Best Faucet Installation in Charlotte NC

I had roots in my main sewer line that caused the problem. The company charged me $287.00 for just putting the snake in the sewer line and pulling some of the roots; no warranty given whatsoever as they stated by their employee and their receipt!! I had the same issue in another house that I own (four months ago) and I called another company, which I don't recall their name, their job was excellent; located and cleaned the whole sewer line, cut all the roots by a special tools, gave three months warranty for their work, and they told me to put some chemical products to prevent roots from growing into the line again, and they charged me $300.00, so comparing the work of these two companies, I would never call this company again and I don't recommend it.

Donald, Deokta , Fernando and Hayden repiped our entire two story townhome. They were all wonderful, hardworking, thoughtful and diligent workers. This was a big job and I would hire them again. Highly recommend.

I had a rental property with an old cast iron pipe leak and had to move the tenants out to do the repairs it was going to be a 3 day job that ended up taking a week and a half. One of the nights at 7:30 pm they were still working and locked them selfs out of the townhome. I was eating dinner and had to leave to go let them back in. And to mention the price to get this done was absolutely ridiculous. An absolute mess and don't recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

Shower valve cartridge was bad; quick replacement! Pricey but job well done and tenant is hsppy!
Will probably use them again.

Owner William did initial visit to estimate hot water heater removal and installation and spent 90 minutes. Within an hour he had emailed Good, Better, Best estimates for the job as well as a pressure regulator install he recommended to drop our pressure from 90 to below 70 psi. Email included detailed quotes and photos.

I got three more quotes, including one for 20% less from a one-man operation using a lesser brand and one from a big box retailer,. I went with Mr. Rooter because William seemed most solid. In fact, I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I bought their 3-year membership plan, which I rarely do.

Mr. Rooter had a crew at my house within 10 days. As promised, the crew called at the appointed hour on the appointed day to tell me they were on their way.

The lead plumber Ryan was exceptionally professional. He asked me to move my car so he could park in driveway to avoid trampling my grass and always donned booties before entering the house. He also introduced his assistant. A second tech showed up to install the regulator and William came by for a QA check. I really appreciated the high-touch professionalism.

Ryan kept me up to speed throughout the job, letting me know when he was leaving for supplies, for lunch and taking a break from the heat, and finally, that he had cleaned up after himself and would check to make sure the gates in the back yard were closed. He showed me each installation and how to shut off water if needed and informed me to call the city to replace their meter at the curb. Finally, the crew took care of two minor issues for me. They set a high bar for Great service.

Going above and beyond only begins to describe the job Ted did for me. After pulling the toilet and running a camera, we had discovered a clogged/broken pipe underneath the driveway about 3 feet down. Ted came back the next day to dig up the concrete, repair the broken pipe, and repour the concrete. As expensive as this sounds, Ted went out of his way to try and find ways to save me as much money as possible. If you call option one for your plumbing needs, make sure to ask for Ted or Tim. They both have similar work ethics and will get your job done!

Frankie and Ernest arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to determine that I had a leak in my septic pressure line. They located the leak (a failed joint) and had it replaced/fixed within 2 hours. They kept me informed throughout the process. The price was very fair. Should I have any septic problems in the future, I will definitely call AAA City Plumbing.

John was awesome! Very detail oriented and responsive to a backed up main line at our home. I will without a doubt be using Rapid Rooter for any plumbing services moving forward!

We are purchasing a new home in the Charlotte area. We hired Lee to perform a sewer scope inspection as part of the due diligence process. Lee immediately responded the first time we called him. He performed the service the same day as our first call on a Friday afternoon. The quality of the video and report was superb (and was actually very cool!) Seamless payment via Venmo. Lee ALWAYS answers his phone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEE FOR ANY SEWER/PLUMBING SERVICES!

Our technician John was beyond phenomenal. We had a leak in the wall behind our washer and this being our first homeowner issue John was upbeat, personable, reassuring us this was not our fault, explained every step and even helped reassure us about the homeowners insurance process and made it sound a lot less scary than we were thinking it would be. He was fast efficient and got the part ordered and expedited to get us back up and running asap. My dogs loved him too. Highly recommend. Thanks again John for being so positive throughout this stressful situation it was sincerely appreciated.

Bliss came out to clean our tankless water heater. They were very respectful of the fact that I was on work calls, and located the heater and began work on their own. They were timely and arrived within the window. Generously they upgraded our cleaning to the deep clean free of charge! I’d 100% use them again!!

Matthew, Tray, Jason, and Camilo on 2 different visits assessed our problem, ordered the part, and put the part on. They responded quickly and gave us an appointment and have followed through in a timely manner. We will definitely use this company again for our HVAC needs.
