Best Heaters Water Filtration in Charlotte NC

I had to call Benjamin Franklin plumbing for a leak that obviously wasn't expecting. Bill Ferguson came out to investigate. Unfortunately the pipe that had burst was the one that goes into the ground. Tomorrow he & some other people will be working on the issue. Very professional & courteous! The estimated time was from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Arrived after 9 a.m. which was awesome! Since I had to go into work, they made it happen early! Thank you for all you do & exceptional customer service!Also had them install a new water heater some months ago. Did a great job! Everyone is such a pleasure to deal with.

We called a handyman recommended by the condominium association to fix a leaky tub faucet. He not only couldn’t fix it, he made the leak worse. We called Roto-Rooter, and they came the next day. Waide (2640) assessed the problem, found the correct part, installed it, and presto, proble solved! He was a true professional in every respect. In the future we will always call Roto-Rooter - they are the real professionals who get the job done!

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. Ritchie came out to my home to fix a leaking water main line.. He did an excellent job.. Explained all the work that he done and his price was $500 cheaper than other plumbers. Ill definitely use him again! He showed up on time as well!

He has installed toilets & tankless water heaters on 2 different homes for me and makes sure everything is perfect before he leaves!
