Jason at Julian's Plumbing is a life saver! I could not turn off my bathtub faucet and Jason calmly walking through how to cut off the water in the condo I was renting. He let me send photos to him and he was so great at walking me through what to do. I hadn't even made an appointment yet! He came by the next day and was very quick and knowledgeable. He walked through what he was doing the whole time to teach me to know for the future. Him and his coworker wore masks the whole time and they were very safe the whole time.

Fernando and Hayden were prompt, courteous and efficient. Job well done. Will use them again when needed.

Great experience with Benjamin Franklin! Joe Moore fixed a clog. Joe and his supervisor, Chad helped me understand what would be needed to install a water line from the city meter to my house. Friendly and knowledgeable! Would definitely call them again.

The attention and service we received from Mr. Rotor plumbing of Charlotte was excellent. Starting with my conversation with David Zeitlen, the office manager, to the onsite representative and project manager, Peter Leonard.....everything was professional and caring. What was initially a devastating event became bearable because of these men. They even recommended a restoration crew, all of whom have been equally exceptional. Thank you, David.

I called Option One about a broken tub spout first thing in the morning and Thomas arrived as scheduled that afternoon. He was able to start work immediately, which was a plus. What initially looked like a straightforward repair turned into a bigger job when it was discovered that the original shower pipes were installed crooked. The odd angle resulted in the tub spout angling down into the tub which then left a large gap between the shower wall and the spout flange. Thomas cut out the faulty pipes and installed new tubing at the proper angle, then stubbed out a new tub pipe so that it was parallel to the floor. My new tub spout looks great, and best of all, it doesn’t leak!

Thomas was professional throughout and worked with me to troubleshoot the best solution. I hope I don’t need a plumber again ($$$!), but if I do, it’ll be Option One Plumbing.

Toshi did a great job with installing in a new garbage disposal! He explained all the work he was going to do and information on the product! He was extremely friendly and professional.

Larry was quick, professional, and went out of his way while he was working on our sewer. I would definitely recommend his service. Bonus points for being respectful and showing up with a mask on!

Brett and Eric went above and beyond at All Hours Plumbing and had reasonable prices, good communication, and exceptional customer service. Very patient and helpful with my many questions. HIGHLY recommend.

Overall experience was ok but there were some things they need to work on. Then technician, although very nice, could barely speak English. There was a lot of lost in translation that happened. I do feel like I was overcharged for what needed to be done but that's what I get for not knowing how to fix something myself. The job took over 2 hours to complete because the technician had to make 2 trips to Lowes when the whole job probably could have taken less than hour so that was a little irritating. The main thing that bothered me and the reason for the 2 stars is I was quoted one price at the start of the job and then they tried to charge me $125 more at the end. They only needed one part from Lowes that was $22 and they were trying to charge me $109 for that part??!! I told them that there was no way I was paying that. I made them charge me the quoted price and that was that. Again, everyone was nice but because of the overcharging act they tried to pull at the end, I will never call them again nor recommend them.

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

I can tell that these guys have a lot of experiences. I have been fighting with toilet room Sewer smell for a couple of weeks now and have replaced the toilet seal twice and did everything I can do. But the smell is still there. I called this company and would like them to come to check it. One gentleman answered the phone. After I told him the problem and what I have done, he told me to check the vent line at the ceiling or the area to check if there is any dead animal. I told him that I checked before. But he asked me to check it carefully again. He told me that my toilet should be alright. So I checked it carefully again. It turned out that I found a dead squirrel. I can tell this company has decent, experienced people. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them

I’m very happy with the work that was completed for us. John is a super nice guy and the price for everything we had done was incredible. He was very prompt and did an amazing job getting our water heater up to code that the gas company did not take the time to do on our last water heater. If you need plumbing work this guy is definitely the person you need to call. I know I will be using him for anything we may have again

After spending a week without hot water dealing with one company, they were able to get to our home and give us a new water heater the same day!!! Extremely pleased!

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.
