CRAZY HIGH PRICE. And I am from NY/CT, used to paying a lot. They charged $265 + $57 travel fee for a valve that is $20 online and he was out in 20 mins. And then quoted a new tankless water heater that goes for $2k online at $8,500!!! Highway robbery with these guys. I’ll call elsewhere next time because I’m confident someone else could have put in a new valve for less than a 80-90% markup.

I really couldn’t be happier with Wyatt Works. I’m a first-time home owner and I needed a new water heater installed in my attic. Not only is my water heater in the attic, it’s in a very tight and inconvenient spot. An installation that could have been a potential nightmare, Jeremy completed effortlessly with zero complications. He quoted me a fair and honest price compared to other companies in the area. One quote was more than double. I don’t make decisions just based on price though. Jeremy definitely answered all of my MANY questions, was patient, and seemed like he had the expertise. I'm so glad I found Option 1 Plumbing! I had them come for a quote; they are one of the FEW companies that will send a technician out to look at the problem and give a free quote with multiple options. I was so impressed with Ted's knowledge and professionalism, that I cancelled my other quote and had Option 1 replace my kitchen faucet and repair my shower faucet. Ted took the time to explain to me the issues, addressed low water pressure in my house, and gave me recommendations for a kitchen faucet that would work well and that I could purchase myself. Option 1 is now my go-to plumber! After using several local companies over the past 13 years, Option 1 is now my only option!

We had a drain blockage in an upstairs bathroom sink and heard a gurgling noise in the tub each time the adjacent toilet was flushed. Another plumber had run a cleaning line through the tub drain and then a line through our vent stack, thinking that would solve the problem, but he had no ideas when it didn't. Chris Jones of Rapid-Rooter correctly diagnosed this issue as a blockage in the pipe between the sink and the toilet. He explained the problem, fixed it and cleaned up, all in less than 90 minutes. He was friendly and professional, and we have now found a new plumber we plan to stick with. I have no idea whether the price ($282 with a coupon) is competitive for such a service, but it seemed reasonable to my wife and me.

let Me start by saying, until now, I have never needed any sort of plumbing service. So you can imagine the stress when I not only needed the service but it wasn’t the easiest of services, in fact I’m pretty certain I was one of their hardest service calls they have ever had. I live in a house that is brand new, we built it in 2015 from ground up so the fact that I had a nightmare of a plumbing issue this early on can probably add to an already increased stressful event. My husband is out of town for work for several weeks, and I am home with my 2 boys just trying to keep the house in order along with School, appointments and everything else a mom has to do on a daily basis. On Friday night out of nowhere my sewage started filling my bathtub (where my toddler takes his bath) and my shower, yes I said sewage, I won’t go in detail but it was the biggest nightmare of my life. My toilets barely worked, and I went the entire weekend trying to use our plumbing as little as possible until Monday. No showers, laundry,dishes etc. only toilet. Like I said a NIGHTMARE!fastfoward to calling rotorooter. The appointment process was an absolute breeze! Waide, our first serviceman was more than outstanding, I was worried about the pricing, and the overall experience of the plumbing process, I’m a mom who knows absolutely nothing about this sort of stuff, so it was intimidating! He explained everything in detail, was kind and courteous explained pricing and explained in detail what the problem was and how to fix it, (note: this whole entire time I was chasing around my toddler) he told me that my builders really did a number on my plumbing system, in short, they rushed through to save them money and time and in the end give me more stress imaginable! He explained the issues with my plumbing and then called another serviceman to come put a camera through the pipes to uncover so much more issues that a normal house owner would have never ever seen, HENCE THE REASON THE BUILDERS RUSHED THROUGH! This serviceman was named mike hallman, and he was sooo much help! He gave me pointers and tips and went above and beyond to help me Understand the neglects of the building company even plumbing issues unrelated to the problem. The plumbing issue may have been a nightmare but the experience with ROTOROOTER couldn’t have been any better! I felt like they went above and beyond on their services jointly giving me expert plumbing opinions and helping me understand everything I need to know if I choose to handle it with my builders (which I will) it was an all day affair and I didn’t even have to pay for the service mike gave me, and he was here a few hours. And waide left and then came back (on his own) just to make sure everything was ok. I couldn’t believe the level of service I received, that is why I felt so compelled to give this review, not for any other reason but to give these 2 men praise because they deserved it so much! Unfortunately now I am about to go and clean sewage debris (a better word for you know..) out of my shower and my toddlers bathtub I am dreading so much, and to top it off mike left me a set of rubber gloves just to try and help me any way he could. Our issues aren’t over because we realized our plumbing will need to be redone, so we will see Rotorooter again, and I can’t imagine ever using another company again. The level of stress I had you can’t imagine, and yet these guys somehow helped relieve a big part by not only doing their job but going above and beyond! That right there is high quality service, the kind where you take an extra 30 mins (of a busy day) to go online and give them the credit they deserve! Thank you guys so much again!

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

We were referred to them by our home warranty company. They were out here the next day, on time, and courteous. We ended up replacing our garbage disposal and kitchen sink facet. He had to run out to the store for the equipment but always let me know what he was doing and seemed to do it expeditiously. Everything looks great! I have had no issues and would recommend.

Booked for a sink install due to new granite. When I booked they couldn’t give me a ballpark price I wasn’t concerned since I just had a bar sink installed in my vacation home for $500. Upon arrival they said job was $1500..that’s just robbery! He said they have a book with set prices.. why didn’t u use your book in the beginning to ballpark?? They were unprofessional and we paid the ripoff $57 to get them out of the house. Found another plumber for $650. .. Run from this company.. there are honest people out there.

They were very responsive. Eli came out the day we called. We had a pipe leaking in the front yard. He helped us avoid MAJOR expenses by giving us some advice on what to try before having to excavate our yard and the pavement. They will be our plumbing service from now on.

The ONLY PLUMBER I would let install a new water heater. Not only did Jake have wisdom beyond any imagination, but he found me an amazing water heater before the horrible weather here in KY, and installed it in under 6 hours. Thankful for an honest, family company that I can rely on!

Adam was very courteous on the call prior to his arrival. He gave me an ETA and arrived right on time. We had a leak in an air duct with no clear origin. He walked us through a clear and well thought out trouble shooting and was able to give us a very comforting, “I’m 100% sure this is the issue”. He gave us our options very clearly and pointed out positives and negatives of each. We came to a conclusion and he communicated what he was going to do and did a fantastic job. When he finished he told us everything he did and that he checked it 5 times to ensure our leak was completely fixed. The work area was cleaned and he thanked us and went on his way. It was a Friday of a holiday weekend but he never seemed to be too rushed and had no problem that it was well past 5:00. Highly recommend and will request him next time.
