Steven was absolutely amazing. He diagnosed the problem with the natural gas feed to our dryer and had everything all set in no time flat. Steven also has a really respectful, professional manner and explains the issue and what needs to be done. He previously took care of a bathtub leak and was also top-notch. The company has 5 stars across the board for good reason. Look no further or caveat emptor!

Had a slow drain kitchen sink other plumber came to clear, instead of clearing the drain they clogged it up completely and said I had to get expensive hydro jet done , Mr. Rooter came and checked it out and had it completely cleared in 30 minutes with out having to get expensive hydro jet. They cleaned up and left me very happy.

Casey done a outstanding job repair the leak. I was a little nervous trying to find a plumber but I have to say I usually don’t post. I give these company five (5) stars and a military salute.

My main sewer line was backed up this past Sunday causing a flood in my home and thousands of dollars of repairs. I had multiple plumbers over early in the week and they told me I needed to replace my entire indoor/outdoor pipes because my pipe was collapsed. I got a 3rd opinion Wednesday afternoon from Roto-Rooter and they offered a difference perspective and found out that AT&T fiber bore a hold in my main sewer line. I did not have a city clean out in my front yard so I hired Roto-Rooter to complete the work so we could confirm via camera that AT&T was at fault. I would like to highlight Field Technician Derrick McCain who had my back through this entire project. He saved me about 10K which is what the first plumber told me I absolutely had to spend in order to get my family back in my home. He was accessible over phone/text and even drove out to my house at 8pm to meet the city of Charlotte to make sure the camera footage was captured. He was extremely helpful and I will be using Roto-Rooter and Derrick McCain moving forward for all my plumbing needs.

Dustin came as scheduled... which beats the competition already! Took a look at issues in our half bath and kitchen sink. He told me how long it would take and the cost. Both were exactly as he explained, again surpassing their competitors. We will be calling All About The pipes for all of our future needs!

Michael the tech. who serviced our plumbing issue was excellent. He called ahead to give me an ETA along with a picture to validate his identity. Michael resolved the water leak we had coming from our master bathroom shower. He was professional in putting down plastic and a catch cloth to protect our flooring from any debris. I have nothing but praise for Michael and Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

IRV was great! They provided communication via phone and email from start to finish to include 30 min call aheads before any service. The technician who came out (Chuck) was pleasant, professional and very competent.

John Ritchie was the only plumber who was able to fix our gas leak at the Quality Inn & Suites Rock Hill. After calling numerous other large national companies, Mr. Ritchie was the only one who came out and was able to fix it. I would definitely recommend his services for both residential and commercial services. He does exceptional work at reasonable prices.

He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.
