gave us tremendous insight on what each brand could give us. I went with this place because of all the great reviews and issues with plumbers that never show on time or take days to fix and issue. From the first phone call to fixing the leak, everyone was so great and professional. It was quick to schedule for someone to come out. They were there the next day exactly on time and called prior to arriving. Alex was awesome. He kept me informed the whole time, gave me options, and got the problem fixed even though we had a few hiccups show up. This was our 2nd time using Morris Jenkins and both have been positive experiences. Our technician this time was Jake and he was on time, super polite and very much seemed to take pride in his work. He was determined to help us out by unclogging our toilet and spent quite a while working on it. Ultimately, he won the battle against the small cup my 3 yr old put in the toilet and we were extremely grateful! On top of that, while in our crawl space, he noticed 2 things that needed to be attended to for our shower and pipes. He took the time to share this information with us and how and why to fix it. Again, showing he cares about his customers. I very much appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail…especially on Super Bowl Sunday. Give that man a raise!
Today I had a new humidifier installed which required my installing technician, a plumber, and an electrician. I also needed my gas fireplace logs inspected. Mark, Jake, Austin, Taylor and Jon all worked together and separately to service my house. I am grateful that I can hire a company that sends the right people, on time, to do good work, respect my home, and care that I understand what they are doing. I started with this company with an “emergency “ request to fix one air conditioner 2 years ago and have used them since to service my HVAC and hot water heater needs. The entire experience was first class. Our kitchen sink vent pipe busted on Thanksgiving. After 3 attempts over 3 days to get a hold of my go-to plumber, we could no longer wait. I used MJ's online appointment request and within 4 hours, our pipe was fixed! Brice was very professional and knowledgeable. He had all the parts he needed for the repair with him. Pat from Morris Jenkins was such a pleasure to work with!! I called Morris Jenkins to receive a second opinion on an issue I was having with my AC and heating systems. Pat was able to accommodate me and come over about an hour after I called to make the request. He took so much time to explain everything to me so I knew what was going on every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Most of the time when I have people over to fix something in the house they do not make any effort to explain anything and just give me the final price but Pat genuinely cared that I understood everything that was going on. He also took the time to explain and point out other appliances in the house that needed to be replaced for safety concerns such as my smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Pat was also very sweet with my dogs and cats which is a huge plus!! I definitely will be making follow up appointments in the future and requesting Pat. Thank you for all of your help!

Joey is the Gold Standard. I called to report a clogged shower drain and Joey was dispatch for a same day repair visit.Starting with communication, Joey was running a little early so so he called to ensure that I was at home and could receive him. Upon arrival, he did not simply go to the drain and run a snake down the line. He took the time to inspect under the house and the two outside clean out access points allowing him to determine a general area of the clog. In doing so, he also discovered a few leak created by another service provider doing recent home improvements at my home.After multiple failed attempts to get the snake in the shower drain, Joey then improvised and suggested going in through the toilet. This was most appreciated because he could have: a) went straight to suggesting cutting the drain line; or b) giving up. The suggestion of going the the toilet worked.All said and done, Joey sent almost 4 hours troubleshooting and working to fix the issue. The entire time he kept me engaged and informed. Additionally, he did not mind me getting under the house with him to personally see the leak points as a result of the recent renovations.

River went above and beyond to inspect our HVAC system during a routine check and through his experience was able to find mold in our air ducts that no other company found (used 3 other service providers before). He inspected our house as if it were his own and educated us on why and how this happened. We have been breathing moldy air for potentially years! Zion Johnson, Plumbing Specialist, came out to my home to service a plumbing issue with an upstairs bathroom. He was on-time, great personality and quick to diagnose the root cause. In learning the background of why we made the service call and seeing the aftermath of someone using our toilet during a real estate showing (we're selling our home), he connected with his leadership and they decided to waive the service call fee. We were ready to pay for the service call, but they waived it. This is a legit review. Definitely recommend Morris & Jenkins and will be calling them in the future to establish maintenance contracts once we land in our new home :-).
William and Matt were very professional and knowledgeable. They removed the old leaking water heater from the attic and installed a new one. After using an unreliable contractor we encountered plumbing issues with a newly installed laundry drain line. We called Morris-Jenkins and they were out within hours. They were at our house until 11:45 p.m. making sure everything was covered and going above and beyond to help us understand the issues. I had an emergency pipe issue late evening that I needed help with immediately. Both the customer service representative and plumbing specialist (Terry Luckey) that helped me were extremely swift in their response to my call and getting over to my home even at a very late hour to repair my line so that I could get water back on. I was very pleased within the first couples minute of calling Morris Jenkins. They were quick to be responsive and sent someone out to help in my time of need with a leaking water heater. The technician,Michael Johns, who came out was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful at explaining the options to fix the problem. The technician, Will McCray, who came out the following day to install the new water heater was also very professional and helpful in answering all my questions. Prior to each technician coming out, I was sent a text detailing who would be coming to my house, a photo so I knew who to expect, as well as down to the minute ETA of the tech. Upon his on time arrival, Zion was kind and professional and was able to determine very quickly that our issue was due to a roof leak. What a professional company. I woke up this weekend and the temperature in my house was 56°. I thought my 24 year old furnace had gone to be with the Lord. Toni Harkey called me at 11 o’clock and said he would be there in 30 minutes and he showed up right on time and went to work immediately on my antique furnace .He was dressed professionally and acted very professional. The last service person I had at my house, let’s just say that wasn’t the case. I’m retired military so I actually look at that pretty hard. After discussing the benefits of the Priority Advantage program , I signed up. I just bought this house a year ago and my warranty has expired so it was a pretty easy sale. Tony went over the suggested repairs and maintenance and had my system up and running in about 30 minutes.After reading all of the benefits of the program online ,I’m also signing my girlfriend up who has a older house right down the road from mine. $20 a month is a very inexpensive piece of mind.. not to mention this will keep me from having to run over to her house in the middle of the night with a flashlight and act like I know what I’m doing. Today I spent the day with Javier, Matt, Andrew, and the estimator. The estimator who came to look at the job was so awesome and I feel really bad I forget his name. It begins with anE. He had to suffer through my husband and I having a meltdown about the price. We are old school and are still living with in the days of Hot water heater repairs costing $500. But he was gracious and brave and helped us through it. The entire team did an amazing job. I feel safe knowing I have a great new relocated hot water heater. Thank you Morris Jenkins. Let me also mention their customer service line. I called on Sunday night. They answered on the first ring and everyone showed up 8 am the next morning prepared.

Our water heater burst early in the morning causing water to leak everywhere! Called several companies and Morris-Jenkins were able to come out right away. Martin responded to the call. He was very informative and personable. We were lucky enough to get a new heater the same day. You don’t know how much you need your kitchen sink until it is clogged. I was dreading having to have someone come out on a weekend. The cost I was sure would be awful. We called Morris Jenkins and Sidney came out. He joked when he was on his way that he was putting on his cape…but he for sure saved the day! Not only did he fix the kitchen sink but he got two other drains working in tip top condition. Not only that, he explained all the services to us and put us on a maintenance plan that would not only save us money but help us living in a 14 year house. We had Jordan Cooper come out and perform our heat maintenance for our unit. Jordan has earned our business and is one of the main reasons that we continue to have Morris Jenkins maintain our unit. I appreciate the service we received from our plumbing technician, Doug. He was on time, professional, and most importantly, very knowledgeable of the issues/system he was troubleshooting for me (residential plumbing and tankless water heaters). He methodically worked his way thru the possible issues (patiently answering my couple dozen questions along the way) and recommended a solution that made sense. We have been using Morris-Jenkins for 10 years or more and I do not recall ever having any issues/complaints with any of their personnel. The service from Doug kept that streak going.
Jared was on time and very knowledgeable and professional at and about his job. Jared answered all questions that I had in reference to the issues that I was noticing about our heating system. Jared completed the job in a timely manner and had the system up and running. Kudos to Jared for a job well done during a holiday and after hours.
This team was incredibly fast and efficient. Initial visit was from Nate who showed up just 40 minutes after I called Morris Jenkins and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He determined a new water heater was needed and just 30 minutes later Justin showed up with a brand new heater. Altogether, from phone call to Nate’s diagnostic to Justin’s installation, I was only without hot water for 2 or 3 hours. Incredible.

Today I had an awesome conclusion to a scary problem. An inspection of my basement furnace turned up a gas leak. I got that information at around 11:00 this morning and after calling Morris Jenkins I had a technician scheduled from 1:00-4:00 On The Same Day!!! Wow. Chase called me at 1:30 and was at my home by 2:00. The problem was a leak in the valve and he had the part on his truck.....to a 20 year old unit. Another Wow. Service, service, service. He quickly found and cleared the stoppage in our sewer line He suggested another tech come out with a camera then waited with us until Matt arrived. I requested a non urgent estimate at 8 am for clogged plumbing that was not solved over the weekend with every home remedy my family tried...snaking, vinegar/baking soda, and harsher chemicals. I had someone reach out to me within 30 minutes of my onliine request and Julio at my house an hour later. Julio was very polite and very informative of options and best/worse case scenarios. Wow! I never thought I would do a review for a plumber but this company and our specific technician - Alex - was really excellent. We had new floors installed throughout our home including all the baths. This necessitated the need to either fix the height of our old toilets or replace them which we ended up doing. I called Jenkins after 7:00 pm and they set up an appointment the following morning at 8:00 am. The nicest young man showed up promptly and explained all the option from repairing to replacing. Within 3 hours all three baths were complete. He was polite, knowledgeable, and workmanship was great. Highly recommend. We are new to the area so finding a good plumber that we can trust and depend on was a very pleasant surprise!!

Where do I start?? These people are top notch!! Graham and Christine my plumbers went above and beyond to fix the toilet clog in my office, which Christine discovered originated in the office next door. It was an absolute pleasure to have Jordan Archie as our technician today.Although the heat finally came on right before Jordan arrived… (which seems like what usually happens whenever you have HVAC, or Car, or Internet, or whatever issues – that the faulty system starts working right before the expert repair person starts to look it over), and made us concerned that the issue would then be tough to track down, Jordan was able to easily and definitively identify the problem with our heating system. He fully documented the issue with photos and videos, explained the problem clearly and completely to us, and most importantly he fully corrected it and got our heat up and running again.After noticing we also had an annual heating maintenance appointment scheduled later this week, Jordan also performed the remaining heating maintenance tasks necessary to save us money and to save us from having to have an additional appointment later this week. And he also happily replaced our filters (most of which are in our 10 ft. ceiling and very challenging for us to replace ourselves).He was exactly on time, which was greatly appreciated since we have to put up the pets, worked quickly and efficiently, fully answered all of our questions, and left us even more confident in trusting Morris-Jenkins with all of our heating, A/C, and plumbing maintenance and repair needs.

Willie, Matt and a third installer/rep were very thorough, professional and courteous in completing our tankless water heater installation in less than a day. We were impressed at the time and resources Morris-Jenkins devoted to the project, including cutting the old leaky water heater in our crawl space in half to take it out and haul it off. The other companies that gave us estimates on the job shook their heads at the old unit and said they'd disconnect it but leave it where it was. We had a bathroom drain pipe break, not burst, completely break. Couldn't use the bathroom, shower, or anything without water pouring under the house. I called 4 different places, and Morris-Jenkins were the only ones that took pity on us on a Sunday and offered to come asap. Jared showed up about 15-20 min after I called. I have 12 people living in my house, and we were down to one bathroom and zero showers. To say I'm grateful for their promptness is an understatement. He came in and went right to work. He was very professional, and gave us a quote and a run down of what he was going to be doing less than 10 minutes after he got there. Seriously, the whole experience was stress free, considering the situation. Jared even stayed a little longer to answer some questions my husband had that did not pertain to the work he came for. I would absolutely recommend them for plumbing emergencies, and will definitely use them again. We were literally without a bathroom for maybe an hour and a half. I'm so thankful!

My hot water heater was well past it's prime, and decided to spring a leak. When Keith arrived I was sweeping a lake out of my basement. He was very polite and professional. Andrew Strecker came out to heat my water pipes in the garage because they froze. I didn't listen to warnings & leave a facet dripping so my hot water pipes froze. On Christmas day, an hour earlier than expected this knight in a white van pulls up & restores my hot water. Just in time for me to take a shower & go in for my night shift at the hospital. He was knowledgeable, respectful, personable & thorough. My husband and I found out yesterday that we had to get new heating and air units installed. Our heat stopped working a few days ago so we called and Madison came out last night to hopefully fix a heating issue. Unfortunately, we did not get the news we were hoping for and decided that, instead of a temporary fix, go with a complete install today. Our system was 22 yrs old and needed to be updated anyways. So, Bud came out and spoke with us about what to expect and helped us select the unit better suited for our situation. He was very professional and personable. We got everything set up and he notified us the installation technicians would be on their way shortly. A little while later on, Eric and another technician whose name I forget (I'm so sorry!), came and did the install. They were also very professional, personable, knowledgable and helpful! They got everything installed and helped me set up the WiFi and the schedule for my unit. An electrician, also named Eric, came out and inspected everything to make sure all was connected correctly. My experience with everyone today proves that you guys are great at your jobs and seem to enjoy them, as well! It was a pleasure to have you all in my home. I am one happy customer. A sluggish toilet and a sewer smell, then Mr. Jenkins says Time to call Ger and Jesus. Boy! Am I glad I made that call. A visit that began at 9:30 pm and ended after 1:00 am saved our new hardwood floors and my reputation as a responsible steward while my wife is out of town. I couldn't have damage during my watch. Both Ger and Jesus keep me posted on the problem and their procedures. They let me know the potential issues with our plumbing and correctly discovered the culprit was actually the City of Charlotte with a clogged sewer line. They called the city who appeared at 2:00 am and again at 4:00 am to clear the blockage.I as so grateful that I have the service contract for our HVAC that includes plumbing. How likely would I have been to place a call at 8:45 pm and have a service person here by 9:30 pm if I were calling any other company? Thanks for your timely and accurate response. Thanks for saving our hardwood floors and my anatomy.

Our landscaper mowed over our sewer cap in our front yard causing the top of it to fall into the sewer pipe. Per the landscaper everything should be fine. Don’t worry they said…They replaced the sewer cap with a new one and left. Ten days later (today, Sunday May 21st) while washing clothes all of a sudden my kitchen sink, shower, bathtub and both toilets exploded with sewer water all over the place. I could not reach the landscaper on a Sunday, plus their mailbox was full. No emergency numbers were listed either. I called Morris Jenkins and Michael Johns arrived promptly and immediately began to snake the drain. After much effort and skill (very appreciative) the sewer drain unclogged and the water receded. However the piece of drain cap was still lodged in the pipe. Michael called Josh Harper the Morris Jenkins guy with a camera to come look into the drain. He also came on a Sunday! What an amazing piece of equipment! He spotted the drain cap piece with his camera immediately and with great skill was able to move the cap down to the main big drain in the street. These two guys were the kindest most knowledgeable men I have ever dealt with. They knew exactly what to do. I will definitely recommend Morris Jenkins to my neighbors! Julio the service man was courteous , on time , and efficient. He brought along a trainee , AJ, and they both were quick and proficient. We were talking while they performed their duties and before you knew it the tasks were complete. The service was great although it was a little on the expensive side. I would do it again because of their professionalism and proficiency.

We had a backed up washing machine drain. I called at 3:30 pm and scheduled an appointment for 5:30 the same day. Eli arrived on time and was courteous and professional. Given that he had to crawl around in the dark with the spiders under my porch to fix our problem, I’d say he went above and beyond the call of duty! Morris Jenkis is awesome. I can't compliment their services and quality of work enough. They were able to schedule our faucet installation the very next day. We picked out a new faucet for our bathroom sink and began installing it ourselves but ran into some issues. James arrived at my property very quickly. He examined the situation with my ice maker water connection broke away from the refrigerator and had leaked water until the water was turned off. He went under my house to investigate. He was very specific with his proposals to get the water back on ASAP and had we needed to do to add another water line from underneath the house to the refrigerator. He took photos of inside and outside. He was very and concise and easy to understand. I trust him immediately and wanted all proposals completed. He stay into early Saturday evening and came back Sunday after 3pm to complete the work needed underneath the house. He texted me photos of the complete work underneath and inside the home. Called Morris Jenkins because they are who our HVAC unit was purchased from in 2018 before we bought our house. It’s still under the parts warranty and they honored their warranty and provided top notch, prompt service. Travis was exceptional and explained everything to me. I’d highly recommend Morris Jenkins for your HVAC needs. Signed up for their program and also get free plumbing assistance if we need it. I feel very confident in their pricing and guidance. I’m happy with the repairs made as the house is much cooler and more comfortable than it was last night and this morning. They also warranty their services with their maintenance program for two years. For $20/month, I’ll take this preventative approach versus it going out on us and having to spend $12k on a new one. ?

Everyone who called and/or came out on site was extremely courteous and professional. Any time someone came out there were emails and phone calls and updates on traffic situations...and they were either on time or early. We had a full AC/Heat system installation, everything but duct work. Everything done (from paperwork to technical details to how to setup the WiFi for the thermostat) was laid out and explained and detailed. Questions were answered whenever we had them. System is running great. And on top of all that they were cheaper than the smaller local companies (and had a much better time period for work/service/calls etc) It took less than 48 hours from the initial contact to the full system installation and this was done on a Friday/Saturday, and local places here didn't even offer after hours/weekend service. Very impressed and happy with everything.

I just moved into a new home and started encountering clogging issues. I contacted Morris Jenkins in the morning and a plumber was at my house an hour later! Julio was very professional, Knowledgeable, and friendly. We went over the possible causes and after a camera inspection found the root of the issue and completed repairs. I was consistently updated on what they were working on and finding during the entire process. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a plumber! He was also very sweet to my loud and nosy dogs which is always nice!Editing to add that we have had a couple more plumbers from Morris Jenkins over due to a plumbing replacement and follow ups. Most recently Jake came by and fixed our slow flushing toilet. He was able to pinpoint the issue and complete repairs. He was also friendly and arrived quickly on a Saturday morning!

I called at 9 o'clock at night and they said someone would be there between 10 and 12 that night. Mitchell showed up at 1015 and didn't leave until our entire system was working properly. He tested the water pressure, the chlorine level and even checked out a funky toilet we had. The entire time he was talking me through what he was doing and the other stuff we should be doing to ensure our plumbing system was running properly. Mitchell was the best morris jenkins tech I've had at my house hands down and an absolutely awesome dude.

We had an oven range that was leaking a small amount of gas and a few weeks ago Larry Richardson came out and was able to pinpoint where it was coming from, and what parts needed to be replaced. Because of this, the appliance manufacturer is sending a new unit so we just had Larry back to set up the hose fittings for installation. He is a true professional and highly skilled. Top notch service! Started our morning with a crack in heating system potentially exposing family to carbon monoxide. Tech was here asap bright and early went out of his way to find the crack and sent an emergency team out for total replacement . Having a 1 year old we were in extreme panic . By 8pm service was complete . New heating system , new duct full install new thermostats and full demo on how to use the new products. Jarrette F , Ron, Allen, Cody were all truly lifesavers . Requested service online the day before Christmas Eve - had an 8am appointment scheduled minutes later for Christmas Eve morning which I didn't expect.Next morning the tech, Joey, showed up on time and was great to work with. Walked through the issue and let me know the pricing options. Fixed the drain for less than I'd thought because he was able to reuse the trap.Also did a general water health inspection and advised our water pressure was over the recommended level - guessed it was a faulty pressure valve as our home is older. After some thorough investigation he was able to determine that our house didn't even have a pressure valve because of its age. Was able to walk through likely costs and help get a follow up visit scheduled to resolve this.I'd previously avoided Morris-Jenkins because I had doubts about the service I'd get with the big company but after working with Joey I'm sold. Signed up for their priority membership and will use MJ as my initial call for plumbing and HVAC.moving forward.

The man was so nice he talked to me about the HVAC maintenance plan so I signed up. I've now used them to install a toilet which I bought from them. Jon was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and kept me apprised of what was going on, why he was doing what he was doing and a guesstimate of howHe long each task could take. He also shared what he liked about working for Morris Jenkins. He cleaned up after himself once his work was complete. I was genuinely impressed with Jon and his expertise.Earlier that day I had a independent carpet cleaner scheduled to do carpet and upholstery cleaning in my home. In the course of our first ten minute conversation, the man told me three things he wouldn’t do. At the end of him performing what he would do, he asked me if I wanted to schedule him in the near future to clean the one “small” chair he wouldn’t do that day because it wasn’t on his work order!! I nearly bit my tongue off in order to not give him a smart answer. I kept my smart answer to myself and remained polite. With that said, the man saw his last time in my home.Congratulations to your company for having a true asset in Jon on board!! I spent my career in sales and customer service. You don’t get a second time to correct a “wrong” for a customer. The “wrong” or the lack of accountability for a mistake will always stay in the mind of that customer. The customer will move on as there are plenty of people doing it right.Well done Jon!! You made me a fan of Morris Jenkins!
Jacob Tousant was such a friendly and attentive technician that came out to unclog one of my sinks in the master bathroom. He was very efficient and offered answers to all of my questions and concerns. He even offered some estimates on my water heater and the leaky faucet in the master bathroom. He was never pushy and respected all of my decisions on wanting to talk to my husband about the estimates before continuing. Morris Jenkins and their employees have always been a pleasure to work with. Jacob seemed very passionate about his work and eager to help me with anything he could. Called this company and scheduled appointment for inspection and clean coil from 4-6pm. Received a call from the company stating they can come early. The tech (David Dupoy) arrived around 3pm. This man give every excuse in the world way he couldn’t perform his scheduled service request. Which had nothing to do with what he was here for. That was only to inspect the unit and clean the coils. Now we see why, he is finishing up all his service calls early. He isn’t doing his required job duties. Only in Charlotte we experience these type of behaviors - people getting these jobs but not fulfilling there responsibilities but just wanting a paycheck.If this type of work ethics and respect is acceptable by this company then they will lose more customers (new and old).I do not recommend this company to anyone.
I had surgery on Friday and lost heat on Christmas Eve. My service man was kind and empathetic. He encouraged me to rest and he would let me know if he had any questions. Very nice guy!!! He fixed the problem and explained it all well. I hope he has a happy new year ?

As a new member of the Priority Advantage program that Morris Jenkins offers, I was 100% wowed! The maintenance that is included doesn’t even describe the level of service you receive. My technician was Sammie. His knowledge and experience really shined. My husband is famous for being wary of anyone coming to work in our home and even he was impressed. Sammie not only did the maintenance but took the time to explain to us our entire system and what we should be on the look out for. Joey did a fantastic job servicing our entire HVAC system. He was personable clear about expectations and prices. While on the job he also smelled gas coming from the meter outside that resulted in a call and quick response from the local gas company.
Ice cold weather resulted in a burst in irrigation system valve - gushing water required we shut off all water to house. Ed the technician from Morris Jenkins showed up promptly the next day, evaluated the problem, got house water back up and running, and repair work scheduled in just a few days. From the moment he called to say he was just a half hour away to the moment he completed the service call we felt like we were in friendly professional hands.
Roger Furfaro with Morris Jenkins was prompt, and extremely thorough with his service and explanations. I definitely would recommend him . My experience with Morris Jenkins has always been good and today’s service continues their professional track record.
Outstanding job by the entire Morris-Jenkins team for our plumbing install work! We had a 7 year old water heater that had been leaking from a valve for about a month, we were going out of town for the holidays and wanted peace of mind we could leave it for a few days without coming back to a flood. Morris-Jenkins provided that peace of mind and then some. Terry Luckey came out for the evaluation and immediately got to work on it. He answered all of our questions and pointed out several things that could be an issue now and down the road. There were several code issues and he showed us everything that would be needed to have it corrected. With all the options given we decided to go with a new tankless unit outside the home and got scheduled the day we returned home. Throughout the process Terry and the team kept us updated and even made a last minute upgrade we requested the day before install. When Aaron and Daniel came out for installation the next morning they got to work immediately, we're extremely professional, knowledgable, and made sure everything was the way we wanted it for our home. Not only did they do an amazing job with the new install outside, but they cleaned up and fixed the area where the old one was inside so we were ready to put down new floors. Brian the electrician came shortly after to hook up the electrical properly and did a fantastic job. The entire team wore shoe coverings each time they entered the home, thoroughly answered all questions, and most importantly made it one of the smoothest, easiest experiences we've had as new homeowners. Great ads but BAD experience!We hired Morris Jenkins to reconnect our kitchen sink and install a new touch control faucet as part of a kitchen upgrade. We chose and purchased the faucet. The plumber they sent turned a reasonably simple job into a nearly $1500 profit opportunity for them, did some unnecessary work, made some unethical recommendations for even more profit, then when the faucet started dripping within a day or two, refused to honor their 30 day work guarantee. What’s unethical? How about showing my wife some sludge in the drain line under the sink and suggesting she’s bathing and brushing her teeth in that. We obviously need a whole house water filter… really??? NO, WE DON’T! I won’t use them again!
This is my first Morris Jenkins experience and it was better than the commercials! It started with a real person answering the phone - Crystal. She understood my problem and got me scheduled quickly. Keith came out to assess and prepare a quote. Both were professional and kind. I appreciate the quality customer service.

Micheal came out to service my A/C system and he was knowledgeable about my system and due to being very old he check for a known problem with my furnace and sure enough it had a cracked heat exchanger. We are working with Morris Jenkins to discuss options moving forward. Great to work with and appreciate their recommendations.

I called to get my shower head removed and replaced after attempting to do it myself and someone came out within 2 hours! Talk about fast service! As always I was pleased with my technician, he held a good conversation, was informative, and he already came prepared with my price breakdown, including a worse case scenario, he left no room for any questions because they were already answered! I am beyond happy and satisfied with my service today!
Robbie Bottles was one of the best service man we’ve experienced! He was so polite and kind and was really determined to figure out and help me with what seems like a mold issue in the vents. He was a great investigator trying to figure out where and how it’s getting in our vents. He spent hours working on it all with also the regular spring service but also this issue! I really appreciated him not being pushy with a high cost fix right away but to really determine the best cost efficient way they could help us! He gets the highest rating from me he really was authentic and cared about us! Way to go Robbie!

Anytime you look at your thermostat and see something that doesn’t look right, it can cause an uneasy feeling. The other day we had that moment. I was unsure of who to call, but I decided to schedule something with Morris-Jenkins since I had noticed a few of their vehicles in my neighborhood. Scheduling was easy, I did it at 10:00 pm online and quickly got a follow up email confirming my appt for the next day. Alex called about 45 minutes before my appt to confirm his eta. I can’t say enough good things about the job Alex did. Of course my system was working as it should when he got there, but he still inspected everything, pointed out a couple potential problem areas and explained how those issues could have caused what we experienced the night before. I appreciated the job Alex did so much, I signed up for their maintenance plan, which is something I’ve never done. If all of the technicians at Morris-Jenkins are as professional and polite as Alex, I have no doubt you’ll be glad you called Morris-Jenkins for your HVAC system issues.

These guys had great attitudes and character, they came to my house and worked hard on unclogging my main septic line. Time after time the pipe remained clog but they still worked non stop, they even brought a guy with a camera to run into the pipe to be sure, after being here for 7 hours Jake kept a great attitude, God knows I would have been frustrated. Thank you Jake and thanks to jon ward and Rick Hudson, Morris Jenkins will always be my go to for these problems because of guys like you all.

When Adam arrived at our front door he greeted us with a smile and a hand shake. He took the time to listen to my concerns and the issues that I was having with my furnace.Once he got the information he immediately took action on troubleshooting the problem. I so appreciate the consistency of the Morris -Jenkins Team, from my call being answered, my tech calling when in route, arriving on time, LISTENING to details of the equipment issue, THOROUGHLY checking of all components of equipment to properly assess and solve the problem. That's what Tech Sammie did for me, all while being honest and positive that he would get my heat back on. He fixed the heat but saw that an HVAC part was not working as well as it should. Sammie ordered a new part and came out the next evening and installed it. He also could see that my thermostat from my alarm company was only working intermittently with my HVAC unit. I've got a call in for them. Sammie came out two days in a row, near the end of a long day for both of us, yet he was positive and encouraging with a strong work ethic and a sense of humor. I've been a priority customer for years, and each time, my family contacts Morris-Jenkins, the company is responsive, helpful, and professional. On March 9, 2023, Zack came out to repair our heating system. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Zack was patient in answering all my questions and explained the issue completely and thoroughly. He provided realistic timelines and was efficient with the repair.
Best money I ever spent becoming a priority advantage member. These guys came out for an emergency call late one night due to a shower issue that turned into a mess and stayed there until 2 am when the problem resolved and I didn't get charged a dime. I am not a regular reviewer but this company has gotten by with poor experiences and terrible prices for too long. I have gotten quotes from them on many occasions and always chosen an alternative until last summer when they were the only ones available. They just came out for a regular service visit and quoted me $1900 for adding a switch, a drip leg, and fixing a gas leak. While that’s obviously an egregious price, there’s one significant problem, which is that the technicians notes specifically say there are no gas leaks detected! My dad and I purchased less than $50 of supplies to fix the drip leg and install the switch. I will freeze through a winter night or sweat it out in august before I ever pick up the phone to call Morris Jenkins again.
Michael from Morris Jenkins performed maintenance on my HVAC this week and I was thoroughly pleased . When he arrived, he was pleasant and courteous . In addition to routine maintenance, I let him know that one of my thermostats wasn’t working and there was an odd noise around one of the intake vents.He asked me to show him where the equipment was located and he got to work on troubleshooting the issues. I was working from home and he was respectful not to disturb me. Thank you Michael for resolving my HVAC issues.

Outstanding service. I booked a service call at 8:00am, and had a technician at my home at 10:30 am.Drew Wiggins was the technician, he was very profesional, amicable, and responsive. He did not leave until my kitchen drain was unclogged. It was a difficult clog,, but Drew did not relent until it was fixed.It took longer than usual, but the price was the same regardless of the extra time it took to finish the job.I’ve been a General contractor for 35 years, and I would highly recommend this company.
In an age where it seems most companies put customer service lowest on the list of priorities, Morris-Jenkins stands out among the rest. We encountered our drains backing up late at night and were able to speak with a representative immediately that night when we called. They assured us we'd be the first visit in the morning and the techs arrived promptly at 8am, as promised. These gentlemen, and others they called in to help troubleshoot our problem, were at our house all day dealing with our plumbing problem. Based on our conversations with them, I can confidently say that every employee takes great pride in both the quality of their work as well as the company they work for. They took the time to explain what they had discovered and what next steps they suggested. When facing what can only be described as a homeowner's worst nightmare, we're glad a friend recommended we call Morris-Jenkins and intend to use them for any issues we face in the future.

Jared was prompt, polite, expert at his work. He answered all my questions, told us what to expect, and cleaned up when he was done. None of us wants to have our hot water heater fail - especially on a Sunday- but he made it the least painful experience it could have been. That's why we've used Morris Jenkins for 40 years now.
I found Morris-Jenkins on google and after a research of companies in the area gave them a call. Keith Sirignano came out to help the same day. He was very professional, so helpful through the whole process, offered advice and even responded to random texts that my husband and I had about the process throughout the night. Hot water went out in our house. Called a couple places before here and no one could come out for a couple days. Morris Jenkins said they'd be out between 10-12 but in fact got here at 9!!! The service man was professional, respectable, found the issue, got part needed, repaired the hot water heater and flushed the system... Restoring our hot water!!! Highly recommend.

Requested cost to replace a tub drain plug and they quoted a price of over 300 to replace. Called another plumber- 99 dollars with labor. Separate issue- had a leak that they looked at and investigated. Told me it has to be coming from my shower tub and said it would be about 5k to replace. After the tech left- I spent a lot of time trying to find the source of the leak- turns out it was nothing to do with the tub and all to do with the caulk missing from the tile on the wall where the shower spray hits. The charge costs for service is way too high and in this case out of line with reality. The techs are nice and very good communication- but don’t let that be your folly. Get a quote and get a second opinion before you just fork over your cash.

The technician, Mike Fish, did excellent work in repairing the compressor in our AC system. He was professional, competent and friendly. Mike's combination of great skills and great personality is a credit to Morris-Jenkins.
Joey Rebol did a great job. He took his time to make a thoughtful assessment. Explained the problem, tried to address it and provided an appropriate quote to fix the issue. I would highly recommend him. Also I felt I received value for my Morris Jenkins priority advantage membership.
We bought a house back in September 2022. We are having to do a lot of repairs. Morris Jenkins has come several times for different repairs. The latest repair was the sink, Paul the plumber who came was polite, understanding and very quick & knowledgeable.
Heat went out in our home. HVAC system is about 9 years old. Called Morris-Jenkins. They came out and said it just needed regular maintenance. Here's the kicker... it would cost about $800... Unless we signed up for their Priority Advantage for $xx.xx per month. So I did. Woke up to no heat again 2 days later. Came out again but couldn't find anything wrong. Told us the damper motors may be going bad. 2 days later? Woke up to no heat again. Called them a THIRD time. They came out, this time the tech brought another guy with him. They said a damper motor was bad. $740 to fix it, or we could just replace both for $1,300. I went with the $740. 3 days later? Woke to no heat AGAIN. Didn't bother calling them. Diagnosed it myself based on error codes. Needed a new high limit switch. Got one for $54 online. Also picked up the other damper motor on Amazon for $76. replaced both in 10 minutes. Heat has been fine since.I've never had such a bad experience with any sort of home maintenance service before. Should have saved myself the time and money and did it myself to begin with.With the poor service I received, I have NO idea how they have so many positive reviews.John Gibson - Mount Holly, NCUPDATE: I called to cancel the Priority Advantage account... They told me since I cancelled in less than 6 months, they would have to charge me full price (the original $800 quote), for the maintenance they originally performed. So they're charging me $1,540.00 for three trips to my house and not fixing my heat?

Always impressed with Morris Jenkins! If you want stuff done and done right then call MJ. Yea they may cost a little more than other company’s but you get what you pay for in this line of work. They are always on time and explain everything that they are doing. Anytime they notice an issue they show me pictures and videos and give me different options to help fix what is going on. Morris Jenkins is the best in the business and they are the only ones I’ll ever let work on my equipment.

We scheduled 3 appointments with Morris-Jenkins at the same time today - a sink wasn’t working properly so Dacota was sent from the Plumbing division and we needed our annual HVAC and heat pump checkup so Roger and Jaken were assigned to us. All three called ahead, came within the time “window”, were extremely polite and professional and did their jobs well! I didn’t see a single personal cell phone being scrolled through while at our home (for almost 6 hours) which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I had a drain clog in my washing machine drain that would not budge. Jake came out and ran a snake in the drain and me back in the laundry business in no time. Jake was extremely professional and personable too. He did not seem to mind me hovering over him asking him questions as he worked, which was great. I am so lucky when I called about my clogged toilet that wasn’t flushing, they sent out Eli. He was so amazing, not only incredibly kind and patient, explains everything thoroughly but he fixed my problem so quickly. I was already super impressed but then he went even further with being so thorough in checking for leaks, he found a significant gas leak outside by my AC unit, preventing a terrible explosion. When the gas company said they would send someone out, Eli waited at my house until the problem was fixed. I was so happy with all the wonderful care and service I got, I signed up for their preferred customer program!

Washing machine line clogged, after another company “serviced?” the same issue back September. Sidney did a thorough job and proved the line was truly cleared by being blasted with the clogged material evacuating back out of the pipe…..responding with humor & ensuring the laundry room was spotless after the episode. Sidney was honestly a pleasure to spend time with. He explained everything in detail, even provided a “free quick tip” on a toilet bowl minor issue and engaged with my 2 young sons who were excited to have a “repair man” in the house. Sidney enrolled us in the service program which outperforms our existing HVAC only program. While we certainly hope our HVAC/plumbing needs are few & far between we feel secure having Morris Jenkins as our provider………& we honestly hope Sidney is our technician every time help or service is needed.

Matthew and Jon did an excellent job repairing our system. Our toilets weren't flushing right and we noticed a pool of water near where the septic tank is located. They came out and was here just a lil over 7hrs and got the job done. Our toilets are flushing better than they did when we moved in at the end of December! We joined their priority advantage plan years ago and love that we get the ease of scheduling online, the discounts and the first in line service. We never wait for Morris Jenkins. They are there when you need them and that is top priority when you require service. This past service for our AC maintenance we were lucky to have Mark Watson drive up. He called first because he was running early that day and wanted to know if we would be able to accommodate a change in time. He also asked the best place for him to park his van, he didn't want to block us in or assume the driveway was ok for his use. Very considerate. He got right to work and efficiently tuned up our AC for the summer. We had a small thing that he brought to our attention and explained the reason he recommended fixing. He had a video of the part to show us and we could hear the issue. He did NOT try to scare us into the fix. Just explained what it did and why he was recommending. Our AC is getting up there in age and he totally explained what it would mean to the unit and left it at that. No pressure. We wished to go forward because our ultimate goal is to extend the life of the original AC as long as possible. We would love to have Mark show up next maintenance season. After we started hearing a loud racket coming from the A/C unit I went outside to check and originally just seen a hose spewing everywhere so I figured that it had came loose and cause the issue. I called Morris Jenkins because I dropped an earring down the bathroom drain, and they were able to send a technician out the same day. Matthew called to tell me he was about 30 minutes away, and he arrived on time. It didn't take him long to get the earring out, and when I asked him why it might be that the water coming out of the faucet tasted like plastic, he offered to test the water and check the aerator. The water tested normally but the aerator had a lot of buildup, so he cleaned out both aerators in our bathroom. Matthew was super helpful, polite, and efficient in his work. I would recommend him and MJ to anyone.

Our Carrier Split Duct system quit working and we called Morris Jenkins from the internet ( always scarey) and Jeff arrived who provided excellant service. Jeff communicated to me clearly and fully so I understood the issues and possible solution costs. He spent a good deal of time diagnosing the probelm because someone (not me!) had shut down the condesnor ( thinking they were helping )so the inside panel that would normally diagnose the problem was wiped clean. Jeff maticulously cleaned out the parts and showed me how to clean the filter . We decided to get thier reasonaly priced service contract which gives us 2 visit re filter cleaning and service when and if it breaks down again. Although it is working now ,he was not certain there would not be a probelm again as he could not be certain what had gone wrong .The contract reduced the price of what the servcie visit today would have been by about half or u could say paid for 2 months of the monthly fee . There was no heavy sell - I actually asked about a service contract -just pleasant interaction with a nice intelligent man who seemed to know his business.

He spent the effort to explain and explore the various options and methods to possibly resolve my water/pipe issues.he was thorough yet concise. I hope that I will have the opportunity to have him work on my units.
Had a routine service setup for my 9 year old HVAC system yesterday. Jonathan and Michael came out and did a great job with the maintenance and highlighted some issues that needed to be resolved for the unit to perform well this season. They were very thorough & professional in sharing information, and cost of repair. The worn components were rather expensive so we asked to quote a replacement unit to make our decision.They got us in touch with Chase in sales and he came out just one hour later. He did a great job laying out purchase packages and services. We quickly decided it was time for a new unit in comparison to repair. Chase got us all set up to finance the project with ease and within our budget.Next morning the install crew (Zach, Sandros, Matt, & Andrew) came out and got our complete unit changed out including a new wifi thermostat in just a few hours. They removed some old propane lines that were in the way (no longer needed) and did an A+ job with the install; the HVAC unit, electrical, and plumbing all installed neat and clean! Very good job walking us through the thermostat and app features, and answered any questions that I had.Overall it was a seamless and positive experience working with this team! I recommend Morris-Jenkins to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services.

Did a complete evaluation of my plumbing system repaired the leak and was gone within the hour. Left no evidence they had been here. Could not ask for better service. Recommend them very highly!

While Zion wasn’t my first Morris Jenkins service provider, I was deeply pleased with the service he provided. He was thoughtful, warm, honest, and provided more guidance than he technically needed to it. I called about a few matters, 1 of them being something MJ didn’t service and he still was willing to listen and be a thought partner to me as I tried to figure out which route to take. He advised me on all other matters that were in his wheelhouse and empowered me to make the best choice for me. No pressure. He assured me that when I was ready to decide, MJ would provide top notch service and also informed me of all of the new services they would soon be able to provide customers as a one stop shop. Some company techs are very cold, distant, and uninterested in understanding the customer’s perspective. I learned about Zion as a person, a professional, and an expert in his area. My experience with MJ overall has been consistently positive and well worth the cost.
Morris-Jenkins came out to do my semi annual service. The tech arrived on time. Introduced himself Cole was very thorough. He completely cleaned the unit, and upon inspection found that the fan motor was going bad. He showed me the grease from the bearings.Cole sourced a motor locally . Drove and picked it up and repaired it. Most other HVAC companies it would have been the next day or longer. Hats off to Morris-Jenkins. We have home Warrenty and the earliest they could come out for in 3 days. Our toilet was clogged, and since we were down to 1 bathroom, it needed to be resolved soon. Reach out to Morris Jenkins and was able to get a tech out the same day in a couple of hours. Brice came out, took a look, went under the crawl space (I dont know how y'all do it, spiders, bugs and spiderweb creeps me out). Anyways, educated us about our water pipes, and went straight to work. Toilet issue was resolved and sound so much better when flushing. Thank you Brice! Mitchell was amazing! I thought I was just going to get my drain cleaned, however I received so much more. I learned a little bit of sign language, learned a few new Laffy Taffy jokes...sooo corny, and learned more about my water heater. One of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a service technician. Morris Jenkins found a gem with Mitchell! I also had to reschedule my appointment to a later time slot at a short notice and Morris Jenkins answered quickly and was able accommodate my request. Morris Jenkins made a house call yesterday and the problem was diagnosed by Jordan. He did a great job when explaining the problem and what our options were. He was very clear and precise about our next steps.Unfortunately he did not have the part available and it was after business hours . He informed us we would have to wait til today to see if the part was available in inventory. He detailed what would happen and today we received a call from Usman that he had the part and was on his way.Usman arrived and went straight to work and in no time had the furnace repaired and working. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.He came inside to ensure that everything was In working order and it was. While we waited on the furnace to start and Usman to check it out, we discovered that we are from the same area and knew a lot of the same people. We had a flood in the ground floor half bath. Called and said we needed a plumber asap. Jacob arrived very quickly and began working. The toilet was old but not the source of the flood. Jacob found another problem so the toilet was replaced. He did a check of the drain line and saw a blockage that he partially opened. Jacob contacted a specialist to come with his TV camera to look into the drain. Eventually it was found to be roots from a large bush outside clogging the drain through a cracked joint. Together Jacob and Matt worked well to solve the problem. Thanks to both. (Also to the support staff that brought the new toilet for Jacob.)

Our garbage disposal was not working, so our sink and dishwasher were not draining. We have been Morris-Jenkins customers for several years, both at our old address and our current home, and we are convinced the company only hires the most pleasant and competent people around. In the service and maintenance calls, every technician has been prompt, polite, charming (especially to our very barky dog!) and thorough in their service. This most recent visit was from Lamar, a kind and knowledgeable fellow who took time to explain what he was doing, what he found, and what he recommended for proper future maintenance…without at all pushing extra services on us.And he specifically said goodbye to the dog on his way out!I haven’t compared the cost of Morris-Jenkins to other HVAC and plumbing services lately, but considering our experience with the company we dropped for Morris-Jenkins, we aren’t going anywhere.Thank you, Lamar, and the rest of the team for helping us with our home heating, cooling, and plumbing needs!UPDATE: THANK YOU SO MUCH, Dakota, for coming to our rescue on a Sunday after I took a header off our back porch and knocked out spigot off its 60-year-old copper pipe. My toilet bowl was running. I called Morris-Jenkins and they came to my house. Jesus came to the house and told me I needed flushometer and a valve. They charged me $325.00 in parts alone In a store it cost about $60.00 and charged me $300.00 in labor. Jesse James had a gun but Mr. Jenkins had a wrench. He makes New York Plumbers look like Alter Boys. I guess I got the southern hospitality. One of the Supervisor's called me back, and told me about that they have 4.9 stars on their ratings, but if you scroll down you will eventually see that it's 2.0 Stay Away I just moved down here and i didn't know.

Thomas B. arrived right on time, was professional, polite, and completed the work quickly, but took the time to explain and show me what the issue was, as it was a bigger fix than I originally thought (more than just a cartridge replacement) due to some corrosion that had occurred. No one ever wants to be in a position to need plumbing repairs, but in the event you do, I would highly recommend Thomas!
I’m not even sure I’ll be able to express how truly appreciative that I am for the service provided by Cannon! He came out for a regular maintenance on our hvac unit. We are in a new house and had an issue that was not previously resolved by our hvac warranty company. Cannon took the time to listen to me and truly went above and beyond what was expected of him. While he didn’t find the issue, his very thorough review of our hvac unit gave me peace of mind in knowing that the hvac unit was in really good working order. Cannon’s supervisor also came out during the appointment and the 2 of them are really fine examples of how to treat a customer. I was so impressed with their level of knowledge and professionalism. Morris-Jenkins should be very proud to have both of these guys as employees. I will never use anyone else and I’ve already been singing the praises of these guys to my neighbors! Avoid Morris-Jenkins! Most bad reviews are about something minor the customer blew out of proportion. Not this review. Morris-Jenkins told me I needed a new system that would cost between $12,000 and $18,000. In my Fall 2022 service visit I was told there was a small freon leak that couldn't be repaired and would need to be monitored. Two weeks ago they came for the Spring service visit and told me that there was no freon left in the system, and, since freon is a lubricant and there was none, the outdoor unit would now need to be replaced as well. I called another HVAC service company who did a thorough system inspection. They reported that no only were there no problems, but that the system has been exceptionally well maintained. I had trouble believing it, so he did a quick walk-through inspection and showed me the readings on his diagnostic equipment. WHAT MORRIS-JENKINS DID WASN'T AN ACCIDENT. This wasn't one person at Morris-Jenkins. It involved two different service techs over a six month period of time, which means a supervisor was aware of this also.

Dustin arrived and fixed a clogged shower drain. He was extremely polite and professional! He informed me about services available with Morris Jenkins. The bonus is Morris Jenkins does a complimentary gas leak check. So glad they offer this because Dustin detected a leak and I ended up having the gas company come out and fix some issues I did not know I had. Shout out to Coop for his time and quality work when doing routine maintenance on our HVAC system. He was able to uncover areas we needed to address before more costly repairs would likely have materialized and was able to set us up with next steps to fix the problems.
Sean was great to work with and installed our air scrubber thoroughly and efficiently. He even found a connection from the dryer that had come loose from the roof and made a quick repair to connect it and took photos so we could give it more attention later with a more permanent fix.

AJ was great, he educated me on drainage maintenance. Ran the cabling through the pipes and cleaned out the trap elbow as well. No mess was left behind and was very courteous while he was in my home.
Martin was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful solving our water heater problem. He gave us various options to choose from and explained the pros and cons of all of them. Chase came out to do our bi-annual HVAC maintenance on May 15th. He had a young lady with him. I’m sorry I’m not sure of her name. I believe it was Mary. They both were very polite, courteous, and professional. Chase changed our filters and did all of the inside work and then they went to do the outside work. When all was done, Chase talked with me about the age of our system and things to look for and keep an eye on. They both were great and I definitely would recommend them!

We had a situation that we inherited when buying our home. Our pool was backwashing directly into our sewer line. When the connector broke, we called Morris Jenkins to repair it. My grandmother needed a repair on her water heater, and I only had one weekend visiting her to make it happen. She doesn't trust people coming into her home. Well damn if Terry didn’t do a great job of making her feel at ease. He walked her and I through his observations on her water heater and made it very clear what our options were.I really appreciate Terry’s transparency, friendly demeanor and professionalism. Tim was very professional, took care of my clog brought in another person who mapped my drain and was he also was very professional. My only issue with it all was the cost involved with an insurance covered issue. The price was above and beyond times 4x what my insurance will cover. I am still waiting greater than 16 hours on the drain camera pictures to send to my insurance company.
While Morris Jenkins previously rendered outstanding services several times to my home this last project shattered my confidence and satisfaction. Due to Home owners insurance not paying on a claim I requested MJ to allow monthly payments to be made. I was making these monthly payments and only owned less than 1/4 of the total amount due when MJ placed a lien on my home. No flexibility, no heads upI could see doing that if payments were not being made. But I was very wrong.I would only recommend using this company if you can pay , in full, for services rendered at the time they are rendered. They don’t believe in payment plans.
As always superior service. I wanted to call out the technician Kariah, she was extra nice, diligent and professional. She took the time to talk about, and discuss each of the options available. Morris Jenkins is a great company, and Kariah is an exceptional member of that team. Sometimes these days an outstanding customer service is very much lacking. Thank you for restoring my faith :)

We called because our unit had froze and when Jarrett came he took the time to show me what he was looking at and how that could effect the way the overall system operates. It turned out that our unit was leaking Freon so we will need to replace our unit but because of Jarrett’s explanation and knowledge I feel confident in his assessment and I don’t feel like he showed up today just to try to sell me a new unit.

The morris-jenkins installers were very personable, kept me informed, and as far as I can tell - did a good job. I called on a Thursday afternoon, had someone come out same day, and had the installation done on Friday. I was in a tight spot and needed work done quickly, which they were able to accomodate me. The only negative comment I have is being priced at $4200 for a 50 gallon replacement tank. That seemed excessive at the time and my own research after the fact seems to confirm this. Because of the cost of the tank we ended up getting the tankless which of course cost more but provides other benefits. At the end of the day, the people were all great. If you have more time, I’d get some comparables and allow yourself to make an informed decision. In a crunch, MJ was quick to respond and accomplished my primary goal which was to make sure I had heated water by Friday evening when we had alot of family in town.
Dan is fantastic in many facets. He knew what he was talking about, was able to fix everything the first time right, took information from other specialist to make sure he gave us the best possible service, and overall his demeanor was second to none.

Terry was an absolute professional with reviewing our gas water heater in our attic. He took pictures and completely described the terrible condition of the unit. He read our minds and offered a tankless solution after measurements and possible new location in crawl space rather than attic. With the new installation location, an possible active water problem goes away. Terry presented 3 options and completely explained benefits of each. He also worked with senior management to offer a 7 day payment with our having to get money from an IRA. We felt very at ease with his honesty and willingness to answer all our questions. My water heater busted with water all over my laundry room. Contacted Morris Jenkins. A lot of initial miscommunication on both sides as I was panicking as my shower faucets were dripping heavily. Called on day of my appointment. Not happy that I was scheduled at a different time than I was told. I was probably in a panic as i didn’t want a large water bill. MJ supervisor called to discuss my concerns. Justin came out early and installed the water heater. JUSTIN is the absolute BEST! He should get a 20% raise!!! He was professional, polite, respectful, patient, informative and concerning. Everything you expect from a service company. He exemplifies what exceptional customer service should be. After the cold weather in Christmas weekend, my sump pump froze and someOther damage caused a lot of issues in my crawlspace. Within a day I had somebody checking on it, then everything got arranged to get fixed.Amazing team!!! Jacob did an excellent job. Even though it was the AC that was getting serviced, Jacob took the time to also check a heating concern I had. He took the time to explain everything he did in detail which was really appreciated. Every service person should be like him.
Had a tech come out for a continuously running toilet that couldn’t be resolved by replacing the kit in the tank. He never resolved the issue and actually left behind quite the mess. We didn’t know of the mess prior to paying or him leaving because we didn’t feel the need to inspect the toilet if it hadn’t been fixed and trusted him since he seemed friendly and honest. But the first time I used the restroom after he left I noticed that he for some reason loosened our toilet’s water supply line and left it leaking. There was also a ton of saturated water absorbing crystals just left all around the floor around the toilet that we weren’t made aware of which caused water damage to the bottom of one of our cabinets. He also tossed his gloves and other random trash in our driveway. We immediately contacted a supervisor who came out and agreed the mess the tech left behind was very unprofessional however refused to refund us and would only offer discounts on future services which we obviously declined to avoid risk of more damages from their incompetent techs.

My In laws call for a check and wash, tech convinced them to upgrade to have the condensate lines cleaned out, after 20mins of beating on the line, and flushing out he said he was done. Next afternoon The secondary line was dripping, and after going up in the attic and looking, there was water all over the unit where the primary drain line was and the drip pan was full.Called back to get someone out, after two hours of him trying to fix the now clogged primary line the first tech made, his suggestion was for Morris Jenkins to run a new line out the side of the house, and quoted $2,000, for 2 men for 4 hours and material.I spent $34.79 at lowes for material glue and a hole saw, other than my wife holding my ladder for 10mins, I did all the work by myself in 34 mins.This is my second run in with Morris Jenkins and over pricing thier work. I will never recommend them to anyone, and will Share this experience along with my personal one from a few years back with anyone who ask for recommendations.

My technician, Larry Richardson, was great! I previously had two other plumbers assess my leak, and neither accurately determined the issue. Larry took the time needed to run various tests and ultimately diagnosed the problem. He made the necessary repair & stayed long enough to ensure that the leak was stopped. Our drains backed up in in both showers and tubs . We had the septic drained earlier in the day and thought that would resolve the issue; however it didn’t. We called Morris Jenkins late in the day with fingers crossed they could send a technician out to help resolve the problem.We can’t express enough how much we appreciate the courteous , polite, and expertise service Mitchell provided! He went above and beyond to find the issue and resolve the problem. Mitchell even had to climb into the septic tank , using the snake to remove the clog so the water would drain completely out of showers and tub. The technician, nick, that came out to our residence to do a cabling service was so very nice and polite ..when we found out what the extent of the preloblem was he stayed with us the whole time he helped get the city out and he called in a specialist ,donald, for us to run a camera..we found out all of our sewer lines are blocked by roots and other debris so now we have to have all new sewer lines put in. Nick stayed with us the whole time and did everything possible to get the situation solve. I would recommend nick at Morris Jenkins to anyone..and also the specialist Donald. He didn't beat around the bush ,he allowed us to watch the video as the camera went down our pipes so we could see for ourselves what was going on. He was also great. 5 star for both guys. Five Star Service! My husband and I needed to have our AC and Heating units replaced. We also chose to replace the ducts. We had two separate units to be replaced. One upstairs and one downstairs. Priority Advantage membership with Morris Jenkins has been by far worth it. You get virtually the same cost as you would if you scheduled these maintenance services yourself (in fact a bit cheaper) but the unlimited drain clog-fixes is a massive value. My beautiful wife has long beautiful hair and it loves to clog our sinks [her sinks and the shower :-)... ] and they come out almost every time within hours. They are super nice and professional and do Complimentary checks on all systems to check for glaring issues while they are there. Very impressive customer service. Julio was just the latest in a long line of techs/associates that have given me hope that there are people and companies who take pride in their work.Cheers to you! I'll be passing along your info.
Shower handle broke and I couldn’t turn off water at 6:30 pm. I was freaking out. Technician came out 3 hours later (thought it would be next day scenario) and replaced the cartridge to shower handle, unclogged other shower. Very courteous, professional, even let me observe the replacement to maybe fix the next one that breaks. 10/10. Give that man a raise.

Morris Jenkins was very responsive when I called for service on a hot Saturday afternoon. The technician was here within a couple of hours. I paid for diagnostics. Within a few minutes of diagnostic work, I was told that I needed to replace my entire HVAC system for the cost of 13,300. Due to the high cost I decided to get a second opinion.I called another service company who was equally responsive. The technician provided a repair option and had my AC blowing cold air within 30 minutes for under $400.I called Morris Jenkins to provide this feedback and requested a refund of the diagnostic fee. I expressed my frustration with the technician and install service technician not providing a repair option. What if I didn’t get a second opinion?Update: the service manager called me, stating that he had refunded my diagnostic fee, and that he had addressed the training issues with the technician. He took responsibility for not providing an estimate for repair and only providing an estimate for replace. He was very professional and I do appreciate the follow up and the attention to this matter. I have updated the star rating.

On April 24 I had a plumbing leak which started from outside spigot, I called Morris Jenkins and they sent a technician Dakota right away. Dakota was a blessing from God. from the very beginning Dakota introduced himself assess the problem, and explain to me what he had to do, he took pictures of the outside, spigot the inside wall. He started at 4:30 until 7:30 pm when he was finished. He saw how upset I was when the water had damaged my hardwood floors he took his time and explained step-by-step what he was doing. I just want to say thank you again Dakota for your hard work ,Morris Jenkin You have a good technician. I had a faucet replaced and shut off valves installed under the kitchen sink after a leak. I'm really disappointed in the new Moen faucet and wish I had my old one back. The new faucet is already loose and wobbling all over the place when you turn it on, I don't think things were tightened all the way. $1,500 for the visit seemed like way too much as well. The tech Christine was as pleasant as could be though! She gets 5 stars for sure. The company's crazy high prices and disappointing products bring the rating down.

We called morris jenkins at 8pm because when we turned on our heater we noted a weird sweet smell. They had someone out to us by 8:45. Pat was extremely knowledgeable and courteous - he was thorough in his diagnostic service and put our minds at ease with photos and information about our heating system. His customer care went above and beyond to the point that when/if we have to call morris jenkins back we will be asking for Pat specifically.
After a few days of freezing temperatures it was almost inevitable to have one of my home pipes break on me. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get someone out to my home asap however, I was wrong Morris-Jenkins was quick to schedule a same day appointment! Not only that but my Technician Ralph Buchanan, went over and above with his professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness. I couldn’t been more grateful to have Ralph fix my plumbing issue! ?

We met Jared when he came to give us an evaluation of our aged HVAC system. We just moved into the house and wanted to get an expert opinion and we were very impressed with Jared. He was not only knowledgeable, diligent, and thorough in his inspection and evaluation, he was pleasant and very patient as we bombarded him with tons of questions. He clearly has an expert understanding of the products/systems with which he works and was great at explaining the various options we had for an older HVAC system like ours. He was transparent about the risks we were facing and given his impressive knowledge and guidance, we booked an in-home estimate for a brand new system with Morris Jenkins.

Will, Jarod, and Brian were just great. We had scheduled MJ to come out on Friday to tell us about new HWH options. My wife called me at work on the Tuesday before they were scheduled, and said our old one was leaking. I called MJ and Chris came out immediately, told us what to do, our options, and a new one was installed the very next morning. Big job. But they were very professional, thorough, and pleasant. Excellent!

Joshua was the upmost professional! He educated me on the plumbing fixtures, main water shut off etc. He explained everything he was doing for his visit. He was extremely polite and respectful! He also asked if we would be interested in a tankless water heater which we are not at the moment, however he was not pushy at all when suggesting. Definitely recommend Morris Jenkins.

Brice was very professional and explained the process of what he was doing when he examined the pipes under my kitchen sink for blockage and when an auger cleaning didn't work he gave me a great option for getting the pipes in my 38 year old house back to like new condition.

Charlotte/Denver/Sherrills Ford peeps. Daniel Grichanichenko was my repair man today for my AC. He was very thorough in checking why the system would go on and then not engage the compressor yet the blower kept blowing. After addressing the issue (it is working!) he gave me tips to watch out for in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend Morris-Jenkins - especially Daniel Grichanichenko and will use him again!

Respectfully, very informative on filters and what kind are the best for our unit . Help replace batteries in smoke detectors, that were beeping. Changed our filters , did a good clean up of the outside unit- cleaned out drain line upstairs. Great job - Morris Jenkins installed our heating & air about two years ago and has worked on plumping on a broken rusted outside pipe about week ago at our home - no complaints only excellent serve so far…thanks LIsa Campbell & Donald Campbell

Photo is a FINISHED high $$ repair / upgrade!Update: These people have flat out refused to give any break down on charges. To quote Sean There is so much more that goes into our pricing.... yada yada. I definitely agree, there is a Whole LOT more.Per CLT Water note left @ door I probably had a water leak. Called MJ & employee came out. I explained in detail. Next visit leaky pipe located using electronic device. Pipe in slab. Options to replace. I chose rerouting water line through walls / very short ceiling distance over jack hammering floor up. No house repairs either choice. Those are responsibility of owner after plumber is through. Next visit water line rerouted and other items / repairs made as they were REQUIRED by Flat Rate or were Required Upgrade(s). Summation: No detailed labor / parts. Only brief summations showing brief sections of descriptions for work / parts for each of the 3 days. He reviewed these by quickly scanning down his electronic device screen. He then sent several emails with “Your Order” attached. One for each day. No discussion / time for actual review to gain knowledge of the what and the why! Which would have been useless any way as ALL questions concerning billing / parts were answered with Flat Rate OR REQUIRED Upgrade. NO discussion on just WHO or WHY any upgrade was REQUIRED or why FLATE RATE required all the excess work. Example of such: In visually reviewing final work (which I did solo, it was not offered with escort / explanations), I noticed that the 220v line from the breaker box to the hot water heater had been cut, rerouted thru some kind of box installed on the wall and then continuing to the hot water heater. The Licensed plumber (but nonlicensed electrician) had installed box / done this rerouting. I still do not understand what this is for or what it does. Just one of those REQUIRED Upgrades? Then there was the same part being replaced twice. Once each in two different FLAT RATE brief descriptions of work. Bottom line, not including first brief visit, the actual work / parts cost was over $600 per hour.In response to owner: email sent to customer service. One final thought: What is done can not be undone. No excuse for not doing what should have been done in the first place: being completely honest with customer right upfront. And most of all, no thoughts on over $600 per hour were forthcoming.

My AC unit was non responsive. Called Morris up and they had a technician out within two hours. TJ arrived and was excellent he accessed the situation and came up with a solution in no time. Cleaned out my clogged valves efficiently and was extremely courteous and professional! Thanks!

When I realized I had a much larger issue than a basic clogged drain (due to the toilet backing up into the tub) on a Friday, I started calling around for assistance. Out of the 3 companies I called, Morris Jenkins was the only one that said they could come out on the same day, so right away I had some relief.Joey listened to my description of the issue and went to work. What we were hoping was a simple fix turned into a portion of the old cast iron pipe needing to be replaced due to a portion of it being collapsed. He came back the next day in some pretty damp weather to have to hand dig to get the pipe exposed. For such a miserable task he always had the best smile and took the time to explain everything to me.Both working with Joey and Ray made a plumbing crisis as pleasant as possible.

Tries to take advantage of elderly clients. A Salesman shows up, turns on the charm and convinces my mother to sign a contract for a new ac that is more than double the market rate (just over $13K). Thank god I found out with time to cancel. Potential customers, please do your research and know that these salesmen/women are not on your side / there to help you. All they care about is squeezing as much money out of you as they can get.
Our well pump went out on a Friday night at 6:30 on a holiday weekend. Keith showed up at 8pm. Professional and friendly. Exactly the kind of person you want to show up at your house.
This appointment was for annual maintenance on my heating system. It is important to me that a company show up when they say they’ll be there. And they do! Danny, my service provider was very professional, and even did a minor repair on the spot that helped my system perform better. There may be companies that do the work cheaper, but I don’t think you’ll find a company that does it better.
