Couldn't recommend Julian's more if I tried. Discovered a leaking pipe in my utility closet, called and Jason was here the next day and got me all patched up ahead of this crazy polar vortex 2 days before Christmas. He answered all 900 of my questions and offered advice for the best way to keep my pipes as warm as possible. He had knowledge of my building and offered advice on what to communicate with the HOA that has already helped! Really appreciate his professionalism and kindness in helping me get, and keep, the water where it belongs. Definitely keeping their number handy.

These guys were life savers. We had a major repair that was caused from our foundation settling. It cracked our sewage pipe, and had was leaking from the exterior, and starting to get in the basement. They were very understanding of urgency (and cost) and had it fixed that same day! They dug a 4 foot hole, jack hammered out my current connection, and had it fixed and repaired by the end of the day (around 7 pm). They sent out extra resources just to make sure it was completed on time.

They are also one of the few companies who will come out without an initial charge. I've had them come out before and they were upfront and honest about what I could do myself to save a few bucks.

Christopher was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in handling our master bath leak. We were very pleased with his services and would definitely recommend.

Dave and AAA City were great. This was our second time using AAA City, and both times have been 5 star. Dave promptly discovered and fixed the leak in our basement wall as needed, and all was completed at a fair price. Dispatch person (forgot her name) was also super helpful and friendly, and got a plumber to us ASAP.

Brett and Eric came out and were both extremely professional and friendly. We purchased a new tankless water heater and the installation went great. He was very knowledgable and helped me get the right garbage disposal for the kitchen sink. There was also a space issue under the cabinet and he managed to make all the plumming fit. Thank goodness! Very friendly.
