I can’t say enough great things about Service Pro Plumbing. We have American Home Shield and they engaged another local plumbing company to address a suspected water leak on our property. Total waste of time and money! The other company not only made ludicrous repair recommendations but their price quote was unbelievably expensive. Will with Service Pro is my hero! He was dispatched to our home as I sat in tears digesting the prior company’s information. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed the issue and shortly thereafter it was repaired. Additionally, he assessed other areas in our home that were creating risks and developed a plan to repair them over time. In doing so, he also provided a quick, respectful and much appreciated “plumbing for dummies” course to help self-diagnosis issues that may present in the future. On time. Available when needed. Honest. Affordable. There is a valid reason they have such high ratings. Once you hire them, you’ll be among this group of the rest of their customers who have praised their results. I’m sold on Service Pro!

Service Pro Plumbing is amazing! They were receptive to our initial call, followed up immediately and got us scheduled for the utility sink installation. Service Pro Plumbing is absolutely the best plumbing option for the Concord, NC area. They are professional, honest and efficient. They did tge research on the blocked line and showed me the pictures to prove it was token and has a root in the way. He even quoted me a price that I agreed too, yet charged me less since it didn’t take him as much time as he thought. My uncle was a plumber and the only one k ever used till he passed away last year. I will not use another plumber but Service Pro going forward.

We had a great experience with Service Pro Plumbing. They came out just after a few hours I called and fixed our leak even educating us in the process. Affordable and professional. I will 100% call them again if I have plumbing issues.

I kept smelling a musty smell under the kitchen sink, could not see wetness, when my husband went under the house there was a bad leak in that area. We have not Needed a plumber for many years, so we searched for good reviews. We called about 5 different companies and left messages and said we would go with the first company if they were reasonable. We called on a Saturday morning and Service Pro called back within an hour. We told them it was not an emergency and wanted to set up something for Monday. It is Monday now 10:30 am. John and Brian from Service Pro have already came, fixed repair and gone. They were professional and did a great job. We will continue to use this service. I also still have not heard back from any of the 4 companies. I also wanted to add, the gentleman saw my husband's military items that they knew he was in the military and asked about that, we also received a 10% discount. John and Brian were great!

I have only had great experiences with everyone at Service Pro Plumbing. They are kind and helpful when you call, and they are responsive if you call after office hours and leave a message asking for a call back.

The plumbers who will come to your house are also very nice and helpful, including the business owner Will. If your problem is difficult to fix or it’s unclear at first what exactly the problem is—for example, if it could be a problem on your property or with the city sewer—they will help you get it sorted out. The advice and service they have provided me have been excellent. They are up front about estimates, and they work efficiently but without sacrificing attention to details.

I will gladly recommend them to anyone who will listen.

They were great! Had an emergency when the line from my water heater burst. As busy as they were they were still able to fit me in. They repaired the line quickly so I would have water then came out the next day and replaced my old water heater. Would highly recommend them to others.

Several weeks ago I detected a serious leak in my garage. I hired a plumber who assured me he could fix it. The leak was still present after a few days. I called plumber #2 and he put a huge hole in my ceiling and also guaranteed that the leak was now fixed. After having the huge hole in my ceiling repaired and painted, days later, the leak was back with a vengeance. It wasn't until I called Service Pro who performed a thorough diagnosis of the problem and personally showed me where the leak was coming from. Will and Mike tackle the problem and showed me the parts they replaced. While here, I pointed out another problem with my toilet and he fixed it right on the spot. What I loved most is that Service Pro comes prepared to do the work and gets it done in one visit. I can't wait to refer Service Pro to my family, friends and neighbors. Can't say enough about the Excellent and Professional service I received today.

Couldn’t be happier!! Michael and John were the fourth plumbers we had out to our house. No one could fix the problem we were having which took some thought and problem solving as it was an unusual issue. They took the time and we are so happy to finally have hot water in our master bathroom again. This is our new go-to plumbing company, we will be using them for our master bathroom renovation as well.

I called these folks to trouble shoot a problem with the outside sewer line which was clogged. They were prompt, and knowledgeable, came up with a reasonable solution, and were not expensive compared to the National plumbing chains. They could have suggested something with a much higher price tag but they were more interested in solving the issue at the least expense to me rather than upselling me on an expensive service that I might need down the road, but didn’t need right now. I highly recommend this company.

I had a leak in the main water line from the street to my home. After getting three quotes I decided on Service Pro Plumbing. They came out one afternoon and within 24 hours the utilities were located, the line was dug up, and the repair was made. Also even though the line was two and a half feet underground very little damage was done to my yard. I highly recommend Service Pro and will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

At first we had a different company come out after a sewer clog and tell us that we needed to replace all of our sewer pipe from the road all the way back to the house. A 10k bill... we had service pro come out, they told us exactly where the problem was and gave us a price 1/5th the price to repair the problem area instead of replacing the entire thing. On day of installation they arrived on time and got done ridiculously fast and did amazing work and end up being cheaper than estimated. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Will literally called me back after hours when I left a voice message. Tub leak and he put me at ease over the phone and then scheduled his employees to come the very next morning. They arrived at 9am, were informed, professional and friendly. They made me feel secure with what they were going to do.Nowadays it is hard to find any contractor you can trust not to price gauge you let alone show up. They have our business for life.

Was buying a new home that was completely rebuilt with all new appliances, but with low water pressure. They recommended repiping the house and adding a pressure booster. I agree with the diagnosis, but the price quoted seemed high, and the lead plumber had a very arrogant and condescending tone. Charged $175 just for the estimate which seemed high as well, asked if they got the job if they would apply that towards the job, they said no, that’s just today’s pay. They were recommended by my realtor, and afterwards even my realtor was put off by them.

I decided to get a second estimate, the other company’s estimate was half what this company charged (as was the fee they charge for the estimate, which was applied towards the work). Now the work is done, I’m satisfied and paid half what this company quoted.

I can’t comment on the quality of their work, might be great, but the people skills of the person I met, I wouldn’t let them work on my house. Was surprised to see so many positive reviews, but unfortunately does not reflect my experience with them.

Service Pro was awesome! They are very knowledgeable and priced extremely reasonably. I am going to use them for any and every plumbing need in the future, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Will made the effort to come out to our home within 3 hours of calling for help to clear a toilet pipe backup, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He even offered to show us via his fiber optic camera the source of the blockage and offered some excellent advice on how to prevent recurrence.

We had an issue with our bathroom sinks that needed fixed ASAP. We were able to get on their schedule within 24 hours of reaching out. I had the pleasure of working with William first, and then John & Kenny came to finish up the work the next day. All three individuals were very friendly and personable & were in and out in a timely manner. It did not feel like a stranger in my home doing work! We had a clogged drain pipe. Which caused a flood in our kitchen and laundry room. Will was at our house within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. He diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Price was extremely reasonable. On top of all that, he’s a really nice guy. Will definitely use Service Pro again.

Will and his team at Service Pro Plumbing are the best. Will responded back to me in a timely manner. Will Showed up to give me an estimate when he said he would as well as showing up as scheduled to do the actual job. His prices where what I had expected and I believe he treated me more than fairly. I live in an older home and had Will replace the ductile iron drain pipes that where beginning to leak with PVC pipes as well as replacing all of my outside hose bibb's and replacing my existing whole house shut off valve. If I ever need any plumbing work done I will not hesitate to call Will. My wife has already recommended him to several of her friends at work. Very highly recommended! I called on Friday as i could not use any of my toilets. They came out same day and knew right away it was my sewer line that was clogged underneath the slab. They discussed with me step by step of what needed to be done. They got the clog out and made sure my sewer was clear after that. Iam so Thankful for them coming out and fixing this for me and now I have working toilets. I will definitely use them for future. Very reasonable with price.

I am ashamed to admit that I am usually not good at writing good reviews as I typically only share my negative experiences. As someone who relies heavily on other's reviews, I should take more time and write reviews on the good experiences I receive.

I am therefore happy to start with my review of Service Pro Plumbing. While I had a very bad experience with American Home Shield and the plumber that they used, I can say that I am so lucky to have found Service Pro Plumbing. Not only where they responsive and immediately booked me an appointment, their technician came on time, provided advance notice, and was extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed my issue and solved the problem quickly, effectively, and did not try to sell me more than what I needed.

The price they charged was fair and I am happy in the resolution of my issue. If you are looking for a plumber for any work on your house, you would do well to choose Service Pro Plumbing.

Fantastic service from initial call with Christine to scheduling update with Amanda and day early arrival of John. John is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in uncovering what appears to be poor bathroom drain line design. It’s hard to imagine how this passed construction inspection during. This was after having previous visits from another plumber and two from a drain cleaning service. Cheers to smaller responsive providers that provide true value.

Very satisfied with the service received. They were able to fix an awkwardly located pipe leak quickly and at an affordable price.

We contacted Service Pro to get a quote for adding an outside gas line from the meter to the kitchen for our new gas range. They gave us a quote, which included adding a flex connector, installing the range and disposing of the old electric range, and was very reasonable in comparison to other providers (who did not include installation or disposal). We got on their schedule, they showed up on time, did a great job, had the permits pulled and arranged the county inspector' visit - no issues whatsoever. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys. Definitely recommend them!

Will and his partner did a FANTASTIC job with the install of my garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, and toilet! My client used Service Pro Plumbing to do a sewer line scope on the property that they are purchasing. They were very quick to respond to my request and were able to get out to the property quickly. John Luke came out to the property and was very professional. He was able to locate the septic tank with no problem. Unfortunately their camera broke after they did our inspection. Will contacted us right away to let us know and was back out to the property right away to do a 2nd scope so we could have the video. They are very communicative and quick to respond. We’ve been plagued with multiple, frequent, and massive water leaks for 10 months. Other plumbers have come out to unsuccessfully “repair” the lines (didn’t last) and try to identify the cause of a leak that has cost us a small fortune (they couldn’t). After a good bit of research, I called Service Pro Plumbing – and let me say - all their excellent reviews are absolutely 100 percent correct.

Will, the owner, came out almost immediately to diagnose the problems we were having. He listened patiently and attentively to all our frustrations, was able to efficiently and resourcefully find the root of our issues, and he made the urgent repairs on the spot! We had roots growing in our sewer Cleanout, which caused a backup in our house. Another company had quoted us over $4000 for the repair. Hired this firm for a stopped up kitchen sink with a houseful of people in town for a funeral. They showed up literally in 10 minutes and completed the repair before we had to leave for the service. I had a water leak late on Saturday afternoon when I spoke to Will he was just getting home for the day. After I explained to him my dilemma he immediately came over without any questions and repaired the leak.
His quick response and attention to detail possibly saved me hundreds of dollars in damages to my wall and floor. I now have his contact info saved and will use him for any future plumbing needs.

The fellas came in and installed two sinks (bathroom and kitchen) and installed a shower head. They were working in a very old house that caused them to be very creative in the way they meshed the old with the new. They were amazing.

Service Pro Plumbing came out on a snowy day to help with a pipe leak. He fixed the one leak but the water meter was still running. He found the other leak and had to do work on a pipe underground. He quoted me a price which I okayed and he came back with a lower bill at the end as he said that was all he needed to charge. I was educated on the issue as well as on the solution and I really appreciated how kind he was to someone who knows nothing about plumbing. If you need a plumber Service Pro Plumbing is worth a call.

This is the second time using Service Pro Plumbing. As was my first experience five years ago, this family run business is responsive, courteous and professional. We set up a time window on the initial call and Will called to let me know he was on the way...early at that.
He did the removal and installation of the new faucet in short order, with attention to clean up as well. I would definitely be inclined to call them for any other plumbing needs that come up. Highly recommended!

Quick, professional, and very fair on prices! I’ve struggled with finding a plumber that I can trust over the years and service pro is set apart from the rest.

While getting some yard work done, one of the workers damaged a pipe and caused a major leak. As a result, my water lines became clogged and mud was coming through my faucets. Additionally, some of my faucets wouldn't even work. I called Service Pro Plumbing and spoke with Will. He was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. He was able to come to my house within a few hours of me calling him. He said he would have come sooner but had to finish a few jobs first. He was punctual and polite. He even repaired all of plumbing issues within an hour. I can't recommend him enough. I will most definitely use him again in the future.

We had Will from Service Pro come and do some installation work for our updated sinks and bathing tub. He was early to the job, did everything exceptionally well and per the estimated cost. No hidden charges. Great to work with. Would recommend him to anyone.

I enlisted the help of Will and his crew when my garbage disposal started backing up into my second sink and after all my attempts to remedy it myself were unsuccessful. They were able to get out to me within a couple hours and had my sink unclogged after bringing in the big snake to break up a clog. Christine, Will and John were all very professional and friendly and they’ll definitely be my go to plumbers in the future.

They were at the house within hours and fixed the issue before my tenant even got home from work. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Outstanding service and quality work is what you will get if you hire this plumbing service!!!! He has been to my home twice in the past few weeks,
working in and under the house, installing needed plumbing upgrades.
He is easy to schedule (my needs were not emergencies) and he shows up when he tells you he will. I was very glad to find an excellent plumber who does residential work. I have lost several good plumbers to construction work, but I really feel I was upgraded when he showed up to work at my house!!!!!

These guys are fantastic. Will came out when the city said they could not unclog my sewer. He looked at the issue, gave me a reasonable quote and promised to be back the next day shortly after noon. He was back the next day BEFORE noon with his crew, trucks and excavator and had the problem dug up and repaired within a few hours. And then they cleaned up everything, including the mess the city made. You need plumbing work or repairs done, call them. You wont go wrong. They're polite, professional and priced very reasonably for the work.

Everything about this business is super professional from the person answering the phone to the people who came to my house. They did not try to sell me any services I didn't need. They took care of my issue with no muss and no fuss. These guys were great! Very thorough and honest; they actually talked me out of some additional work I was ready to have them do because they said it wouldn't be worth it. I added them to my contact list for future plumbing needs.

Great company to hire. They are trustworthy, affordable, and professional! For example, I had a water heater installed and had a few unrelated issues afterwards. Very rigid. Their only objective is to make as much money as possible. Will never ever use them again. Poor diagnosis. You need to keep opening your wallet for every step of the way. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Stay away.
