Matt was terrific. On time, very professional, but also really nice and personable. My cat ? adored him. That, plus excellent work and great service, I will use Roby and ask for Matt specifically, the next time we need help. I have thought very highly of Roby for years and this was another example of their professionalism with a friendly safe feeling (I hate to say I have felt uncomfortable with some individuals in my home, but never Roby. Plus if the cat approves, I know he is a good guy.) In all seriousness, highly recommended.

I was buying a house and my realtor recommended a plumber, they were rude and I felt VERY overpriced and I didn’t trust their estimate. I then searched Google Maps and found Toliny Plumbing and Electric. One selling point was the number of good reviews, so I decided to give them a chance, and I’m glad I did!

Tony came to my home, evaluated the situation, I needed the entire house re-piped as well as a pressure booster (which I pretty much knew from the crook. Lol), but the estimate Toliny P&E gave was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive! Almost half the cost! Needless to say I went ahead with the work.

I also can’t stress enough how good it is to have someone who does two trades in one visit! Often you’ll need electrical work done and to not need a second hand in your pocket saves a lot of money.

Important to note, they don’t take shortcuts in this company. If you’re looking for a “quick-fix”, or something just to get by, don’t call them. They would sooner walk away from a job if you’re not looking to have it done right. They don’t want an unhappy customer or to do less than a quality job that won’t last (and thusly reflect badly on the company). I don’t know code, but they do, so when I suggested my ideas on fixes, they explained why it was not the right way, and what the correct way to do it was.

In the end, I can take a nice hot shower now, with reasonable water pressure! I know the work was done right and I have a the confidence that I should be set for many years! I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing or electrical work needed and I will be using them again if a need arises.

Today, 1/15/2014, Brian did a great job with the minor repairs we needed. From reattaching a door frame, reattaching trim, to changing lights that we can't reach on a normal size ladder. We actually had a toilet that had just broken the night before, and he ran out to get the part we needed and fixed it on the spot. He talked us through things to make sure we understood the issue and what he was going to do. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. He left everything in order. We certainly will call upon 1 Home Repair again! Roger H.
