Let me tell you, Steven G. at Roby is the MAN. I had him come install a few new light fixtures for me, and he had those things done and working in no time. After that, he came and did some electrical work moving some switches and adding outlets, and this man knocked it out of the park. 10/10 service, 10/10 responsive and helpful, 10/10 customer service.

Everyone I’ve had come out from Michael and Sons has been incrediably professional, neat, curious and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. I won’t be switching anytime soon!Edit: I just needed my water heated replaced. Luke, the plumber that came out was not only professional but was neat, explained everything he was doing, and was a great conversationalist. I continue to love my experiences with Michael and Sons

While dealing with a huge sewage issue, Kim was great with being very understanding and professional. She kept me up to date on the process and assisted with any questions I had. If she could not answer my quetions, she was quick to get someone who could answer them for me. Kim assisted with making a horrible situation easy to deal with.

Tony was extremely professional, thorough, and reasonable. I especially appreciated how clean he was during the course of the project and how high quality his work was. 100% will reuse for future Electrical & plumbing needs at our house.

Wow! I had an electrical problem at my house from a lightning storm and Mr. Kerr the owner came over himself to make sure my house was ok? We were worried needless to say so thank you for being so prompt in getting to us. I would highly recommend Paul and his staff they found multiple problems and had them repaired that day!
