We highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing. Chad replaced a water heater at our home and he did a great job. He informed us of our problem and gave us options. He never pressured us and very willing to answer all of our questions. We will us them again.

After trying every home remedy that I know, I was referred by James Brown A/C and Heating to call Mr. Rooter. Technician Chris (Great young man) came out within two days of my call. He worked extensively to solve my problem (CLOG) and thought what he had done worked. Upon finding out in two days it hadn't, I called back and Matthew and Ryan show up on Sunday morning. I can't say enough good things about these two young men and their determination to fix my problem. (Brought in a bigger machine!) But their customer service and compassion for understanding my situation was so refreshing! They totally went above and beyond the call of duty to solve my problem. I will highly recommend Mr Rooter to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much for caring about your customers!

same day service which was good. VERY expensive. 1 hour job and 30 dollars worth of parts. 469 dollars. after job plumber said his boss got onto him for lowballing the price.

Had a clogged disposal and drain pipe in kitchen sink. Called Rapid-Rooter on Saturday and they were out to my house in a flash! Our service technician, John Bird #63, resolved the problem in less than an hour. He explained why we had a problem and what he did to fix it. He provided great customer service. And, the price was not bad for an emergency weekend call. Thanks for everything!

All Hours Plumbing deserves more than 5 stars. Im not a review good or bad kind of person but I have to give Brett and his guys a pat on their backs. Hot water heater went out at 10am Thurs morning, by 12:30 that afternoon Johnny was out to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to replace my 15 year old water heater. I called Thurs evening to let them know I wanted to ahead with the replacement and they had it replaced with all new tank,piping,fittings etc by 11am on Friday. Very impressive,professional,fast, and competent company and staff. THANKS AGAIN ALL HOURS PLUMBING.?????

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

Michael the tech. who serviced our plumbing issue was excellent. He called ahead to give me an ETA along with a picture to validate his identity. Michael resolved the water leak we had coming from our master bathroom shower. He was professional in putting down plastic and a catch cloth to protect our flooring from any debris. I have nothing but praise for Michael and Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

The best and fast loading

The whole company is extremely professional. The individual who came out to give us an estimate was timely and informed us he was on his way. The company was responsive when I had questions and follow up inquiries about my quote, and they were able to install quickly. They even notified us by email with a picture of the installer so we would know who to expect which I was both appreciated and, we felt, safeguarding of the customer trust. Reggie installed our water purifier, and he was knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely be using them for ongoing maintenance if not other plumbing needs in the future!
