Queen City plumbing was great! Paul Glover and his team made it out to our house same day on a short notice and were extremely thorough, diligence, knowledgable, and honest throughout the process. It was super easy to schedule a follow up for the repair in a timely manner and repairs were made as discussed with ease.

Mike was great, as have been all the techs from Benjamin Franklin and One Hour Heat & Air ( Charlotte, NC). He endured the extreme heat of the attic to get the job done properly and gave me sound advice as to prevent future clogs in our condensation line. And I didn’t feel like I was overcharged for the work. I will use them for all our plumbing, HVAC And electrical - it’s great to have it all covered by one company.

Mr. Rooter came out to service our tankless water heater. The technician was professional and extremely knowledgable, as well as polite and conscientious. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again when plumbing issues arise. I had contacted another plumber first, as I am still fairly new to the area, and they quoted me a much higher price. Mr. Rooter is reasonable and top-notch. I highly recommend them.

Great prompt response and they gave me options every step of the way. Patrick educated me on the technology as he worked to resolve the issue. As far as clogged drains go, it was a good experience. I would definitely use Option One in the future.

Each time I called this unpleasant, unprofessional business the call failed. About two days ago evening hours I spoke to a technician named John. I just had questions for him to help me understand the situation. In my opinion, he didn’t want to answer my questions so he abruptly hung up the phone. A day of so I telephoned the office and finally spoke to the Chief Executive. When I finally got her today to make a complaint she was rude and accused me of badgering her employees, something that I would never do to anyone . I was do offended with Dianne. Maybe I wasn’t the right color for this company ! I hate playing the race card but that is how the both of them made me feel. TJ & John were the plumbers here at my home. They never respected me enough to tell me something. John claimed that they didn’t know whether I was the homeowner or tenant They ran my water for long periods of time and on several occasions I had to asked them when could I turn the water off. All bathrooms tubs and faucets were running at the same time full speed. Now, I do know the water has to run at some point. Due, to my urgent situation with the City of Charlotte and Ansco contractors is were the unfortunate occurrence happened. To recap, Rapid Rooter
here in Charlotte, N.C never will I call this company on my behalf ever for know reason. They are lucky that someone believes in them because I don’t . They are not the sharpest tools in the box. All Hours Plumbing deserves more than 5 stars. Im not a review good or bad kind of person but I have to give Brett and his guys a pat on their backs. Hot water heater went out at 10am Thurs morning, by 12:30 that afternoon Johnny was out to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to replace my 15 year old water heater. I called Thurs evening to let them know I wanted to ahead with the replacement and they had it replaced with all new tank,piping,fittings etc by 11am on Friday. Very impressive,professional,fast, and competent company and staff. THANKS AGAIN ALL HOURS PLUMBING.?????

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

This company is really great about communicating with their customers! They keep you up to date about your appointment and exactly what time the tech would arrive. Our technician, John was very professional and did a great job. Everything is fixed perfect and everything was left clean. He was wonderful! We will definitely use them again!

KG service my water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable of water heaters. Didn't hear too much good news about the company but KG change my Mind about Irv. He made me comfortable about using this company and especially him. Brett and Andrew are a great team. Brett Installed a small stainless steel sink in lieu of a huge laundry tub. While Andrew replaced supply valves in guest and master baths with 1/4 turn type valves close to wall. Excellent. Exactly what I wished.

Mr. Jordan did a great job repairing our water heater and a few other leaks. Reasonable prices and fast professional service.
