Matthew Famularo was very professional & friendly. We had issues with the kitchen sink in our home & he provided us with knowledgeable, courteous, outstanding service. Matthew did an excellent job explaining what we needed to correct the issue. He is the best service technician that we could ever have imagined. In the future, if we have an issue with our plumbing, Matthew will be the first person that we call. He resolved our issue & made a lasting impression on how to provide outstanding service.

Had a minor leak under my kitchen sink. I was able to request repairs online and book an appointment for first thing the next day. Porsche explained the pricing structure very well on the telephone. Richard arrived on time and quickly and efficiently fixed my problem. Very pleased.

Tony and Jay came out to inspect our tankless hot water heater that was leaking from the recent freezing weather. They contacted Rinnai directly to talk through what options exist to repair or replace, and unfortunately Rinnai did not offer any option to repair under the warranty. We did have to replace the unit, which was done incredibly quickly and with no issues. Both were very friendly and empathetic of our situation. We were without hot water for less than a day thanks to their help. Absolutely recommend their service.

Mike helped diagnose our leak issue and gave us some piece of mind over what we thought was a much more serious and costly issue. He explained everything well and was courteous and professional. I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

I called then early in the AM to have my toilet unclogged and they never showed up. Everytime I called back they would say they was on the way got stuck on another call. Later that night 8:30pm the secretary called and said they where on the way I advised her I already called someone else and they took care of it.
