Best Heater Problems in Charlotte NC

Well its a sunday morning of course...... having a water backing up issue , so i googled local plumbers and i found Julians Plumbing. I spoke with a great guy named Jason explained my problem he said he would come out asap or come out on monday morning whatever i wanted . i know bringing him out on a sunday would be more and he expalined this also. However after talking with my wife we agreed to fix it on a sunday...he called me back promptly and said he would be there within the Hour which he Was. He not only fixed the problem he took the time to explain what he was doing and what not for m,e to do in the future.., Jason did a Fantastic job and i would not only Use Him Again i would REFER HIM ALSO!!!!

Few things in this world are done with excellence anymore, but I could not have had a better experience than this team provided today. From the very first call to set up the appointment, to the email and text confirmation with a photo and background on the technician, to the call to say he was on the way, to their friendly service and patience to answer all my questions, I was very impressed and pleased with the experience.

Josh and Mike came out to swap out a bathroom vanity and add some connections for another sink. They were thorough in their explanation of what would be done, comprehensive in their pricing and options and did great work, right then. The clean up afterwards was professional. I highly recommend WyattWorks.

This was a pleasant ending to a nightmare of a day! Jordan appeared on the scene, identified our problem and solved it in very short time. This was AFTER we had another plumber from a well known NATIONWIDE company work on our issue and DID NOTHING to help us get one working bathroom (out of 3) and charged us more than DOUBLE what Jordan and Charlotte Pluming Masters charged to do the same thing, this time with success! Jordon resolved the issue and stuck around to insure our satisfaction. Great Job! Glad to know there are Honest, Local companies with good employees in the plumbing business here in Charlotte.

Due to the extremely cold weather I thought an outdoor spigot burst on Christmas day. ER Plumbing sent Steve and his partner out the following day. Thank goodness the problem was not severe and repair was minor. Thank you to both service people for their professionalism and friendly demeanor. Excellent company and can’t recommend enough!! Came out day we called and installed a new water heater and installed/replaced additional other parts to bring ours up to code. Checked for any gas leaking multiple times to make sure all was safe. Highly recommend and very fairly priced!

Bryan was super friendly over the phone. Knowledgeable, detailed regarding my problem, and the only person to come to my home and do a through inspection of my needs for a recommendation. He was timely after another company canceled on me at the last minute. He is my plumber provider of choice from now on!!!
