As new homeowners, we had no idea what to do when suddenly our downstairs toilet had overflowed all over the floor and into our kitchen (and on a Saturday morning of course). We called Mr. Rooter, and within 2 hours, Dustin had arrived to save the day. He understood the problem, found the issue, fixed the issue and was done less than 3 hours later. All things considered, Dustin and Mr. Rooter made this bad situation as hassle-free as possible. We will definitely use them again.

Great prompt response and they gave me options every step of the way. Patrick educated me on the technology as he worked to resolve the issue. As far as clogged drains go, it was a good experience. I would definitely use Option One in the future.

They arrived 20 minutes after the call. Spent 5-10 minutes reviewing the situation, gave a quick quote. Upon agreeing, they fixed all the problems with my washer/dryer leak right away. Highly recommend and i'll use again.

We worked with Johnny he was awesome! We needed a toilet repair quick since we had guests coming to town and my neighbors recommended this company. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fix the problem, his communication prior to arrival (gave me a friendly call prior), and his kind personality. I also felt the service was a good value for the time it would have taken my husband and I to DIY the issue and order the correct parts on our own. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Send an on-line appointment request on a Holiday and they responded at my exact time the day after, no issues or problems with it being a holiday week. The representative was very kind and helpful in explaining what the problem was and offered checks on any other damage.

I was doing a small kitchen Reno and needed help moving a sink drain so I got multiple quotes from local plumbers and Dustin with all about the pipes was definitely the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. His quote was very fair for the work requested. Dustin also came the day of the work to make sure everything went smoothly. I have already scheduled to use them again!

Asked me what I needed done. I asked if they could send out someone today, he said yes. He gave me an appointment time. Diyan was very knowledgeable. Walked me through everything from start to finish then showed me the pre-bill quote. The price was great for what I needed done. I FaceTime my wife to show her the finished product. **UPDATE** In response to Robet's reply..... Thetech never mentioned calling the manufacture and also never told me that he was able to get the valve back on. I took Roberts advice, called the manufacturer and they weren't able to confirm that a call had been made. The addition of an expansion tank and drip valve are NOT required by code in NC or SC as part of a retro-fit they are required in NC for new construction, my property is in SC. Call code enforcement and ask your self. IVR continues to lie and use scare tactics DO NOT hire these people.They LIED to me.....IVR recently installed a complete A/C and furnace system in a rental property I own with my wife. Although I hated to spend the $ I was happy with the service and work they provided.That all changed when I called them 2 weeks later after our tenant complained of a lack of hot water, I called IRV to investigate. Later that night they called back with their diagnosis. I was told that the unit (2 years old) needed a new gas control valve AND that they also were required to get the unit up to code by installing an expansion tank, sediment trap and additional pipe insulation.I was surprised by the code requirements being that the unit is fairly new and questioned the tech. He 1st assured me that NC absolutely requires the additional work. I reminded him that the property was in SC and he then was sure that it was also required in SC too, even offering to send me the specific code language.The next morning when the code didn't arrive I grew more specious and called code in enforcement in SC & NC in an attempt to verify, they both confirmed that there is NO code requirement for IVR's repairs.Next I told IRV that I had lost trust in them and ask them to meet me at the property, thats when we able to confirm that in fact NO repair was needed after all.To summarize IRV failed to test the issue, then LIED about code requirements claiming that $721 in repairs were need when in fact the unit is in working order and with in all code requirements.Do not trust them and if you do decide to call the absolutely get a 2nd opinion.

My breaker kept tripping every time my water was on for 5 minutes (sometimes a little bit longer) I was convinced it was my well, which is a MAJOR expense. I called John at 6:30a.m. and he was at my house by 7:30a.m.

After John did some diagnostics, come to find out it was my water tank, which is significantly cheaper to replace than a well. He quoted me a price that was at least $100 cheaper than the next guy.

To say the least, I would recommend him to anyone. He is trustworthy, HONEST, affordable, and knows what he is doing. I was very pleased with the work. Haven't had a problem since!

McCoy Plumbing has always done good work for us, and explains the work and costs thoroughly. On a recent occasion, Rick talked me through a plumbing issue over the phone because he didn't want me to spend money unnecessarily. I highly recommend them.

Brett was awesome! Fit us in at short notice, was very professional and explained everything he intended to do before starting the job. I had the part and he trusted that it was correct and what I needed for the repair without questioning me. He gave me the total price for the job before he began and it didn’t change afterwards. His apprentice/2nd Plummer Andrew was a courteous and hard working young man. Over all a very positive experience and I would recommend them both to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I will be keeping his number for sure!

Honesty, reliability, and craftsmanship are hard to find in this day and age. This company has it and we will never go anywhere else. They saved us from the heat of the summer after being let down by our home warranty company when it came time to replace our AC. Thank you!!!
