Ron, Chad, Zeke, and all of the crew that were at our home were awesome and the highest level professionals you could ever ask for. They had an unbelievably tough sewer drain pipe repair to complete inside the slab of our home. They were quick experts at diagnosing and fixing this difficult repair. They are also extremely honest and trustworthy plumbers that you can trust around your home and family. I highly recommend these folks at MD Plumbing. You will be lucky to have them work on your plumbing problems, as they will do you right! Thanks again to Ron Darling, an expert plumber with decades of experience and one of the hardest workers I've ever seen.

It's never a good sign when you get to know your plumber well. However, if you do find yourself in such a situation, hope that your plumber is Jason J. from MD Plumbing.

From the very beginning we knew Jason was our guy for the rather large undertaking of a complete home repipe. The first company we reached out to, the plumber who came out to do the estimate essentially measured distance and counted fixtures to calculate the estimate. Jason, however, got under the house to look under the hood. He came back to us with recommendations for how best to do the job, and even discovered the upstairs was plumbed with undersized pipes that he would fix with the repipe. I really, really appreciated the thoroughness of the estimate, as it was a sign that a similar attention to detail and workmanship would be applied in the actual repair.

To no surprise, Jason's quote came in significantly less than the other company, primarily because of the work he put into the estimate allowed him to write one that was much more accurate to what would be required for the repair. And by significant, I mean almost three times less, saving us *thousands* of dollars.

As for the actual repair, Jason and his assistant knocked out the whole-house repipe in a day (a long day, but a day nonetheless). They also found several ways to minimize the invasiveness of the repairs, saving us more money on the back-end when it came time to fixing the holes in the ceilings/walls. Moreover, Jason was more than happy to come back out the very next day and take care of a few (expected with such a big project) touch-ups. It never felt like after he had finished up, that I was no longer a concern.

MD Plumbing, and Jason specifically, will be our first and only call for any and all plumbing needs in the future (we actually already had him back out to install a Phyn leak detection system, which is pictured). In addition to the massive cost difference between MD Plumbing and others, I sincerely appreciated Jason's dedication to his customers, quality of workmanship, and overall just being a good human who I was happy to have in our house.

Also, I would be remiss without giving a special shout-out to Jaqi, who helped coordinate scheduling and was ALWAYS quick with communication about the project.

From office communication to the final inspection, the service was prompt and professional. I cannot say enough about Chad and the team at MD Plumbing! Fantastic work and very professional. I had a long drawn out process with a slab leak under my frontporch next to foundation going on for 5 months. Chad was very responsive in guiding me through it with trial/error until we got it figured out. Cole and Curtis who did the work were great as well as they stayed for over 4hrs, chipping away brick, and repairing the pipe. Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for our backed up system. Quick response. Gave complete picture of what happened, how to prevent, and how to treat the issues. Also gave tips on future plumbing projects.

James was very responsive, timely. He kept us updated while I was at work on everything that was happening, that's hars to find in other companies. These guys actually cared about the work they were doing and bent over backwards to get our water running again. We will definitely be calling them for future repairs.

M.D. plumbing is absolutely fantastic! We have used them several times because my parents themselves had such a wonderful experience with them as well. They are not only responsive and quick to help us in a bind when our hot water heater has decided to quit working on a cool evening but have been nothing short of professional at all times when working in our home. We have many children and people I bring into our home to work is something I take very seriously. Chris has always been kind, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient (and sweet to my children which is just a huge plus :) I have nothing but wonderful things to say about M.D. plumbing and will be using them in the future.

We asked a board member on our HOA if he could recommend a plumber. He pointed us to M.D. Plumbing because they provide a variety of plumbing services to our community and he indicated they are consistently reliable and do good work at reasonable rates.

We have used M.D. Plumbing twice for drain cleaning and could not be happier with the service provided by Jason. If I had learned my lesson the first time, I would not have needed to call M.D. the second time, but rest assured I will be less reliant on my garbage disposal in the future!

Jason knew exactly what he was dealing with from the moment he looked at our sink. Within 30 minutes, the drain was clear and water was flowing as if the pipes had just been installed in our home. MD has been great with us. We needed an estimate done. We had alot of companies come out to give us insight. It was a great learning experience for myself. MD was the only company that answered the phone, had a tech come out that day, and have us the quote within the next business day. Alot of the other local companies dragged with one or if not all of these. Some places took almost 2 weeks to get us the estimate. These guys work quick! At the end of the day Ron also gave us the most information. He was awesome to work with. I'm excited to work with them in the future with some other projects I have in the pipe line. Found a large collection of water in my front yard. Called MD Plumbing and spoke with Jaqi. Within a little more than an hour she had Jason at my home. He assessed the situation told me what needed to happen. Once We decided to move forward with a water line replacement, and all the formalities were complete. Jason was out the very next day. Everyone was so nice and helpful making this an easy experience. Definitely will/would call them back!

We had what was thought to be a major repair of the water line into our home. The M.D. Plumbing team was extremely professional and had a great price quote. When the work turned out to be minor, they were honest about what they found and charged me a fraction of the quoted price. I was extremely impressed and will use them as my plumber going forward.

We had symptoms of a water leak in a wall. Courtney made sure we got the earliest appointment possible which turned out to be the next day! Chris arrived on-time, wore a mask to respect our vulnerability to Covid, diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on and how to correct it, fixed the leak and monitored a washing machine cycle to ensure it was fixed. Outstanding job!

I had an active leak in a pipe in my crawlspace and was referred to MD Plumbing by my father. Everyone has a lead time these days yet Jaqi was able to work me in immediately. Curtis arrived quickly and took care of the problem in no time. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. I was prepared to pay a premium for same day service but they treated it as a normal service call and their pricing was more than fair. Great customer service is a lost art these days yet I can say from experience that MD Plumbing excels in this category.

Jason & Marc came out yesterday to fix a leaking pipe. While here Jason found 2 other leaks. He was able to fix all leaks & didn't mind when I asked questions. When I asked his opinion he gave it freely & offered advice regarding my plumbing issues. One of the only reasons I used MD Plumbing is because I heard from a reliable source that they were honest. Jason & Marc proved to me that they are honest. They worked hard to make sure all my issues were addressed, & they were! I highly recommend them and I plan to use them again soon. First of a person at M.D Plumbing actually answered my call! I was advised it would take someone 45 minutes to get to us, the plumber was at our home in 30. Jason was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything and had the job done and tested quickly. We would definitely use again and recommend M.D. Plumbing.

We have had Chris out for several small to medium sized jobs. He has been prompt, efficient and thorough. He repaired an outdoor faucet that has stumped two other plumbers. When I needed a pipe repair I had some specific requirements and Chris made sure that everything was done the way we had requested.. MD has been easy to work with and fairly priced.will use again.

I had a water leak and called first thing on a Monday. Jaqi answered and was helpful on the phone. I figured I’d be waiting a few days before an appointment but she was able to get me on the schedule in just a couple hours. Jaqi texted me when Luke was on his way as promised.

Luke was extremely knowledgeable and was able to locate the leak quickly. Another tech met him on site with parts so he didn’t even need to leave during the visit. Taylor Luke came to my house yesterday to do some connections for me due to some renovations done to my home.
He connected my dish washer. Garbage disposal. Faucet water connection under the sink. Washer and dryer and toilet. He did an excellent job. He didn't draw the service out. He came to do the job and get to next assignment. I like seeing that in young people. Very well mannered and professional. I most certainly will be using this company if I ever have the need.

Update. I said Luke did a great job in first review on the repairs he made but I eventually start having water leaking from the repair. I been in my house eight years never had leak or problem with the garbage disposal. I had to call him to come back to correct the issue. He came but was putting the blame on the garbage disposal shredder. I beg the difference. He was going to charge me $189.00 just for coming out. Of course I said no way. A conversation took place with the manager office. They waived the fee. Luke all of sudden said I didn't have a shredder problem with garbage disposal that he would repair the leak which I believe came from the install because it's not leaking anymore. They called me to discuss my complaint. By then any trust I had was gone and I didn't want to talk to them. I will never use this service.

I have used MD Plumbing several times over the last 5 years, and every time they have been great. They recently helped trouble shoot an issue and didn't give up until they discovered the problem. While at my house, they answered additional questions I had and checked my hot water heater, and showed me I had a leak, and were able to replace it before I had a big mess. Pipe leak in the wall between my kitchen and bedroom. MD Plumbing was recommended. Jason to the rescue! The response time was super quick, Jason fixed the pipe. I was given a referral to MD Plumbing and needed their services for a major water leak at my home. Called MD and spoke to Jackie and she had Jason come to find the leak and then repair it a couple days later. MD Plumbing & Mechanical just installed a new water heater for us including a repair to a faucet. These guys are the best out there! The owner, Chad, is a great guy and explained everything in advance and pricing was very reasonable. Techs Adam and Mark did a great job and were professional and friendly and arrived at our door right on schedule. We were referred to MD Plumbing through a business acquaintance and what a blessing to have found them!

Jason was extremely responsive and came out to our home a few times to determine the issue, come up with solutions and then to perform the actual work. We had a leak in our water main line due to debris in our yard and they gave us the option of repairing or replacing the entire line, what the difference in the cost was, etc. Jackie who I spoke with on the phone was terrific in getting the crew scheduled to come out. The work that was done was exactly what we discussed, they cleaned everything up and were responsive to follow-up questions.

I contracted MD Plumbing & Mechanical to replace 5 sink faucets and 1 shower head. Jaqi and Travis guided me through appropriate fixtures to use completely. Appointments to install were made quickly and Travis arrived on time, efficiently and respectfully. The shower head was a challenge due to strange way house was built. Travis was determined to get the correct fixture for that, researched until he found the right one. Chris came to install it, worked through the complex process until it was securely in place. We had a leak where the main water line connects to our house, called MD based on a referral + seeing the good reviews online, was not disappointed.
Adam & Chris came out to take a look, quickly figured out the issue, gave me a quote and even started working on it right away ! Mark joined them later to help out. We were not able to stay home when they were finishing, received a call from Mark later to explain what was done and just to follow up in general.
If you have a plumbing issue, I would highly recommend MD anytime.
Before calling MD, I did call a few other plumbers, none came even close to the level of customer service provided by MD, from the time you call their office until the job is done, someone will respond at anytime.

Jason did an awesome job, priced the work in advance and cleaned the area spotless after the work was done. While installing a kitchen faucet and disposal he noticed the water pressure was a bit high, found that the house had no pressure regulator and the pressure was 25 psi higher than recommended. We had him install a regulator as well saving us thousands in potential water damage down the road.

I won't call anyone else!

Toilet/bathroom had overflowed the day before thanksgiving with water from our washer. Called MD and they were out within an hour. Fixed the issue and even told us what to look for and how to fix ourselves. Offered to come out on thanksgiving if it happened again. My property manager gave me MD Plumbing’s number for assistance with a sewage backup into my tub. On a Saturday. On a holiday weekend. Adam returned my call within a few minutes, and was at my house exactly when he said he would be. WOW! Amazed! A few years ago I was up to my eyeballs managing cancer treatments when all of a sudden Murphy’s law decided I had something else which needed to preoccupy my time. Not sure the reason for the diversion but my downstairs neighbor reluctantly informed she had a leak coming through her ceiling of the bathroom which was not long before remodeled. I immediately called the plumbers we regularly used here in our old circa.1930’s building. They came but were puzzled after looking at what it would take to repair a breach in the junction of lead pipe draining from my tub. It was located in a precarious and hard to reach location. They called in their big gun project main overlord guy. Steve came out and started speaking of tearing up my entire tile floor breaking up the concrete under pad and starting afresh.

Well you can image my reaction. I have one bathroom and remember I am going through chemo and radiation treatments. I knew I could bite the bullet and push through but since the issue and solution was beyond a simple repair I decided to call my homeowners insurance. They sent someone who reviewed the issue. After hearing what Steve had planned the adjusted said “Listen, I am going to give you a name of someone who I’ve seen resolve stuff like this. He is from the New Orleans and southern Louisiana area. They have a lot of buildings down there that settle and he seems to know what to do”. Joy exploded with “OMG, I moved to Charlotte from down there back in ‘84. I have a good feeling about this guy already and feel he will definitely know what to do”.

Chad Moore came and it didn’t take very much time for a solution to emerge. He addressed it and set a solution in place for one of his guys to execute. It was just as my gut had spoken. He knew the to approach to take and it was the best solution and yielded final results which were a fraction of the other companies assessment. That other company is an old well established Charlotte institution which native Charlotteans have used for years. I recently heard they were acquired by a big remodeler in town. Needless to say they ceased to be our go to people. I live in an very old established neighborhood in town and believe me, I give out Chads M&D Plumbing name and number when ever I hear a neighbor in need. Unfortunately I’ve heard recently they are calling him directly and since that time have changed the number I now give out. Now it’s to the main office.

No other company is needed for your plumbing needs. This one is the right one. They guarantee their work. If you want the best this is a little lagniappe of advice I give you.

Absolutely knocked out by the great service. Arrived just when they said they would, replaced the water heater, all installed and left clean and tidy by early afternoon. Adam was professional, thorough, friendly and responsive. Can't ask for more. Would highly recommend and they will be my plumbers of choice from now on.

MD Plumbing, Travis and Jaqi in particular were very helpful in repairing a nicked pipe in our yard. They paid close attention to detail and have been in contact since (as it’s been an ongoing issue to have the person responsible for the nicked pipe pay for the damages done).

Have used the twice for different rental properties. One was where water was leaking from upstairs into the downstairs kitchen. They adjusted their schedule to handle the emergency.

Efficient and on time. Jason was polite and did a great job. It was more expensive then I felt it should have been, especially since I provided the faucet and handles and still have to repair sheet rock that he had to cut out to get to plumbing.

Save yourself time and money, call these guys first!! Travis fixed what the builders had damaged. I will definitely use them for all plumbing from now on.

After using this team with an HOA where I work, I tried them for remodeling and emergency services personally and I found them very professional, helpful and reasonably priced. Also, their office staff is great in getting their staff on site quickly.

This is a grueling process dealing with pipes, plumbing and the insurance company. The men working at my house have been absolutely wonderful. The news gets interesting everyday but the guys assure us that everything will be alright. Their professional approach, knowledge for each task and ability to speak to me in layman terms really gives me a sigh of relief. The men working with us are Curtis Whitehead and Adam(aka Speedy). We were hoping for a small problem but not here. These guys have come prepared everyday. They tells us what the best and worse case scenario could be each day so we don't have to wait for the left shoe to drop.
