He arrived on time and quickly and courteously located the problem and even gave me some tips on caulking and showed me where to quickly locate my well pump switch in my electric panel In case I ever had a need to shut off water quickly Super nice guy I will use him and refer him in the future!

We have a very poorly installed drain system. The developer actually put angles in one section to get the pipe to connect to the clean out when they subdivided the lot. We either have a crack or the seals weren’t properly glued all those years ago. This is the second time we have had this company out to clear roots out of the line.

Because of the angles Larry had a hard time getting the auger to go through. He kept working and we were to the point where we had consider whether to dog. I told him I was praying and suddenly it went through. He exclaimed “got it”. And just about fell over. I just about hugged him I was so grateful!

We are a medical family on the Covid unit and my nerves are shot. I just can’t handle anything else right now. In the future we will have them dig this up and fix it.

Above all, it's nice to know that my house with a history of plumbing issues is finally resolved because of Jake's expertise. I was genuinely impressed with Jon and his expertise.Earlier that day I had a independent carpet cleaner scheduled to do carpet and upholstery cleaning in my home. In the course of our first ten minute conversation, the man told me three things he wouldn’t do. At the end of him performing what he would do, he asked me if I wanted to schedule him in the near future to clean the one “small” chair he wouldn’t do that day because it wasn’t on his work order!! I nearly bit my tongue off in order to not give him a smart answer. I kept my smart answer to myself and remained polite.
