Best Drain Replacement in Charlotte NC

I found myself a new plumber today. Called at 6:50 am with shower leak. Jason got here at 8, charged exactly what he said over the phone. Very reasonable. Thank you JP!

2/23/22 - Sooooo, I held on to my fridge magnet for Julian's Plumbing from 2017 when they came out for repair. Glad I did! Had leaky shower valve this morning & Julian's was out within 3 hrs. from when I called.
Just as professional and punctual as before. This guy knows his stuff.

Our family had a fairly significant water leak coming from an upstairs bathtub. I called Charlotte Plumbing yesterday afternoon (Friday), and the service has just been completed to our 100% satisfaction today (Saturday). Chad was our technician and he was courteous, knowledgeable and explained all of our options to us. He ended up helping us choose a new fixture that needed to be replaced that matched the rest of the bathroom fixtures as well. His workmanship was top notch and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing without hesitation.

Laszlo from Mr. Rooter came out twice. He did a fantastic job with excellent customer service. Many things were done to this older home. A new pressure relief valve was put in, the old one wasn't working, and the he also fixed a leak that was near the main water valve that the city didn't mention when they fixed the rusty main water valve. Laszlo spent two full days out here giving the home other upgrades such as replacing the water heater and corroded piping. It was quite cold on day two, but no complaints. Water pressure is now back to normal, and the water bill should be much better now that the leak is fixed.

John B. has come out on 2 different occasions for different emergency plumbing issues. Each time, he was professional, honest, and took time to explain the issues in detail. I had a dripping sound in my ceiling downstairs when my shower was on upstairs. I called All Hours, and a technician walked me through checking my drain for a clog.
Turns out, I had a huge hairball clog in the drain, causing the water to back up. All Hours saved me from spending a lot of money, and I really appreciate that.
If I do need plumbing help in the future, All Hours will be my first and only call.

Ronnie came out within 2 hours of my call and worked diligently to get my plumbing issue resolved. He went above and beyond and everything works perfectly, now.

A+ rating. Called yesterday after a pipe burst. Came out and fixed with in an hour. Mike was awesome, top notch customer service. Will use in the future, highly recommend! Thank you!

I walked in the garage to find my water heater had burst and was gushing water, I immediately called CPM and they were out within the hour and I had a new water heater by the end of the night, which was unexpected, I was sure I was going to have to wait, Diyan was very professional and worked into the night (after 10pm), also while it was freezing and starting to rain. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

My gas logs would no longer work. Tony and Jay came out, identified the problem (controller had gone bad), and showed me how I could use the logs manually until they could get a new controller. Then they came back, cleaned everything, and installed the new controller. They were quick, efficient, and didn't leave even a speck of dust! Even cleaned the inside glass for me before they put things back (difficult to reach with everything installed).
Everyone I dealt with at Bliss Plumbing was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Have been using IRV for the past several years including complete kitchen remodel (rough-in & finish on both electrical and plumbing) and replacing water heater. So I have spent thousands of dollars on work.Mostly happy, however lately seems disorganized as they have at least twice, sent a plumber instead of an electrician or vice-versa when I requested service. And every time I request an electrician, it is someone different and most are new to the company.Recently, I asked for plumber regarding bathtub fixture replacement and they never got back to me, even after sending 3 emails and waiting for a couple weeks. Finally I called a different plumber.On the most recent visit the electrician had to be rescheduled for the following day and cut two extra holes that were really not needed, one was in the wall and one in the ceiling. The one was from drilling through ceiling in wrong spot (which can happen) and other was because of having trouble fishing a rod through wall and into ceiling, so had to cut a hole in the wall to feed the wire up. Later it was determined rod was at wrong angle to get it through the wall (again, it can happen)On kitchen work, the plugmold in kitchen was poorly attached and became loose on wall after some months. They had to return and fix, but they charged another service call due to length of time since install.Don't get me wrong, they did A LOT of work at the house. Completely rewiring kitchen with new panel box, plus plumbing work. But, it was not without issues and most were unnecessary issues.Do I think they did a decent job. Yes, for the most part and everything works as it should. They are also good about cleaning up the messes they make. However, the prices have also been increasing for work they have been quoting me.Will I use them again? Maybe. But might also try elsewhere.This is as honest a review as I can do, so - YMMV.

If you are looking for a quality, trustworthy, and affordable plumber, then look no further! Ritchie plumbing are rockstars. We had our hot water heater give out a couple days before Christmas, impeccable timing. John (the plumber) came out on Christmas Eve night and stayed for hours fixing the problem. That alone was above and beyond, but his service could not have been better! I highly recommend working with John and Ritchie plumbing for all you plumbing needs!

Described the problem to Guaranteed Plumbing in the evening, they arrived the following afternoon as promised and repaired the problem before the tenant arrived. Price was very reasonable. Will 10/10 use them again.

Very happy with Mr. Jordan’s services. He replaced our downstairs hvac system. Good communication, detailed and clean. Will use again as needed!

I just had these folks do some work for me and they were amazing. Specifically Reggie and Jake- they were quick, did the job done VERY thoroughly and were so friendly. It’s hard to find plumbing contractors that are trustworthy but I finally found them! They will be my go-to people for now on!
