In a kitchen remodel from hell, Jason has been a shining light. Hyperbole aside, my experience with Jason was easy, quick, and professional. He explained what he was doing and gave me suggestions for the future. He was cordial and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. 10/10 would recommend, I will use them in the future and you should too. My brother in law offered me his unlicensed uninsured services at 50% off Jason’s rate - knowing what I know now, I would go with Jason even if he offered to do it for free.

We contacted Queen City Plumbing to assist with a plumbing issue. Referred by another plumbing company in SC. Diane, office manager, was very pleasant and asked questions so as to address the issue correctly. Paul was the service tech and he was very knowledgeable and completed the work with professionalism. The friendly atmosphere, knowledge and experience is the company i want to use for all my plumbing needs. I will contact Queen City for my future plumbing concerns.

We had several plumbing issues and called for service. Casey Beaver came out and surveyed the issues and quoted us the best prices for each issue. Once we selected the option he went right to work correcting them. He was very professional. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues and will call and ask for him the next time we have a plumbing need. Great job Cassey and thank you so much.

We had a major drain that rusted out. We had several estimates & were not satisfied w/the companies that we interviewed with until Matthew from Mr Rooter gave us his estimate. He was an answer to prayer. It was a major job requiring a good portion of a 750 sq foot room on a concrete slab had to be jack hammered thru & lines replaced. We thought our home was going to be wrecked. Brad Graham and his co-worker John were awesome. Hard consistent workers. Very respectful of our family & our home. Those 2 did an excellent job and when they finished you could hardly tell that our home had been thru an extensive plumbing job. They put everything back together almost as good as when they started th job. Mr. Rooter’s prices r reasonable and they really do make pleasing the customer their priority. Thank you all so much William, Matthew,Brad & John. You were all a God send. I pray that God blesses ur business abundantly.

Michael single-handedly turned an incredibly stressful plumbing situation I had into a breeze. My sink not draining and my garbage disposal needing a replacement were literally giving me nightmares. Fortunately, Michael’s expertise allowed him to calmly provide me with a number of different affordable options I could deliberate on and choose what I believed to be the best choice.

I never once felt pressured or felt like he was attempting to sell me anything that I didn’t actually need. He also helped to point out things I should be on the look out for the future, and you better bet I’ll be calling him and Option One Plumbing when I need those addressed. Thank you Michael!

Both times we had TJ as our technician and he did a wonderful job. Took his time to source out the problem, kept me informed and fixed our issues. I had twotwo other companies look at my problem. They accurately diagnosed the problem but were unwilling to search for a valve that was buried when my house was built until Charlotte Plumbing's technician came. He was thorough, had a great work ethic and was personable. You couldn't ask for better. He fixed the problem and an underlying cause. Next time I need plumbing services, I'll ask for them whether it's from my home warranty oror issues I know that aren't covered. Reasonable price and great service. Does anything else matter?

All went as told . Service man was excellent all around. These folks are the real deal.They'll be my permanent plumber.

John Ritchie did a great job for me. Replaced my water heater and updated valves. Arrived quickly after I called(8pm on a Wednesday), very informative, quality of work was great and fair price.

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.
