Jason came out to replace our garbage disposal. When he got here, we realized the old one was still ok. He didn't charge me for the visit, what a good guy! We've called him in the past and will always call him going forward. Thanks Jason!

Great company. Replaced water heater, reset commode, and installed new water pressure regulator. Tore arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and then he and two others did the work. Tore was very nice to work with and was very efficient. Water heater was under warranty and they handled getting the new one. I highly recommend Tore and this company.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic. He called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He walked me through every aspect of the repair, was professional, courtesy, efficient and left my bathroom looking so much better than it did when he arrived. I was extremely pleased with Kevin and hope that I can ask for him by name the next time we have a problem.

Called at 9 AM and the plumber was at my house by noon. Did a quality job, was very pleasant and quick.

We have used Charlotte Plumbing since building our home 11 years ago. We purchased an Aquasana Whole Home Water Filtration system, and called to see if they installed these devices. They not only install them, but are extremely knowledgeable on the pros and cons and what to be aware of when adding a filtration system. Marty came out and did an outstanding job with the installation. We highly recommend and will continue to use Charlotte Plumbing for all of our Plumbing needs!

Coming back from vacations we found out our main water line was leaking underground, and as first time homeowners weren’t sure of the severity so we found ourselves a little bit lost.  We called Mr. Rooter and Dustin showed up, took his time to properly inspect the whole situation, then he explained our options and walked us through the best solution considering codes and long-term benefits, and best of all he gave us a true all-in estimate. We felt confident with his proposal and made the decision right away.  Dustin came back two days later with Matthew to replace the main water line, both highly professionals, they made us feel confident the job was well done. Overall a great experience working with Dustin and Matthew, they didn’t leave until the job was completed and took special attention to all details and cleanup. We even got Mr. Rooters membership for a peace of mind in case of any future plumbing issues.

Called Option One in a pinch on Saturday morning. Ted came out that day and was incredibly helpful. Completed a toilet installation for me that was needed after the old one finally gave in. Yes was courteous, prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable. Will make sure to use them again and ask for Ted specifically if possible for any other plumbing needs that may arise!

When I called, they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day. Both the office and our technician were nice and easy to work with. Chris was kind and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our water leak issue right on the spot.

All Hours is great and responsive. Within an hour of calling, Eric was at the house and our hot water line was repaired. He talked through the repair, causes, and preventive measures that could extend the life of remaining pipe.

John was very nice and attentive and got the job done in a timely manner .

Dustin came as scheduled... which beats the competition already! Took a look at issues in our half bath and kitchen sink. He told me how long it would take and the cost. Both were exactly as he explained, again surpassing their competitors. We will be calling All About The pipes for all of our future needs!

Brandon was right on time for the estimate and Jason was the same for install. They communicated what was happening every step of the way. They did a fantastic job of making what was a chaotic, at best, and dangerous at worse, gas and water situation for a condo hot water tank efficient and professional. Jason worked tirelessly the entire time he was here.

Tony was very polite in 3 respects, just to name a few for times sake. 1st - Politeness and Courtesy. Anthony made sure to analyze the nature of the water pipe and shower flow issue within fractions of a second and relay the information in an understandable way to a special education college student. I was able to feel comfortable enough to leave him to his work and felt very confident he would complete the detail in a timely manner. 2nd - Proficiency and Administrative Leadership Skills - Anthony was able to successfully communicate to the Property Owners which immediately financed the doing of the job. Lastly, Tony was able to be friendly enough, efficient enough, communicative enough, and ethically aware that I freely decided to recommend ten promotions immediately. Eddie Ramos and Adolfo Tabora were excellent!! They did the problem shooting, fixed the issue, showed up when they said they would, were respectful, I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
