After several technical struggles with our existing water heater, Charlotte Plumbing was contacted as our land-lord's preferred plumbing service. They responded immediately to the work order request, and from the very moment of their assessment of the problem, my technician, Mr. Josh Moua, on a Friday afternoon, no less, took immediate action to secure for us a new water heater. He arrived at 2:30 PM, made the assessment, acquired the green light to proceed, and immediately acquired the new unit. Making it back to the house quickly, he sprung into action, and by 5:45 PM, the new heater was installed. Josh demonstrated an absolute meticulous attention to quality and detail....akin to the highly-competent plumbers-of-old...a REAL Professional. On top of being highly skilled, he demonstrates an awesome concern for the customer....He is courteous, respectful, answers questions patiently, and educates the customer along the way. He also provided great training for the use of the new unit, providing tips for efficient use, and things to watch out for in keeping the heater healthy. In short, Josh could not have been of BETTER SERVICE...simply awesome! He maintains my highest recommendation. Michael came out to look over our busted hot water heater and give an estimate to replace. He took the time to answer our multitude of questions and talk through the options we were considering. He was very knowledgeable of the services and product options. Specifics of the water service in our area and completed both a water quality test as well as a water pressure test of our home prior to recommending services. We had another competitor that advertises heavily on the radio come out for an estimate, and let me say this was hands down a night and day difference between the customer experiences and professionalism. Michael and Option One receive 5 stars from me. I appreciate not having to flip through a book with a sales pitch for services needed in my home. Had a clogged disposal and drain pipe in kitchen sink. Called Rapid-Rooter on Saturday and they were out to my house in a flash! Our service technician, John Bird #63, resolved the problem in less than an hour. He explained why we had a problem and what he did to fix it. He provided great customer service. And, the price was not bad for an emergency weekend call. Thanks for everything!

Man came in told me it was 450 dollars to put on new faucet. I think he was lying on price. I told him I refused to pay this outrageous price. He reduced price to 250 dollars. Note I had purchased my own faucet kit so this was only for labor. He said there would be no guarantee. I told him to go ahead. He put faucet on in an hour. I was very disappointed in to Roto Rooter pulling this. He was trying to price gauge a senior handicapped citizen during the China Flu. Not sure I can use this company again. I have used them last 20 years. Sad they have people that are crooked working for them.

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

Some times we all need a new water heater. Finding a good company is a roll of the dice. Well I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and set up an appointment and was told they would show up mid afternoon I was thrilled when they showed up late morning instead.
