Our plumbing backed up into a tub so we called Queen City Plumbing to come take a look. Of course everything was working fine (flushing and draining right) when Fernando got here. Fernando did still take a look and recommended a few power flush toilets that would work much better than our builder grade toilets. He also gave us an estimate for a Commercial roto should a clog happen again. Fernando was very professional and friendly. We will definitely give them a call for any future plumbing issues.

Gary with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great to work with, communicating the root cause of the issue and how we can help avoid the problem moving forward. He also installed some new faucets for us and was on-time for multiple appointments, making it easy to plan around while working from home.

We needed to have our buried corrugated drains from our downspouts cleared and we contacted Rapid-Rooter because our regular plumber recommended them. I spoke with them several times on the phone to discuss our issue and I really felt like they cared about providing the right solution. TJ and John were our service technicians. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and quickly assessed how to address our slow/blocked drains. They completed the work within an hour and we now have free-flowing downspout drains!! Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday.
