Never in a million years would I ever write a review about a company but when you call a number because someone told you to look them up and they turn out to be AWESOME. This was my second time using Benjamin Franklin and I will be back for a third time. They were able to schedule a plumber quickly and Joe gave me an advance call to let me know he was coming. Joe was obviously very skilled and not only helped me fix the problem with my sink, he talked to me about my sink so I will be more knowledgeable about my own appliances. He also answered other questions I had about my water heater. He talked to me about the membership plan as well. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin - Request Joe!!!

The two plumbers/technicians (Michael & Daniel), did a fantastic job installing our new toilet, sinks, free standing bath tub, as well as a customized walk in shower with multiple shower heads.

Lastly they installed a hot water re- circulation pump in the kitchen, so we can have hot water on demand.

We are so overjoyed with the overall results.
Both gentlemen were very courteous.

John Bird #63 came to our house on a Sunday morning quickly after we called. He was very polite, professional and fixed our leaking toilet as well as gave us advice about another toilet in our house. Highly recommend.

Had All Hours Plumbing out today to install a toilet, 2 hose bibs, and a new pressure reducing valve under the house. Johnny was great, on time, and pleasant to work with. I was texted, emailed and called every step of the way. Their prices were realistic and I was serviced next day. Highly recommend. They will be my plumber going forward.

I would recommend this company anytime for anything they do. Our 80-year old cast iron drain lines reached the end of the road and developed a leak. Two plumbers worked all day underneath the house and replaced the old lines with modern PVC lines. They did a outstanding job and thoroughly checked their work. They made sure there would be no damage to our kitchen as they removed the old lines and brought in the new ones.

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

My first call was to one of the big commercial plumbing companies and they came out, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and gave me a hefty price tag for a band-aid solution. I wanted to get a secondary opinion so I did some research and found Ritchie Plumbing. John and his team took their time to explore every possible cause of the problem, they looked beyond the surface and found the root cause.
