Best Heater Replacement in Charlotte NC

Jason was fast and knowledgable and very helpful. A little pricey but probably all plumbers are.

We chose Queen City after another company quoted us double for the repairs. Vinton made a major repair on a main line in our condo. He was prompt, very courteous and communicative. He and his crew fixed the issue, documented everything, and cleaned up everything. Would 100% recommend this company!

If you are a senior citizen please BEWARE...this company offers a senior citizen discount to reel you in but the price you will be quoted will be extremely high, poor quality, and not worth your money. My mother called Benjamin Franklin to locate a leak in our home because our water bill was higher than usual. Benjamin Franklin sent a technician to our home and the technician stated that he could not find a leak anywhere but it could be possibly be our toilets. He asked if she wanted a repair and she asked him to quote a price for the cost of the repair. He quoted the price of $457 to fix the toilet (a flapper; which he stated was the issue). My mother declined the service because she thought it was a little excessive.. He asked for the service fee and travel of $57 plus tax. My mother paid him. Less than 24 hours later we had FLOODING in our basement where the water heater is located. We immediately call BF to get another technician to look at the issue. The representative stated that we would have to PAY for another service call because this call was not related to the original service call. Side Note: During the technicians inspection, he did not secure the valve on top of the tank and water was everywhere. I had to call another plumber to come and fix the issue. I called again to speak to another representative about their policies and she stated that what the previous representative stated was not the case and that she would escalate the situation to her manager. The manager returned our call and stated that his technicians don't touch anything which doesn't make much sense if you are there to inspect for leaks how could you not touch anything? The customer is not right in this case. Also, we have never had any issues with the water heater. He offered to give us a refund of $61.47 and that was pretty much all he was good for. I lost way more money than $61.47 but hopefully this review will help others save their money.

I can't believe how great Charlotte Plumbing is! I called them with an emergency at 5:15, they called me back in 5 minutes. Chad arrived about 2 hours later and quickly fixed our problem. There was no emergency/after hours charge, in fact, the charge was incredibly cheap! Chad was very professional and friendly, couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing!!!!

The plumber was very prompt and knowledgeable about my issue, and offered recommendations. He evaluated the issue and resolved it quickly. The issue was a city related one, and out of my control. The issued required no work on his behalf, so I was not charged. Great experience! Thanks.

Plumber (Butch) was top notch. He figured out the puzzling problem quickly and solved our problem, explaining everything. We got service the same morning we called and communication was great. Butch took safety precautions and was very professional. We couldn’t be happier, we thought we had a much bigger problem than we did! This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

Office Manager, Melissa, was AMAZING! She helped us navigate a very frustrating experience with our Home Warranty company, eventually performing the work outside of the Home Warranty contract on time and without incident.

They installed a whole house water filtration system. They did a wonderful job!!!’

Needed corrugated pipe from main gas line into home replaced. Had already cut away drywall to expose said pipe. Asked for an estimate and was told they would send someone. Tech called me on way said they would do estimate but if I chose not to use them would charge $79. As a first time customer I have no idea if they would have given me a fair estimate or not but a bit unreasonable to think I have to pay them if they come up with some ridiculous $$$ amount for repairs. Several other local co were happy to give free estimates and complete the work.

That said they were very polite & may do great work. Just wary of businesses that are unwilling to sell themselves on their services to develop a customer relationship.

Ronald came out and fixed a leaking pressure-reducing valve. Got the replacement done in a real timely manner and was real friendly the entire time. Roto-Rooter has earned my business going forward.

Regge provided excellent service and answered all questions I had regarding my plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Massey Plumbing.
