Overall I have had a great experience. The technicians Jeff H. and Rodney were excellent. They were efficient and got the entire system hooked up in a timely manner and were very professional.Unfortunately I had a delay in my project getting city inspection and eventual clearance for the job. I would say that the company could have done better about communicating delays and could have been more organized in that regard. But ultimately they did a good job and will likely use them again for future services.

I appreciate someone being able to come out the same day I called. And the job was done correctly. However, had I known that I was going to be charged $500 for a 30 minute job I probably would have tried to get a few quotes. I thought we might get some kind of consideration since they were replacing a plastic faucet (handle snapped off) that came with the whole house water softer Ben Franklin installed a few years back. From this information forward is a month after the response from the owner about following up. I still have not heard from anyone on being charged $500 for $10 worth of materials for less than 30 minutes work in an non emergency situation.

T.J. was very helpful and it took less than an hour from first contact for him to come out and take a look, even for a non-emergency leak. He showed me exactly what the issue was and was quick and efficient on making the repair.

Excellent service

We had a terrible experience with this company. Our tech said he needed to order a part in the middle of December and gave us an estimated 7 business day. I called at the beginning of January and the part was never ordered. The communication in this company is terrible, I had to call frequently just to get my own updates. No one ever reached out to us, they put in NO effort to help expedite the process, they are inconsiderate of people when it’s freezing and we have no heat to stay warm. Will never do business with this company nor recommend them.

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.

Shannon and Adam installed a new water heater, a dishwasher, and practically rebuilt my leaking kitchen sink. It was a tedious job and they were the right men for it! Nick did a great job. He was covering for the original scheduled plumber who was out sick. Nick was unaware he needed to bring a new sprayer to fixed a leak in the laundry room. He immediately called the warehouse to bring the part. They did not have it but went out and found it. The part was delivered just as Nick was finishing up installing a new bathroom faucet. Nick quickly installed.the sprayer. He did not waste any time while here and cleaned everything up before leaving. Nick's efforts made me a very satisfied customer.
