Best Heater Repair in Charlotte NC

I've used Julian's Plumbing on several occasions and they've always been spot on! I've dealt with Jason and he's not only courteous and professional, but he's super knowledgeable and willing to explain the problems and solutions in full. These guys are A+ and I highly recommend them!!!

I worked with Cory and Harry with a install of a Rinnai tankless water heater. Their punctuality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I really researched the tankless water heater technology and it comes down to two very important factors, I high quality unit and for it to be properly installed. You cannot go wrong with Queen City Plumbing. Great work and they even clean up. I have owned my home for 15 years and after installation of the tankless heater, it was by far the best shower experience. Unlimited hot water and better pressure.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Mr. Rooter because of Roy Bare! Roy was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgable about replacing my kitchen sink disposal. Everyone that came out said they would have to go though my wall to get to the pipe. Mr. Ronnie was great. I liked his personality. He came in and did the job in no time. He explain what he had to do and showed me the part that was damage and why it wasn't working.

John was very knowledgeable and does the job right! He did two jobs for me, the first of which was installing a garbage disposal. Some of the previous contractors had cut corners when installing other parts of the system, but he adapted to the situation and got me the right parts to finish the job correctly in the same day. On my second job, which was repairing a shower valve, a previous company had said they would have to cut into the wall behind the shower and replace everything, which would take 6 weeks. He came out in one day and knew immediately what the problem was. I had been dealing with American Heating and Air for about a month they kept telling me nothing was wrong with my AC and that it was just so hot outside that the temperature was going up because of the heat, so when my air got up to 80 I knew something wasn’t right but I knew this way before it got to 80.AHA can never come back out. John Ritchie did a great job of adding a second water faucet to my house. The job only took about an hour and the price was much better than what I would be quoted by one of the larger plumbing companies. I will definitely be using him in the future.

I had a visit a few days ago after having a clogged drain needing an auger. Roto-Rooter arrived and got it unclogged and I was able to continue to use the sinks and showers in the house. The visit was not cheap, but worth their 6 month guarantee. A few days later same issue and folks came by and inspected kitchen sink as well as garage where it was overflowing. It's been unclogged and drained and I'm glad they have a service guarantee.
