I had an issue with our septic pump and King Plumbing was able to come out sooner than expected which was phenomenal. Clay and Travis did exceptional work and was very personable during their time here. I will definitely be continuing to use them for all future maintenance and repairs. I had an emergency on a Sunday and my regular plumber said it would be 2 weeks before they could get to me. Then I started calling around and someone recommended King Plumbing. I called and left a message. Drew called me back immediately. Within the hour, Clay was here and cleaned out the clog in the pipes. I highly recommend King Plumbing and they will be my “go to” plumber in the future.

They came within 2 hrs for emergency drain cleaning . Quickly isolated the issue and repaired very promptly. Absolutely stellar performance!!! Very personable worker. Highly recommend.!

I have a rental condo in Oak Island and my guests reported a leaking hot water tank at 12:00 noon on a Friday. I called Drew and he promptly came to the condo and sent me photos of a badly rusted out tank which needed replaced asap. He went back out and got the parts, quickly returned and had everything buttoned up by 4:00PM on the same day! Amazing service, saved my guests a weekend without water. Highly recommend!! ??

Called Drew with King plumbing for toilet replacement. Called back same day and after sending some pictures got an estimate and install date. Arrived promptly and performed all services better than expected.

Had an issue with a bathroom fixture, called them yesterday morning. Talked with Drew (nice to have someone answer the phone). He said they could be out the next day. He asked I text my name address etc. which I did & he confirm he received the text. Later that day received a text stating they would be here Friday between 11:00 & 1:00.

Today they arrived at 11:10 & resolved the issue. Cost very reasonable.
Highly recommend them. They are now the plumber I will be calling for all plumbing needs

Highly recommended! Checked on a possible drain/pipe issue which turned out to be a poor design of the sink - simple education to us for no charge. Fixed a leaking toilet and corrected the original install so won’t happen again. Very courteous and happy to have them available for when something bad happens.
