Adam with Benjamin Franklin was our second estimate. The first found out later was not accurate at all. The first plumber whom I will not name, came in and looked around. Brought in the camera to attempt to find the leaky pipe. He told me there wasn't anywhere to run the camera cable through to take a look at the pipe, he tried the drain in the bathtub nut the cable would not fit. So he phoned his office and came back with an estimate. I did not trust what he had done, basically he was guessing and he had guessed wrong. This is where Benjamin Franklin came in. Adam from Ben took a look at the previous estimate and couldn't understand what he read including the price. Adam found the leak via the camera, he pulled the toilet and ran the camera through that pipe. Adam spent a lot of time running water, the toilet the vanity and shower to make sure he had found the issue. His estimate was about $1500 less. I was going to call the other company and let them know that their supposed plumber did not do his job properly, but I did't, he needs additional training. A plumbing company with a name Ben Franklin, I wasn't too trusting to call them. As they say somtimes you can't judge a book by its cover

I can tell that these guys have a lot of experiences. I have been fighting with toilet room Sewer smell for a couple of weeks now and have replaced the toilet seal twice and did everything I can do. But the smell is still there. I called this company and would like them to come to check it. One gentleman answered the phone. After I told him the problem and what I have done, he told me to check the vent line at the ceiling or the area to check if there is any dead animal. I told him that I checked before. But he asked me to check it carefully again. He told me that my toilet should be alright. So I checked it carefully again. It turned out that I found a dead squirrel. I can tell this company has decent, experienced people. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them

I have used Wonderful World of Plumbing in Charlotte for over 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the value of their service. Damion and Tyrell have helped us numerous times in our Dilworth Townhouse (repair garbage disposal, unclog drains, etc) We bought a house last year in Southpark and had the scariest plumbing issue this week.
