David and Alex did a great job replacing two toilets and installing a water pressure control valve. They were here pretty much all day due to additional repairs that had to be made to do the installation properly. They were friendly and non-intrusive. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and will call on Ben Franklin for any future plumbing needs.

Option One Team was fantastic. They came out and delivered a new tankless water heater; pricing much more competitive than the competitor. They removed our old water heater and kept the house clean while doing it which was amazing to see. The 4 guys that came were incredibly respectful and problem solved multiple issues with our gas lines. I would recommend these guys over and over. Customer Service is a 10 out 10.

Garrett & Ricky did an outstanding job. They installed a new 50 gal. water heater in a 125 degree attic. The fit was close going up the overhead door but easily managed to get it done. The install moved along and they removed the old unit without incident. They were fast & friendly, I highly recommend their work!Best,Marty M.
